本发明公开了一种新型加工土豆片的切割装置,包括电机、刀盘、内筒、刀片、刀刃、下料区和固定螺钉,所述电机与四处内筒的外壁相连接,所述电机的底部通过转轴连接有刀盘,所述刀盘上设有刀片,所述刀片与刀盘之间设有下料区,所述刀刃设于刀片的弧面一侧,所述刀片通过固定螺钉与刀盘组成可拆卸连接,所述刀片共设有两处。该新型加工土豆片的切割装置具有加工效率高,安全性好的优点,且利用电机带动刀盘旋转,实现对土豆的切片加工,无需人力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及土豆加工技术领域,具体为一种新型加工土豆片的切割装置。
背景技术
土豆片是一种常见并且受大家欢迎的食品,但是在切土豆片时比较繁琐,浪费时间,而且容易切破手指。特别是在需求量大的饭店等地方,采用手工切土豆片的效率很低,往往出现供不应求的现象,
因此,设计和生产一种土豆切片效率高的装置是本发明将要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型加工土豆片的切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的手工进行土豆切片效率低,且存在一定安全隐患的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型加工土豆片的切割装置,包括电机、刀盘、内筒、刀片、刀刃、下料区和固定螺钉,所述电机与四处内筒的外壁相连接,所述电机的底部通过转轴连接有刀盘,所述刀盘上设有刀片,所述刀片与刀盘之间设有下料区,所述刀刃设于刀片的弧面一侧,所述刀片通过固定螺钉与刀盘组成可拆卸连接,所述刀片共设有两处,所述内筒底部为斜面结构且各内筒的斜面构成一个圆锥体形状且该锥度一为5-30度,所述刀盘为圆锥体结构且尺寸与内筒形成的圆锥体结构一致,该刀盘的锥体二与锥度一大小一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该新型加工土豆片的切割装置具有加工效率高,安全性好的优点,且利用电机带动刀盘旋转,实现对土豆的切片加工,无需人力,本发明共设有四处内筒,可同时对四个土豆进行切片,切割好的土豆片直接落在成品区内,使用简单方便,大大提高了土豆的加工效率,在土豆片自重的情况下,能实现土豆片快速通过刀片留下,避免土豆片的重复切割,本发明的刀盘隐藏在外筒内部,不会与人体接触,安全性能好。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型加工土豆片的切割装置,包括电机1、刀盘3、内筒6、刀片12、刀刃13、下料区14和固定螺钉15,其特征在于:所述电机1与四处内筒6的外壁相连接,所述电机1的底部通过转轴2连接有刀盘3,所述刀盘3上设有刀片12,所述刀片12与刀盘3之间设有下料区14,所述刀刃13设于刀片12的弧面一侧,所述刀片12通过固定螺钉15与刀盘3组成可拆卸连接,所述刀片12共设有两处,所述内筒6底部为斜面结构且各内筒6的斜面构成一个圆锥体形状且该锥度一a为5-30度,所述刀盘3为圆锥体结构且尺寸与内筒6形成的圆锥体结构一致,该刀盘3的锥体二b与锥度一a大小一致。
工作原理:在使用该新型加工土豆片的切割装置时,首先需对整个新型加工土豆片的切割装置有一个结构上的了解,通过设置四处内筒6,可同时实现对四个土豆的切片加工,使用时,将洗净的土豆放置在刀盘3的顶部,打开电机1,电机1带动刀盘3转动,刀盘3上的刀片12对土豆进行切割,切下的土豆片通过刀片12与刀盘3之间的下料区14自然掉落内,由于刀片为锥体结构,在土豆片自重的情况下,能实现土豆片快速通过刀片留下,避免土豆片的重复切割。
