本发明涉及一种混凝土搅拌机，属于建筑施工设备领域。本发明采用的技术方案是：一种改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌箱、支撑搅拌箱的支架，所述搅拌箱置于支架的空腔中，所述搅拌箱内部设有搅拌轴，搅拌箱的顶部设有进料口和进水口，搅拌箱的底部设有出料口，出料口的一侧设有斜向的承载板，搅拌轴固定于承载板上且斜向伸入到搅拌箱内部，搅拌轴的后端设有旋转驱动装置，所述旋转驱动装置与电动机连接，所述搅拌箱的上部外两侧对称设有支耳，支耳与支架之间均设置有称重器。本发明的优点是：本发明的混凝土搅拌机，结构合理，斜向设置的搅拌轴可以控制混凝土出料均匀，下料快，避免混凝土打结，设置在支耳和支架之间的称重器，可以提高计量的准确性。

本发明涉及一种混凝土搅拌机，属于建筑施工设备领域。
背景技术
目前，随着我国经济建设的不断发展，以及城市化进程的加快，我国的城市基础建设、房地产开发业得到了迅猛的发展，推动了混凝土产量的迅速提高。混凝土搅拌机是把水泥、砂石骨料和水混合并搅拌成混凝土混合料的机械。目前的混凝土搅拌机，结构简单，功能也相对单一，只是简单的用于制备混凝土，不能满足使用需求。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用效果好，功能性好的改进的混凝土搅拌机。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌箱、支撑搅拌箱的支架，所述搅拌箱置于支架的空腔中，所述搅拌箱内部设有搅拌轴，搅拌箱的顶部设有进料口和进水口，搅拌箱的底部设有出料口，出料口的一侧设有斜向的承载板，搅拌轴固定于承载板上且斜向伸入到搅拌箱内部，搅拌轴的后端设有旋转驱动装置，所述旋转驱动装置与电动机连接，所述搅拌箱的上部外两侧对称设有支耳，支耳与支架之间均设置有称重器。
进一步的技术方案：
所述搅拌箱内部进料口的下方设有振动筛，振动筛与搅拌箱的内壁固结。
所述搅拌轴为螺旋搅拌轴。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明的混凝土搅拌机，结构合理，斜向设置的搅拌轴可以控制混凝土出料均匀，下料快，避免混凝土打结，设置在支耳和支架之间的称重器，可以提高计量的准确性。

本发明一种改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌箱1、支撑搅拌箱1的支架6，搅拌箱1置于支架6的空腔中，搅拌箱1内部设有搅拌轴7，搅拌箱1的顶部设有进料口2和进水口3，搅拌箱1的底部设有出料口4，出料口4的一侧设有斜向的承载板5，搅拌轴7固定于承载板5上且斜向伸入到搅拌箱1内部，搅拌轴7的后端设有旋转驱动装置8，旋转驱动装置8与电动机9连接，搅拌箱1的上部外两侧对称设有支耳10，支耳10与支架6之间均设置有称重器11。
优选的，作为一可实施例，搅拌箱1内部进料口2的下方设有振动筛12，振动筛12与搅拌箱1的内壁固结。
优选的，作为另一可实施例，搅拌轴7为螺旋搅拌轴。
本发明的混凝土搅拌机，斜向设置的搅拌轴7可以控制混凝土出料均匀，下料快，避免混凝土打结，设置在支耳10和支架6之间的称重器11，可以提高计量的准确性。

1.一种改进的混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：包括搅拌箱(1)、支撑搅拌箱(1)的支架(6)，所述搅拌箱(1)置于支架(6)的空腔中，所述搅拌箱(1)内部设有搅拌轴(7)，搅拌箱(1)的顶部设有进料口(2)和进水口(3)，搅拌箱(1)的底部设有出料口(4)，出料口(4)的一侧设有斜向的承载板(5)，搅拌轴(7)固定于承载板(5)上且斜向伸入到搅拌箱(1)内部，搅拌轴(7)的后端设有旋转驱动装置(8)，所述旋转驱动装置(8)与电动机(9)连接，所述搅拌箱(1)的上部外两侧对称设有支耳(10)，支耳(10)与支架(6)之间均设置有称重器(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌箱(1)内部进料口(2)的下方设有振动筛(12)，振动筛(12)与搅拌箱(1)的内壁固结。
