技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体涉及一种食品杂质过滤装置。
背景技术
众所周知,在食品加工过程中,通常需要将食品原料中混含的粉碎状杂质过滤掉,杂质含量的多少直接影响到食品的口感和存放时间,目前采用的杂质过滤装置,不仅过滤效率低,延长了整体生产周期,而且过滤效果差,杂质残留量大,影响食品的品质。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种食品杂质过滤装置,使其具有过滤效率高以及过滤效果好的优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述问题:一种食品杂质过滤装置,包括过滤室,所述过滤室顶部设置有进料口,过滤室内设置有倾斜布置的网板,所述网板两侧分别与对应的过滤室侧壁密封滑动连接,网板通过弹簧与过滤室底部连接,与网板低端连接的过滤室侧壁设置有出料口,所述出料口处于网板上方,所述过滤室顶部内侧设置有气囊,所述气囊通过进气管与过滤室外部连通,所述进气管内设置有第一单向阀,所述气囊上设置有多个排气孔,所述排气孔内设置有第二单向阀,网板顶部设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶部设置有挤压板,网板下方设置有转轴,所述转轴外壁周向均匀设置有多根长度各不相同的顶杆。
进一步,所述顶杆顶部为弧面。
进一步,所述网板由多块板体拼接而成,所述板体之间铰接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的食品烘干装置,包括烘干室,所述烘干室内并列设置有丝杠和导杆,所述丝杠两端分别与烘干室的左、右两侧转动连接,所述导杆两端分别与烘干室的左、右两侧连接,丝杠外壁开设有沿轴向延伸的滑槽,丝杠外套设有套筒,套筒内壁设置有与滑槽滑动连接的滑块,套筒外壁周向均匀设置有多根搅拌杆,套筒一侧设置有推板,所述推板与套筒连接,推板上设置有网孔,丝杠穿过推板且与推板螺纹连接,导杆穿过推板且与推板滑动连接。该结构的食品烘干装置,具有烘干效率高、烘干效果好的优点。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明,如图1所示:本实施例的食品杂质过滤装置,包括过滤室1,所述过滤室顶部设置有进料口2,过滤室内设置有倾斜布置的网板,所述网板两侧分别与对应的过滤室侧壁密封滑动连接,网板通过弹簧3与过滤室底部连接,与网板低端连接的过滤室侧壁设置有出料口4,所述出料口处于网板上方,所述过滤室顶部内侧设置有气囊5,所述气囊通过进气管6与过滤室外部连通,所述进气管内设置有第一单向阀7,第一单向阀限定气体只能由外界流入气囊内,所述气囊上设置有多个排气孔8,所述排气孔内设置有第二单向阀9,第二单向阀限定气体只能由气囊流入过滤室内,网板顶部设置有支撑杆10,所述支撑杆顶部设置有挤压板11,网板下方设置有转轴12,所述转轴外壁周向均匀设置有多根长度各不相同的顶杆13,转轴通过电机驱动转动,此为现有技术。对食品进行除杂过滤时,食品由进料口进入过滤室内,被网板接住,食品沿网板朝出料口传送的过程中,一方面,转轴转动,通过顶杆推动网板上下抖动,由于顶杆的长度各不相同,当不同长度的顶杆周期性与网板支撑接触时,网板会上下跳动,有利于提高网板的抖动效果。网板抖动,使粉碎杂质、不合要求的颗粒过滤到网板下方,整个过程不仅过滤效率高,而且过滤效果好;另一方面,网板上下移动,通过支撑杆和挤压板周期性挤压气囊,从而从排气孔排出具有一定流速的气体,对杂质进行吹送,进一步有利于杂质的过滤。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述顶杆顶部为弧面。当顶杆与网板开始与网板接触或者脱离与网板接触时,能减少磨损。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述网板由多块板体14拼接而成,所述板体之间铰接。拼接的网板结构,其活动自由度更大,有利于增强网板的抖动作用,从而提高对杂质的过滤效率和效果。

1.一种食品杂质过滤装置,包括过滤室,所述过滤室顶部设置有进料口,过滤室内设置有倾斜布置的网板,所述网板两侧分别与对应的过滤室侧壁密封滑动连接,网板通过弹簧与过滤室底部连接,与网板低端连接的过滤室侧壁设置有出料口,所述出料口处于网板上方,其特征在于:所述过滤室顶部内侧设置有气囊,所述气囊通过进气管与过滤室外部连通,所述进气管内设置有第一单向阀,所述气囊上设置有多个排气孔,所述排气孔内设置有第二单向阀,网板顶部设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶部设置有挤压板,网板下方设置有转轴,所述转轴外壁周向均匀设置有多根长度各不相同的顶杆。
