Abstract
本发明公开了一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌筒体,搅拌筒体的上端设置有进料装置和进水装置,搅拌筒体的底部设置有出料口,所述搅拌筒体内设置有竖直放置的圆轴,圆轴的外圆面上套有搅拌装置,搅拌装置包括外环和设置在外环上的搅拌轴,搅拌轴设置成弧形并向下弯曲,圆轴的顶端设置有水平放置的横杆,横杆的两端套有碾压轮。本发明的砂浆搅拌装置能对混合物料的搅拌有着促进作用,提高了砂浆的质量,提高了砂浆的稠度、保水性、分层度,使得后期砂浆的利用能得到保证,满足了生产需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及涉及一种搅拌装置,尤其涉及一种砂浆搅拌装置。
背景技术
砂浆是建筑上砌砖使用的黏结物质,由一定比例的沙子和胶结材料(水泥、石灰膏、黏土等)加水和成,也叫灰浆,也作沙浆。砂浆是由胶凝材料(水泥、石灰、粘土等)和细骨料(砂)加水拌合而成。常用的有水泥砂浆、混合砂浆(或叫水泥石灰砂浆)、石灰砂浆和粘土砂浆。目前的砂浆都是采用人工或是机械化的搅拌机进行搅拌处理,现在的一些搅拌机搅拌混合物料搅拌的效果不是特别理想,严重影响了后期砂浆的利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术中缺陷,为此提供一种砂浆搅拌装置,该装置能对混合物料的搅拌有着促进作用,提高了砂浆的质量,使得后期砂浆的利用能得到保证,满足了生产需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌筒体,搅拌筒体的上端设置有进料装置和进水装置,搅拌筒体的底部设置有出料口,所述搅拌筒体内设置有竖直放置的圆轴,圆轴的外圆面上套有搅拌装置,搅拌装置包括外环和设置在外环上的搅拌轴,搅拌轴设置成弧形并向下弯曲,圆轴的顶端设置有水平放置的横杆,横杆的两端套有碾压轮。
进一步地,所述进料装置包括进料漏斗和设置在进料漏斗上的抽插挡板。
进一步地,所述进水装置包括两个进水管道。
进一步地,所述搅拌轴至少设置有三个。
进一步地,所述搅拌筒体的底部设置有磨砂层。
进一步地,所述横杆与碾压轮之间设置采用轴承连接。
进一步地,所述碾压轮的外圆面设置有耐磨层。
有益效果:本发明的砂浆搅拌装置能对混合物料的搅拌有着促进作用,提高了砂浆的质量,提高了砂浆的稠度、保水性、分层度,使得后期砂浆的利用能得到保证,满足了生产需求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌筒体1,搅拌筒体1的上端设置有进料装置2和进水装置3,搅拌筒体1的底部设置有出料口11,搅拌筒1体内设置有竖直放置的圆轴12,圆轴12的外圆面上套有搅拌装置13,搅拌装置13包括外环131和设置在外环131上的搅拌轴132,搅拌轴132设置成弧形并向下弯曲,圆轴12的顶端设置有水平放置的横杆14,横杆14的两端套有碾压轮15。
为了防止物料过快的落入到搅拌筒体内,进料装置2包括进料漏斗21和设置在进料漏斗21上的抽插挡板22。
为了方便控制水量,防止过多的水进入到搅拌筒体内,进水装置3包括两个进水管道31。
为了增加整个装置的搅拌效果,一般将搅拌轴132至少设置有三个。
为了防止搅拌装置对搅拌筒体的底部进行破坏,在搅拌筒体1的底部设置有磨砂层。
为了方便横杆与碾压轮之间相对转动,横杆14与碾压轮15之间设置采用轴承连接。
为了增强碾压轮的碾压效果及使用寿命,在碾压轮15的外圆面设置有耐磨层。
本发明的砂浆搅拌装置能对混合物料的搅拌有着促进作用,提高了砂浆的质量,提高了砂浆的稠度、保水性、分层度,使得后期砂浆的利用能得到保证,满足了生产需求。

1.一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌筒体,搅拌筒体的上端设置有进料装置和进水装置,搅拌筒体的底部设置有出料口,其特征在于,所述搅拌筒体内设置有竖直放置的圆轴,圆轴的外圆面上套有搅拌装置,搅拌装置包括外环和设置在外环上的搅拌轴,搅拌轴设置成弧形并向下弯曲,圆轴的顶端设置有水平放置的横杆,横杆的两端套有碾压轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述进料装置包括进料漏斗和设置在进料漏斗上的抽插挡板。
3.如权利要求1所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述进水装置包括两个进水管道。
4.如权利要求1所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴至少设置有三个。
5.如权利要求1所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌筒体的底部设置有磨砂层。
