一种喷漆房废气处理设备,属于涂装技术领域,为了提供一种更加环保、节能的喷漆房废气处理设备,本发明包括漆雾过滤器、风机、生物滴滤塔、两组活性炭过滤器、燃烧器和活化风机;所述的漆雾过滤器进口连接喷漆房,出口连接风机吸风口,风机出风口连接生物滴滤塔并将待处理废气送入生物滴滤塔,生物滴滤塔出气口连接活性炭过滤器进气口,活性炭过滤器出气口放空,所述活性炭过滤器还包括活化空气进气口和活化空气出气口,活化空气进气口连接加热器和活化风机,活化空气经加热器加热后进行活性炭活化;活化空气出气口连接加热器;通过生物滴滤塔初滤、活性炭过滤器再滤、燃烧器集中燃烧,能够高效、技能地完成废气处理。

技术领域
本发明属于涂装技术领域,具体涉及一种喷漆房废气处理设备。
背景技术
喷漆房在喷漆过程中,油漆中的挥发性有机物需要及时排出并处理,否则喷漆房内空气环境将会被污染。现有技术中,将有机物用活性炭吸收或者加热燃烧成二氧化碳和水,是比较常见的处理方式;但是单独采用活性炭吸附,对活性炭的量大、更换或者再生频繁,增加了运行成本;而采取燃烧的方式,由于有机物含量难以到达燃烧浓度,需要辅助染料助燃烧,这样其能源消耗也很高。生物法处理废气是目前比较环保节能的一种方法,其处理成本低,不消耗大量的能源,值得推广。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:提供一种喷漆房废气处理装置,不仅处理效果好,其对能源消耗也少。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种喷漆房废气处理设备,包括漆雾过滤器、风机、生物滴滤塔、两组活性炭过滤器、燃烧器和活化风机;所述的漆雾过滤器进口连接喷漆房,出口连接风机吸风口,风机出风口连接生物滴滤塔并将待处理废气送入生物滴滤塔,生物滴滤塔出气口连接活性炭过滤器进气口,活性炭过滤器出气口放空,所述活性炭过滤器还包括活化空气进气口和活化空气出气口,活化空气进气口连接加热器和活化风机,活化空气经加热器加热后进行活性炭活化;活化空气出气口连接加热器,将吹扫出的有机废气送入加热器燃烧。
进一步地,所述生物滴滤塔包括塔体中部设置的附着有微生物的填料,填料上部设置有循环液喷淋设备,填料下部设置废气进气管,废气进气管下部为循环液储槽,循环液储槽与循环液喷淋设备通过循环管路连接,循环液储槽底部设置排液管。
进一步地,所述循环管路设置有加药装置。
本发明的有益效果是:利用生物滴滤塔处理废气,节能环保;再与活性炭过滤器结合,能够吸收生物滴滤塔不能过滤的气体,两组活性炭过滤器并设置活化气体进出口,能够在不停机的情况下对活性炭进行活化,活化的热空气通过活化活性炭吹扫出的有机废气燃烧进行加热,能够最大限度的利用能量。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1所示的一种喷漆房废气处理设备,包括漆雾过滤器1、风机2、生物滴滤塔3、两组活性炭过滤器4、燃烧器5和活化风机6;所述的漆雾过滤器1进口连接喷漆房,出口连接风机2吸风口,风机2出风口连接生物滴滤塔3并将待处理废气送入生物滴滤塔3,生物滴滤塔出气口36连接活性炭过滤器进气口41,活性炭过滤器出气口42放空,所述活性炭过滤器4还包括活化空气进气口44和活化空气出气口43,活化空气进气口44连接加热器5和活化风机6,活化空气经加热器5加热后进行活性炭活化;活化空气出气口43连接加热器5,将吹扫出的有机废气送入加热器5燃烧。所述生物滴滤塔3包括塔体中部设置的附着有微生物的填料32,填料32上部设置有循环液喷淋设备31,填料32下部设置废气进气管33,废气进气管33下部为循环液储槽34,循环液储槽34与循环液喷淋设备31通过循环管路35连接,循环液储槽34底部设置排液管37。所述循环管路35设置有加药装置。
本发明工作时,喷漆房废气经过漆雾过滤器1去除漆雾,再通过生物滴滤塔3去除废气中的苯类化合物等有机物,再经过活性炭过滤器4去除生物滴滤塔3无法去除的物质;当活性炭饱和时,进行活化并将吸附的有机物集中燃烧处理;燃烧产生的热量用于加热空气,进行活性炭的活化。

1.一种喷漆房废气处理设备,其特征是:包括漆雾过滤器(1)、风机(2)、生物滴滤塔(3)、两组活性炭过滤器(4)、燃烧器(5)和活化风机(6);所述的漆雾过滤器(1)进口连接喷漆房,出口连接风机(2)吸风口,风机(2)出风口连接生物滴滤塔(3)并将待处理废气送入生物滴滤塔(3),生物滴滤塔出气口(36)连接活性炭过滤器进气口(41),活性炭过滤器出气口(42)放空,所述活性炭过滤器(4)还包括活化空气进气口(44)和活化空气出气口(43),活化空气进气口(44)连接加热器(5)和活化风机(6),活化空气经加热器(5)加热后进行活性炭活化;活化空气出气口(43)连接加热器(5),将吹扫出的有机废气送入加热器(5)燃烧。
