Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动终端的盖板,包括位于底层的基层和位于顶层的颜色膜层,所述基层与所述颜色膜层之间设置有金属海绵层。应用本发明提供的盖板,金属海绵层由于其具有疏油疏水、高延展性、低热膨胀系数、高可靠性等优异的性能,既可以保持一定的形貌,同时在设备跌落时,起到缓冲层的作用,避免盖板破碎和内部器件被震伤。同时,由于顶层设置有颜色膜层,因而能够根据需要设置不同的颜色,使得盖板的颜色更为多样性。通过顶层的颜色膜层与底层的基层的设置,能够对中间的金属海绵层起到有效的保护作用,进一步提高盖板复合结构的机械性能。本发明还公开了一种包括上述盖板的移动终端。

Description

一种移动终端及其盖板
技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种移动终端的盖板,还涉及一种包括上述盖板的移动终端。
背景技术
手机、平板电脑等移动终端在日常生活及工作中均发挥着重要作用。对于现有技术中的移动终端其盖板多采用金属、玻璃或者塑料,因而在跌落时,易发生盖板破裂或者震伤内部的器件,造成不可逆损伤。
现有技术中也有通过采用高强度的材料以防止盖板在跌落时破碎,但其仍难以避免移动终端内部的器件被震伤。
综上所述,如何有效地解决移动终端跌落时盖板易破碎且内部器件易被震伤造成移动终端损坏等问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种移动终端的盖板,该盖板的结构设计可以有效地解决移动终端跌落时盖板易破碎且内部器件易被震伤造成移动终端损坏的问题,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述盖板的移动终端。
为了达到上述第一个目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种移动终端的盖板,包括位于底层的基层和位于顶层的颜色膜层,所述基层与所述颜色膜层之间设置有金属海绵层。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述基层为玻璃层或薄膜层。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述颜色膜层的基材为聚酰亚胺。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述颜色膜层的镀层材料为SiO2、Si3N4、Al2O3、TiO2或者Nb2O5。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述颜色膜层包括沿所述基层的横向或纵向划分的多个颜色区,多个所述颜色区分别包括不同的所述镀层材料。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述基层的中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面。
优选地,上述移动终端的盖板中,所述金属海绵层的中间厚度小于两侧边缘的厚度。
本发明提供的移动终端的盖板包括基层、金属海绵层和颜色膜层。其中,基层位于盖板的底层,颜色膜层位于盖板的顶层,金属海绵层则为盖板的中间层。
应用本发明提供的盖板时,由于其为具有基层、金属海绵层和颜色膜层的多层复合结构。金属海绵层由于其具有疏油疏水、高延展性、低热膨胀系数、高可靠性等优异的性能,既可以保持一定的形貌,同时在设备跌落的时候,起到缓冲层的作用,避免盖板破碎和内部器件被震伤。同时,由于顶层设置有颜色膜层,因而能够根据需要设置不同的颜色,使得盖板的颜色更为多样性。再者,通过顶层的颜色膜层与底层的基层的设置,能够对中间的金属海绵层起到有效保护作用,进一步提高盖板复合结构的机械性能。
在一种优选的实施方式中,基层的中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面,故可以从跌落的各个角度保护移动终端。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本发明还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括上述任一种盖板。由于上述盖板具有上述技术效果,具有该盖板的移动终端也应具有相应的技术效果。
优选地,所述移动终端为手机。

