本发明涉及一种汽车,具体是一种新能源汽车。
背景技术
现有的新能源汽车一部分采用纯电动汽车,纯电最大的问题是什么电池!因为纯电不但电池贵(比车还贵),而且营运成本高,那沉重的电池组又笨又娇,太冷发懵,太热撒娇,不高兴还冒火。充满了以为能跑多少公里,遇个堵车,开个空调就蔫,衰减就趴窝。如果我国的充电基础设施没有得到完善,那么市场就一天不会对纯电动汽车完全敞开怀抱。毕竟,还是会有许多人担心半路没电并且充电无门的情况发生。纯电动力由于能实现零尾气排放,而且电能的来源也非常多样,所以必然将是新能源汽车的大方向。而目前由于技术瓶颈、设施瓶颈等无法在短时间内突破,因此,混合动力就成了传统动力与纯电动力之间的过渡。
现有的新能源汽车采用并联式的混动汽车,也就是说采用两种模式进行驱动。两套系统所带来的难度可远不止1+1那么简单。更麻烦的是,在并联式的混动系统中,还存在大量的技术壁垒。而造成这些麻烦的源头就是日本丰田。丰田在并联式混合动力方面的起步非常早,所取得的成果也相当多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能环保的新能源汽车。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新能源汽车,包括混合动力系统,所述混合动力系统包括酒精燃料发动机、发电机、蓄电池和驱动电机,酒精燃料发动机带动发电机工作,发电机将电能传送给蓄电池,蓄电池和/或发电机为驱动电机提供电能,驱动电机用以驱动汽车的车轮转动。
进一步地,还包括有充电插接端口,所述充电插接端口与蓄电池电连接。
进一步地,所述发电机采用永磁直线式发电机,所述永磁直线式发电机包括圆筒状定子铁芯、定子绕组、圆柱状动子轭和永磁铁,定子绕组设在圆筒状定子铁芯内,圆柱状动子轭穿插在定子绕组中,所述永磁铁包括多个环状磁铁,多个环状磁铁套装在圆柱状动子轭上且间隔分布。

进一步地,还包括混合电源管理器,当匀速行驶时,混合电源管理器使发电机直接向驱动电机供电;当滑动、减速行驶时,混合电源管理器使发电机和驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;当下坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;当电池电量相对饱和时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,蓄电池给驱动电机提供电能;当加速、爬坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机和蓄电池同时给驱动电机提供电能。
本发明的有益效果:该车采用全电驱动模式,配备油气两用发电机可在没有充电设施情况下无限电驱续航,油耗在每百公里12升油以下,相比传统燃油燃气客车节省40%以上;配备标准插电充电口,可在有充电桩条件下利用市电充电;本专利的减排机理更简洁、减排更可控具有节能环保的特点;由于自由活塞式斯特林发动机其运动输出为往复直线运动,系统结构紧凑,质量小,效率高,性能稳定。而发电机采用永磁直线式发电机的优点有结构简单,适合进行高速直线运动,初级绕组利用率高,没有横向边缘效应,易于调节和控制,适应性强、效率高,不需要燃烧化石燃料、可直接燃氢气、甲醇、乙醇、天然气、沼气。而且热效率高达60%是目前内燃机热效率的2倍。在发电全过程省去了过去发动机的曲轴、飞轮盘、轴承等机,械效率大大提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种新能源汽车,包括混合动力系统,所述混合动力系统包括酒精燃料发动机1、发电机2、蓄电池3和驱动电机4,酒精燃料发动机1、发电机2、蓄电池3和驱动电机4安装在车架11上,在车架11的后部还装有刹车气泵12、空调压缩机13、驱动器14,在车架11的前部设有方向机15和方向助力泵16。酒精燃料发动机1带动发电机2工作,发电机2将电能传送给蓄电池3,蓄电池3和/或发电机2为驱动电机4提供电能,驱动电机4用以驱动汽车中驱动桥17上的车轮18转动。所述酒精燃料发动机采用自由活塞式斯特林发动机。所述蓄电池3为采用铅酸电池、锂电池、石墨烯电池或加氢燃料电池。
还包括有充电插接端口5,所述充电插接端口5与蓄电池3电连接。
如图2所示,所述发电机2采用永磁直线式发电机,所述永磁直线式发电机包括圆筒状定子铁芯6、定子绕组7、圆柱状动子轭8和永磁铁9,定子绕组7设在圆筒状定子铁芯6内,圆柱状动子轭8穿插在定子绕组7中,所述永磁铁包括多个环状磁铁,多个环状磁铁套装在圆柱状动子轭8上且间隔分布。

模式二:当滑动、减速行驶时,混合电源管理器使发电机和驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;
模式三:当下坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;
模式四:当电池电量相对饱和时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,蓄电池给驱动电机提供电能;
模式五:当加速、爬坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机和蓄电池同时给驱动电机提供电能。
工作原理:本专利的新能源汽车虽然装了两个动力,即驱动电机和酒精燃料发动机,但事实上却只有一套驱动系统,那就是驱动电机的驱动,酒精燃料发动机用来给电池充电,故本专利的汽车对发动机的要求就一下子低了很多,并不需要多么先进的内燃发动机,只需要技术足够成熟可靠就可以了。由于本专利的新能源汽车对燃油驱动不作过高的性能要求,那么在传动方面也就相应的降低了指标,因此可以对传动进行大力简化。这样一来,不仅可以有效的降低成本,更可以减轻配套的压力。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种新能源汽车,包括混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述混合动力系统包括酒精燃料发动机、发电机、蓄电池和驱动电机,酒精燃料发动机带动发电机工作,发电机将电能传送给蓄电池,蓄电池和/或发电机为驱动电机提供电能,驱动电机用以驱动汽车的车轮转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车,其特征在于:还包括有充电插接端口,所述充电插接端口与蓄电池电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车,其特征在于:所述发电机采用永磁直线式发电机,所述永磁直线式发电机包括圆筒状定子铁芯、定子绕组、圆柱状动子轭和永磁铁,定子绕组设在圆筒状定子铁芯内,圆柱状动子轭穿插在定子绕组中,所述永磁铁包括多个环状磁铁,多个环状磁铁套装在圆柱状动子轭上且间隔分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车,其特征在于:所述酒精燃料发动机采用自由活塞式斯特林发动机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车,其特征在于:所述蓄电池为采用铅酸电池、锂电池、石墨烯电池、电容电池或加氢燃料电池。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车,其特征在于:还包括混合电源管理器,当匀速行驶时,混合电源管理器使发电机直接向驱动电机供电;当滑动、减速行驶时,混合电源管理器使发电机和驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;当下坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,驱动电机将车辆滑动的动能转化为电能并存入蓄电池;当电池电量相对饱和时,混合电源管理器使发电机停机,蓄电池给驱动电机提供电能;当加速、爬坡时,混合电源管理器使发电机和蓄电池同时给驱动电机提供电能。
