本发明的示例性实施例涉及旋转轴以及它们的耦接,且更具体地,涉及用于连接旋转驱动的传动轴的设备。
背景技术
在各工业中旋转动力源是常见的,且旋转轴通常被用于传递旋转动力。在车用应用中,驱动轴和传动轴被用于将来自旋转源(典型地为内燃(“IC”)机)的旋转动力通过传动系传递至各组路面车轮。传动系可包括多个可移动的接头,以及需要轴之间的连接的类似物。该连接必须是可靠的、稳固的且节约成本。凸缘连接是复杂的且昂贵的。卡扣环需要加工内径且缺乏连接完成的视觉确认。
发明内容

参考图1,在一示例性实施例中,例如,车辆10可包括发动机12,例如汽油或柴油燃料内燃(“IC”)机。例如,发动机12还可为将内燃机与电动机组合在一起的混合式发动机。车辆10还可包括差速器组件14。在示出的实施例中,差速器组件位于车辆10的后部,且可以被称作为后驱动模块,同时发动机12朝向车辆的前端设置。发动机12和差速器组件14被耦接至框架或其它底盘结构16。发动机12通过变速器18和驱动轴20被耦接至差速器组件14。变速器18被配置成用于降低旋转速率并增加发动机输出的扭矩。然后,修改后的输出经由驱动轴20被传递至差速器组件14。后差速器组件14通过差速器齿轮组15(未示出)将输出扭矩从驱动轴20经由轴24传递至一对从动轮22。例如,旋转部件(例如驱动轴)到变速器18和后差速器组件14的耦接以及后差速器组件到轴24的耦接可以通过使用花键连接来完成。然后,在每种情况下,保持设备被用于确保旋转部件相对于另一个保留在固定的位置。
车辆10还包括第二组轮26,其朝向车辆的前端邻近于发动机12被布置。在一个实施例中,第二组轮26还被配置成用于接收来自发动机的旋转输出。这可以被称作为四轮或全轮驱动配置。在该实施例中,车辆10可包括分动箱28,其划分或分区来自动力输出36在变速器18的输出。分动箱28将输出的一部分传递至前差速器组件30,其可以包括附加部件,例如差速器齿轮组(未示出)以及轴或传动轴32,其将输出传递至第二组轮26。
在实施例中,传动轴32在前差速器组件30与从动轮26之间延伸,且可以在其的每个端部包括等速(“CV”)接头34。可以很好地理解CV接头的操作,以使得为了本公开的目的,进一步的描述是不必要的。CV接头34通常被定位以允许在旋转过程中传动轴的轴外移动。CV接头34设置在驱动系统中,这将需要轴到轴的连接。

Claims (10)

第一轴;

支撑部件,所述支撑部件轴向地并沿着所述第一轴的外表面和所述第二轴的外表面的外部轮廓延伸,以在它们的交叉部处桥接所述两个轴;
第一夹持部,所述第一夹持部从所述支撑部件延伸,并被配置成用于接合第一轴的所述外表面中的凹槽;以及
第二轴向间隔的夹持部,所述第二轴向间隔的夹持部从所述支撑部件延伸,并被配置成用于接合所述第二轴的所述外表面中的凹槽,以防止所述第一轴与所述第二轴之间的轴向移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆驱动系统,所述第二轴还包括传动轴,所述传动轴具有安装至其端部的CV接头,所述CV接头具有限定所述第二轴的内接头。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆驱动系统,其中,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部具有弓形配置。
