本发明公开了一种室内消毒液,由下列重量份数的成分混合组成:大蒜液3‑6份、竹醋粉6‑15份、土奇良4‑15份、没食子2‑6份、盐酸洗必泰6‑10份、松油醇6‑15份、聚氧乙烯烷基苯醚3‑6份、三氯新6‑15份、鱼精蛋白2‑6份、次氯酸钠3‑6份、乙酸锌2‑6份、碘伏5‑15份、纯净水30‑50份该杀菌消毒液对人和动物几乎无毒无害,并且对广范围的病原微生物显示很高的杀菌力,而且杀菌作用的持续性优异。

一种室内消毒液
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内消毒液。
背景技术
长期以来,人们已认识到了为了健康和卫生对物件表面进行杀菌的必要性。人们需要有效的杀菌方法用于各种目的,包括无菌包装,医疗设备杀菌,生物杀灭带菌体以保护环境,熏蒸消毒,容器杀菌,食物处理等。
例如,作为感染性、病原性微生物的杀菌方法,通常鼓励加热杀菌方法,但是因为在难以加热处理的情况下、或由于热而产生品质降低等理由,因此加热温度通常受到限制,杀菌效果也自然而然受到限制。代替加热杀菌或与加热杀菌合并地使用化合物应运而生。现有技术使用的化合物灭菌一般是过乙酸。一般来说,过乙酸被用于水基体系,例如包含过乙酸、乙酸和过氧化氢的平衡混合物。虽然已经证明该体系是有效的,但在本申请进行申请时一般认为固体酸不具有液体酸那样的杀菌效果,本发明人研究发现:含有导入了磺基的无定形碳的材料显示强的杀菌效果对于本领域技术人员而言是完全预料不到的。
此外,作为现有例,在专利文献2中公开了在微生物(大肠杆菌)的杀菌方法中,以在异硫氰酸烯丙酯的存在下加热温度为60℃以下的方式进行处理的构成。专利文献3中公开了在水利用设施的微生物的杀菌方法中使银离子与铜离子、银离子与残留氯、铜离子与残留氯、或银离子与铜离子与残留氯共存的构成。专利文献4中公开了一种气体或液体的杀菌方法,使含有导入了磺基的无定形碳的材料与气体中或液体中的微生物接触。
作为现有通用的杀菌消毒剂,存在有醇类、酚类、卤化物、季铵盐、双胍类药剂、乙醛类等,最近,在新鲜食用材料的杀菌中,也开始利用强酸性水和臭 氧水等,作为这些杀菌消毒剂所希望应该具有的条件,列举如下:抗菌谱的范围广;以短时间接触就能够进行杀菌(速效性);稳定性高,杀菌作用持续;即使在有机物的存在下,效力下降也少;对机体危害少(低毒性);在水中易溶,使用方法简便;渗透性强;没有不愉快气味;廉价;保存性好;容易废弃;不损伤使用对象物;不形成耐药性菌。
遗憾的是,满足上述全部条件的杀菌消毒剂并不存在。因此,目前是根据使用目的在这些条件内确定哪一个条件是最重要的来选择现有的消毒剂。
正如所见到的细菌与抗生素的关系的例子,细菌对攻击自身的药剂(化合物)迟早也将获得抵抗性。这是不可回避的事实,报告了多种醇和季铵盐或双胍类药剂无效的细菌在医院内感染的例子。
伴随从19世纪中叶开始的近代医学黎明,人们在受到恩惠的同时,也在很多药害和毒性中闭上眼睛,在大众的牺牲之上取得医学发展和对真理的追求是不争的事实。
进入21世纪以来,社会各界以及从民众的视线出发,演变到“放心和安全”被看作比什么都重要而置于最优先的时代。
基于上述现状,有人开发了大致兼备上述必要条件的杀菌液,在1998年作为“含有铁离子的杀菌液”提出申请并取得专利(专利文献5),该杀菌液由即使作为食品添加物也得到使用认可的数种化合物构成,虽然是低毒性,但在结核菌和幽门螺杆菌的扑灭中,以与并用多种药剂同样的原理压制耐性菌的出现。此外,具有抗菌谱广泛、对芽胞也有效等优异特性。但是,本发明的发明人对上述含有铁离子的杀菌液进行了进一步的研究后判明,受主要成分Fe 3+离子的影响,在无论杀菌液本身还是使用对照物都逐渐着色(放置时)及杀菌液的 臭气方面,另外在出于消毒目的散布于作物上时对其生长产生部分损害等,对于使用者而 言并非是100%满意的杀菌液。另外,上述含有铁离子的杀菌液虽然对各种病原菌的杀菌力 优异,但对病毒的杀伤力还不满意。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种对人和动物几乎无毒无 害,并且对广范围的病原微生物显示很高的杀菌力,而且杀菌作用的持续性优异的室内消毒液。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种室内消毒液,由下列重量份数的成分混合组成:
大蒜液 3-6份
竹醋粉 6-15份
土奇良 4-15份
没食子 2-6份
盐酸洗必泰 6-10份
松油醇 6-15份
聚氧乙烯烷基苯醚 3-6份
三氯新 6-15份
鱼精蛋白 2-6份
次氯酸钠 3-6份
乙酸锌 2-6份
碘伏 5-15份
纯净水 30-50份。
优选地,由下列重量份数的成分混合组成:大蒜液6份、竹醋粉6份、土奇良15份、没食子6份、盐酸洗必泰10份、松油醇6份、聚氧乙烯烷基苯醚3份、三氯新15份、鱼精蛋白2份、次氯酸钠6份、乙酸锌2份、碘伏15份、纯净水30份。
