本发明公开了一种治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：生黄芪10g，当归10g，川芎12g，桃仁10g，红花8g，地龙15g，苏木15g，熟地黄20g，鹿角胶15g，肉桂20g，白芥子10g，路路通20g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2‑6疗程。

Description

一种治疗糖尿病足的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗糖尿病足的的中药配方。
背景技术
糖尿病足是指糖尿病患者足部由于神经病变使下肢保护功能减退，大血管和微血管病变使动脉灌注不足致微循环障碍而发生溃疡和坏疽的疾病状态。糖尿病足是糖尿病一种严重的并发症，是糖尿病患者致残，甚至致死的重要原因之一，不但给患者造成痛苦，而且使其增添了巨大的经济负担。根据糖尿病足部病变的性质，可分为湿性坏疽，干性坏疽和混合性坏疽3种临床类型。1.湿性坏疽临床所见到的糖尿病足多为此种类型，约占糖尿病足的3/4。多因肢端循环及微循环障碍，常伴有周围神经病变，皮肤损伤感染化脓。局部常有红、肿、热、痛、功能障碍，严重者常伴有全身不适，毒血症或败血症等临床表现。2.干性坏疽糖尿病患者的足部干性坏疽较少，仅占足坏疽病人的1/20。多发生在糖尿病患者肢端动脉及小动脉粥样硬化，血管腔严重狭窄；或动脉血栓形成，致使血管腔阻塞，血流逐渐或骤然中断，但静脉血流仍然畅通，造成局部组织液减少，导致阻塞动脉所供血的远端肢体的相应区域发生干性坏疽，其坏疽的程度与血管阻塞部位和程度相关。较小动脉阻塞则坏疽面积较小常形成灶性干性坏死，较大动脉阻塞则干性坏疽的面积较大，甚至整个肢端完全坏死。3.混合性坏疽糖尿病患者混合性坏疽较干性坏疽稍多见。约占糖尿病足病人的1/6。因肢端某一部位动脉阻塞，血流不畅，引起干性坏疽；而另一部分合并感染化脓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗糖尿病足的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：生黄芪10g，当归10g，川芎12g，桃仁10g，红花8g，地龙15g，苏木15g，熟地黄20g，鹿角胶15g，肉桂20g，白芥子10g，路路通20g。
实施例2：如果患者有下肢逆冷症状，在上述组分中制附子10g、川牛膝10g。
实施例3：如果患者有下肢紫暗症状，在上述组分中鸡血藤10g，水蛭15g。
实施例4：如果患者有疼痛感重症状，在上述组分中全蝎1只、蜈蚣1只，穿山甲15g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对糖尿病足病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中黄芪益气活血，当归、熟地养血，川芎、桃仁、红花活血化瘀，地龙、苏木通络止痛，白芥子、路路通温阳通络，鹿角胶、肉桂温阳散寒。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、散结消肿之效，诸药合用，活血化痰、通脉降脂，为治疗糖尿病足的良方。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗糖尿病足的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪10g，当归10g，川芎12g，桃仁10g，红花8g，地龙15g，苏木15g，熟地黄20g，鹿角胶15g，肉桂20g，白芥子10g，路路通20g。
水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于糖尿病足护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例糖尿病足患者，均为一年以上糖尿病足病史，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的糖尿病足诊断标准，全部诊断为糖尿病足患者。
50例糖尿病足患者全部有手足皮肤溃烂等症状
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例糖尿病足患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
张某，男，59岁。病人为49岁男性II形糖尿病患者，有10年的难治性静脉性溃疡史 。前期伤口治疗为：使用凡士林纱布，吸收性敷料，轻压弹力袜。每周接受社区医护进行三次敷料更换。 在此期间，走路时极为疼痛，出现水肿，以及伤口流脓液（尤其在夏天），病人于左小腿外侧有一个体积为16.5 * 15.0 * 0.1cm的大型伤口。 伤口底部为湿肉芽组织 伤口有大量流脓出水症状 淋巴水肿 走路疼痛。后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

1.一种治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生黄芪10g，当归10g，川芎12g，桃仁10g，红花8g，地龙15g，苏木15g，熟地黄20g，鹿角胶15g，肉桂20g，白芥子10g，路路通20g。
2.本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括制附子10g、川牛膝10g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括鸡血藤10g，水蛭15g。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病足的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括全蝎1只、蜈蚣1只，穿山甲15g。
