Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔性装夹装置,套筒(2)固定在底座(1)上,调节轴(14)分别与芯轴(9)、套筒(2)连接,芯轴(9)固定在调节轴(14)上端面,调节轴(14)的底端外壁与套筒(2)内壁为小间隙配合;锁紧螺钉(13)安装在套筒(2)右上侧壁,小齿轮(12)通过转轴(11)安装在套筒(2)左上侧壁,浮动轴(5)侧壁设置锯齿,小齿轮(12)能够与浮动轴(5)侧齿啮合。本发明能满足车轮加工的需要,能提高车轮质量,同时具有结构简单、便于制作、性能稳定、精度能满足加工要求、制造成本低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机加工装夹机构,具体地说涉及一种车轮加工过程中柔性装夹机构。
背景技术
实际生产过程中,由于汽车车轮生产厂家加工的轮型比较多,致使更换轮型相当频繁,为了不同尺寸轮型加工的需要,车轮生产厂家需要制作和库存大量的工装夹具,增加了采购成本,降低了生产效率。本发明介绍了一种柔性装夹机构,能够根据车轮的尺寸变化,通过调整内部结构的位置,满足车轮的加工需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一套柔性装夹装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:柔性装夹装置,由底座,套筒,支架、调整螺钉,调整环,弹簧,支撑架,限位螺钉,芯轴,法兰,转轴,小齿轮,锁紧螺钉,调节轴组成。
套筒固定在底座上,调节轴分别与芯轴、套筒连接,芯轴固定在调节轴上端面,调节轴的底端外壁与套筒内壁为小间隙配合。锁紧螺钉安装在套筒右上侧壁,小齿轮通过转轴安装在套筒左上侧壁,浮动轴侧壁设置锯齿,小齿轮能够与浮动轴侧齿啮合。
转轴带动小齿轮转动,通过小齿轮与浮动轴侧齿啮合配合,调整芯轴的高度,从而满足不同轮辋深度车轮的装夹需要。
套筒右上侧壁设置3mm缝隙,缝隙的一侧设置螺纹,锁紧螺钉穿过缝隙,与缝隙另一侧的螺纹连接。芯轴通过小齿轮调整高度后,拧紧锁紧螺钉,套筒内壁直径减小,套筒内壁抱紧调节轴,芯轴的位置锁定。
支架固定在底座上,调整环底端内壁与支架中部外壁为螺纹配合,调整环可以在支架上下运动。4个调整螺钉安装在调整环侧壁上,调整螺钉前端面可压紧支架外壁,调整环固定在支架的某一位置。
支撑架套在支架上,法兰固定在支撑架上端面,支撑架上端侧壁上设置两个对称的竖向槽。限位螺钉安装在支架上,并传过支撑架侧壁的竖向槽,限位螺钉能够在支撑架内相对移动,并限制了支撑架在支架上的移动范围。
弹簧穿设于支架,其两端分别与支撑架和调整环连接,调整环通过弹簧支撑支撑架,由于支撑架重力作用,弹簧存在弹力。
调整环底端内壁与支架外壁的螺纹配合,调整环可以带动弹簧和法兰上下移动,调整螺钉将调整环固定在支架的某一位置。
本发明能满足车轮制造企业对车轮加工的需要,能提高车轮质量,同时具有结构简单、便于制作、性能稳定、精度能满足加工要求、制造成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明提出的具体装置。
柔性装夹装置,由底座1,套筒2,支架3、调整螺钉4,调整环5,弹簧6,支撑架7,限位螺钉8,芯轴9,法兰10,转轴11,小齿轮12,锁紧螺钉13,调节轴14组成。
套筒2固定在底座1上,调节轴14分别与芯轴9、套筒2连接,芯轴9固定在调节轴14上端面,调节轴14的底端外壁与套筒2内壁为小间隙配合。锁紧螺钉13安装在套筒2右上侧壁,小齿轮12通过转轴11安装在套筒2左上侧壁,浮动轴侧壁设置锯齿,小齿轮12能够与浮动轴侧齿啮合。
转轴11带动小齿轮12转动,通过小齿轮12与浮动轴侧齿啮合配合,调整芯轴9的高度,从而满足不同轮辋深度车轮的装夹需要。
套筒2右上侧壁设置3mm缝隙,缝隙的一侧设置螺纹,锁紧螺钉13穿过缝隙,与缝隙另一侧的螺纹连接,芯轴9通过小齿轮12调整高度后,拧紧锁紧螺钉13,套筒2内壁直径减小,套筒2内壁抱紧调节轴14,芯轴9的位置锁定。
支架3固定在底座1上,调整环5底端内壁与支架3中部外壁为螺纹配合,调整环5可以在支架3上下运动。4个调整螺钉4安装在调整环5侧壁上,调整螺钉4前端面可压紧支架3外壁,调整环5固定在支架3的某一位置。
支撑架7套在支架3上,法兰10固定在支撑架7上端面,支撑架7上端侧壁上有两个对称的竖向槽。限位螺钉8安装在支架3上,并传过支撑架7侧壁的竖向槽,限位螺钉8能够在支撑架7内相对移动,并限制了支撑架7在支架3上的移动范围。
弹簧6穿设于支架3,其两端分别与支撑架7和调整环5连接,调整环5通过弹簧6支撑支撑架7,由于支撑架7重力作用,弹簧6存在弹力。
调整环5底端内壁与支架3外壁的螺纹配合,调整环5可以带动弹簧6和法兰10上下移动,螺钉4将调整环5固定在支架3的某一位置。
Claims (1)
1.柔性装夹装置,由底座(1),套筒(2),支架(3)、调整螺钉(4),调整环(5),弹簧(6),支撑架(7),限位螺钉(8),芯轴(9),法兰(10),转轴(11),小齿轮(12),锁紧螺钉(13),调节轴(14)组成,其特征在于:
套筒(2)固定在底座(1)上,调节轴(14)分别与芯轴(9)、套筒(2)连接,芯轴(9)固定在调节轴(14)上端面,调节轴(14)的底端外壁与套筒(2)内壁为小间隙配合;锁紧螺钉(13)安装在套筒(2)右上侧壁,小齿轮(12)通过转轴(11)安装在套筒(2)左上侧壁,浮动轴侧壁设置锯齿,小齿轮(12)能够与浮动轴侧齿啮合;
套筒(2)右上侧壁设置3mm缝隙,缝隙的一侧设置螺纹,锁紧螺钉(13)穿过缝隙,与缝隙另一侧的螺纹连接;
支架(3)固定在底座(1)上,调整环(5)底端内壁与支架(3)中部外壁为螺纹配合,调整环(5)可以在支架(3)上下运动;4个调整螺钉(4)安装在调整环(5)侧壁上,调整螺钉(4)前端面可压紧支架(3)外壁,调整环(5)固定在支架(3)的某一位置;
支撑架(7)套在支架(3)上,法兰(10)固定在支撑架(7)上端面,支撑架(7)上端侧壁上有两个对称的竖向槽;限位螺钉(8)安装在支架(3)上,
弹簧(6)穿设于支架(3),其两端分别与支撑架(7)和调整环(5)连接,调整环(5)通过弹簧(6)支撑支撑架(7);
调整环(5)底端内壁与支架(3)外壁的螺纹配合。
