Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层乳胶手套,包括外层和内层,外层由以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15‑20:8‑25:100的体积比进行混纺而成,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维;所述内层为由0.2‑2wt%的氧化壳聚糖、0.5‑3wt%的丝胶、0‑2wt%的有机硅聚合物、0.2‑1wt%的氧化钇和余量的乳胶组成。本发明的乳胶手套,使天然乳胶膜在降低水溶性蛋白溢出、耐老化性能、降低膜表面粘度及抗菌性等方面得到明显改善。

Description

一种双层乳胶手套
技术领域
本发明涉及劳保技术领域,尤其涉及一种双层乳胶手套。
背景技术
手套作为保护手部的工具而被广泛应用,乳胶手套由于具有防水、防污、耐热等优点而被大规模生产应用。乳胶手套弹性好,并且可以降解,但是现有技术中的乳胶手套只是一层橡胶,寒冷的冬天在使用时会很不方便,手掌部和手臂部不可分离,并且乳胶手套上部只是一条简单的松紧带,长时间使用后很容易断掉,在平时清洗碗时,使用洗碗布不方便,不能适用清洗不同种类的东西,存在戴着手套拿取东西时不稳的问题。
天然乳胶是一种经生物合成、可再生的自然资源,因优异的综合性能而被广泛应用于医用导管、医用手套及避孕套等产品中。但是天然乳胶因含有不饱和双键,使其耐油性、耐老化性较差,其中的微童水溶性蛋白引起人体过敏反应。乳胶中的非橡胶物质在胶乳成膜过程中向乳胶膜表面迁移导致膜表面粘连并易被微生物感染变质,由此限制作为乳胶材料的应用。
同时,由于乳胶手套材质的缘故,其不耐磨,不耐刮擦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种乳胶手套,使天然乳胶膜在降低水溶性蛋白溢出、耐老化性能、降低膜表面粘度及抗菌性等方面得到明显改善,同时提高其耐磨耐刮擦特性。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种乳胶手套,包括外层和内层,外层由以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15-20:8-25:100的体积比进行混纺而成,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维;所述内层为由0.2-2wt%的氧化壳聚糖、0.5-3wt%的丝胶、0-2wt%的有机硅聚合物、0.2-1wt%的氧化钇和余量的乳胶组成。
经测试,本发明的外层所用混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。
壳聚糖具有捕捉蛋白质等作用,但不溶于乳胶碱性体系,本发明首先采用氧化充聚糖,将其应用于天然乳胶的改性,氧化壳聚糖捕捉乳胶中的蛋白质并发生相互作用反应,改变蛋白质的水溶性并锁定在固化的胶膜中,降低水溶蛋白质的溢出。添加1.0%的氧化壳聚糖改性的乳胶膜的水溶性蛋白溢出量可降低至45.71μg/g。
丝胶具有抗菌、消炎、抗氧化、耐腐蚀等诸多橡胶需要但又不具备的性质,将其与氧化壳聚糖共同改性天然乳胶,使丝胶和氧化壳聚糖组合物与橡胶中的蛋白结合,其中化学交联、氢键交联等作用使蛋白质结构发生不同层次上的改变,致使过敏蛋白改性,并与胶粒保护层中的蛋白进行自组合,构成软凝聚态结构,在橡胶凝固的作用下,迁移并定着在橡胶微相的裂缝和空隙中,在提高橡胶膜的致密性阻隔性和补强性的同时,所制胶膜在耐溶剂、耐老化、抗菌性及减少水溶性蛋白溢出量等方面均有不同程度改善。
本发明采用的有机硅聚合物,具有良好的生理惰性、抗凝血和抗血栓形成等优点,并且表面能低,能在制品表面富集,使过敏源与人体皮肤隔离,产生抗过敏的效果。在上述改性工艺的基础上进一步引入有机硅聚合物,所制乳胶膜在增加耐老化性、耐溶剂性,降低膜表面摩擦系数及粘性均有改善。
本发明的乳胶手套使天然乳胶膜在降低水溶性蛋白溢出、耐老化性能、降低膜表面粘度及抗菌性等方面得到明显改善。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种乳胶手套,包括外层和内层,外层由以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15:8:100的体积比进行混纺而成,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维;所述内层为由0.2wt%的氧化壳聚糖、0.5wt%的丝胶、0.2wt%的氧化钇和余量的乳胶组成。
实施例2
一种乳胶手套,包括外层和内层,外层由以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照20:25:100的体积比进行混纺而成,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维;所述内层为由2wt%的氧化壳聚糖、3wt%的丝胶、2wt%的有机硅聚合物、1wt%的氧化钇和余量的乳胶组成。
实施例3
一种乳胶手套,包括外层和内层,外层由以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照17:15:100的体积比进行混纺而成,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维;所述内层为由1wt%的氧化壳聚糖、2wt%的丝胶、1wt%的有机硅聚合物、0.5wt%的氧化钇和余量的乳胶组成。