本发明实施例公开了一种移动终端的盖板,以有效防止移动终端跌落时盖板破碎或内部器件被震伤。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明提供的盖板一种具体实施方式的结构示意图。
在一种具体实施方式中,本发明提供的移动终端的盖板包括基层1、金属海绵层2和颜色膜层3。
其中,基层1位于盖板的底层,颜色膜层3位于盖板的顶层,金属海绵层2则为盖板的中间层。基层1为盖板的底层,也就是靠近移动终端内部的一层,顶层则相应的为应用于移动终端时位于表面的一层。盖板的形状及大小可根据具体需要进行设置,以满足对应的移动终端的需求。因而盖板包括的基层1、金属海绵层2和颜色膜层3的形状及大小根据具体需要进行设置。颜色膜层3为盖板的顶层,主要用于显示颜色,以提高盖板的美观度。具体颜色膜层3的材料可以不作具体限定,可根据显色需要进行设置。通常,颜色膜层3通过镀膜工艺进行加工,如在聚酰亚胺基底上通过镀膜工艺制备出颜色膜。
金属海绵层2为盖板的主体结构,金属海绵即疏松多孔、类似海绵的金属。是一种表层及内部均布满大小不一、互相串通的孔洞的金属。它的重量非常轻,由于其像海绵,故又被称为金属海绵。由于金属海绵具有多孔质轻的独特结构和性能,在盖板跌落等情况下,多孔结构能够起到有效减振作用。因而其不仅能够提供结构强度及刚度,同时还能有效缓冲震动,对盖板内部的器件等结构起到有效防护作用。
应用本发明提供的盖板时,由于其为具有基层1、金属海绵层2和颜色膜层3的多层复合结构。金属海绵层2由于其具有疏油疏水、高延展性、低热膨胀系数、高可靠性等优异的性能,既可以保持一定的形貌,同时在设备跌落的时候,起到缓冲层的作用,避免盖板破碎和内部器件被震伤。同时,由于顶层设置有颜色膜层3,因而能够根据需要设置不同的颜色,使得盖板的颜色更为多样性。再者,通过顶层的颜色膜层3与底层的基层1的设置,能够对中间的金属海绵层2起到有效保护作用,进一步提高盖板复合结构的机械性能。
进一步地,基层1为玻璃层或薄膜层。根据需要,基层1可以为玻璃层,玻璃层本身具有较好的强度及刚度,因而能够进一步提高复合盖板的机械性能。在金属海绵层2即具有足够强度的情况下,基层1也可以为薄膜层,即通过在金属海绵的底层通过镀膜等方式制备薄膜层,具体薄膜层可以为陶瓷薄膜层或其他金属薄膜层,根据对应薄膜层特有的性质,使得盖板具有相应的性能。
具体的,颜色膜层的基材为聚酰亚胺,也称PI。聚酰亚胺薄膜具有优良的耐高低温性、电气绝缘性、粘结性、耐辐射性、耐介质性,能在-269℃~280℃的温度范围内长期使用,短时可达到400℃的高温。因而使得盖板具有优异的绝缘性。
在上述各实施例中,颜色膜层3的镀层材料可以为SiO2、Si3N4、Al2O3、TiO2或者Nb2O5。也就是颜色膜层3的镀膜层可以为两种或两种以上材料的镀膜层。如颜色膜3的基材聚酰亚胺上表面的不同区域镀多层不同材料和厚度的膜,利用反射光的干涉效应,则在不同的区域可以产生不同的颜色。颜色膜层3具体可以通过高温镀膜工艺制备,制备出的颜色膜层3性能较好。根据需要也可以采用现有技术中其他常规的镀膜方式制备。
进一步地,颜色膜层3包括沿基层1的横向或纵向划分的多个颜色区,多个颜色区分别包括不同的镀层材料。也就是颜色膜层3可以包括SiO2镀膜层、Si3N4镀膜层、Al2O3镀膜层、TiO2镀膜层或者Nb2O5镀膜层中的多个,且多个颜色区是沿基层1的横向或纵向划分的,因而盖板呈现沿横向或纵向的条纹状。具体显色区的个数可以为三个,当然也可以根据具体需要进行设置。需要说明的是,此处的横向及纵向指在盖板的延伸平面上相互垂直的两个方向。当然,多个显色区也可以根据需要自由划分。如与横向呈预设角度等,多个颜色区可以均匀分布,如多个颜色区的宽度均相等,也可以根据需要进行不同设置。
在上述各实施例的基础上,基层1的中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面。也就是盖板为2.5D盖板。2.5D盖板具有良好的用户体验,同时便于加工制造。当然,根据需要基层1可以为整体呈弧形,也就是盖板为3D盖板。优选的,在基层1的中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡的情况,位于其上层的金属海绵层2则相应的也为中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面。位于金属海绵层2上的颜色膜层3则也呈中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面。
进一步地,海绵金属层2的中间厚度小于两侧边缘的厚度。也就是金属海绵层2的厚度由中部至两侧边缘是递增的。当然,对应于基层1中间平面的部分,优选的金属海绵层2的厚度一致,对应基层1边缘的弧形过渡面的部分,金属海绵层2的厚度大于中间的厚度。由于手机跌落时接触面多为其边缘,故通过上述设置有效保护手机等移动终端。
基于上述实施例中提供的盖板,本发明还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括上述实施例中任意一种盖板。由于该移动终端采用了上述实施例中的盖板,所以该移动终端的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
具体的,上述各实施方式中,移动终端可以为手机或者平板电脑,当然,其他常规的移动终端也应包括在本申请的保护范围内。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

1.一种移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,包括位于底层的基层(1)和位于顶层的颜色膜层(3),所述基层(1)与所述颜色膜层(3)之间设置有金属海绵层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述基层(1)为玻璃层或薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述颜色膜层的基材为聚酰亚胺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述颜色膜层(3)的镀层材料为SiO2、Si3N4、Al2O3、TiO2或者Nb2O5
5.根据权利要求4所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述颜色膜层(3)包括沿所述基层(1)的横向或纵向划分的多个颜色区,多个所述颜色区分别包括不同的所述镀层材料。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述基层(1)的中间为平面,两侧边缘为弧形过渡面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的移动终端的盖板,其特征在于,所述金属海绵层(2)的中间厚度小于两侧边缘的厚度。
8.一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的盖板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端为手机。
