Abstract

农作物光合作用促进剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3‑5份、磷酸三甲酯2‑3份、硼氢化钾3‑5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2‑3份、茶皂素2‑3份、硝酸镧2‑3份。本发明的植物光合作用促进剂进行田间试验,试验结果显示其具有以下有益效,三十烷基磷酸酯钾、磷酸三甲酯、硝酸镧可以达到意想不到的协同增效效果,加快叶绿素的合成、扩大气孔、减少因光呼吸作用所引起的营养消耗;硼氢化钾、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、茶皂素促进了农作物对营养物质的吸收,以及本发明的混合的稳定性,上述组分协同配合促进农作物茎叶的生长和果实的优质高产。

一种农作物光合作用促进剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于农业领域,具体为一种农作物光合作用促进剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
光合作用(Photosynthesis),即光能合成作用,是指含有叶绿体绿色植物和某些细菌,在可见光的照射下,经过光反应和碳反应(旧称暗反应),利用光合色素,将二氧化碳(或硫化氢)和水转化为有机物,并释放出氧气(或氢气)的生化过程。同时也有将光能转变为有机物中化学能的能量转化过程。
光合作用是一系列复杂的代谢反应的总和,是生物界赖以生存的基础,也是地球碳-氧平衡的重要媒介。光合作用可分为产氧光合作用(oxygenic photosynthesis)和不产氧光合作用(anoxygenic photosynthesis)。是绿色植物、和某些细菌利用叶绿素,在可见光的照射下,将二氧化碳和水转化为有机物(主要是淀粉),并释放出氧气的生化过程。对于生物界的几乎所有生物来说,这个过程是他们赖以生存的关键,而地球上的碳氧循环,光合作用是必不可少的。现在实际的植物光能利用率平均在1 左右,仅有少数作物品种可达到3.5 ,这说明提高作物产量关键在于提高叶片的光合能力。而光合作用促进剂具有促进植物生长、增强光合作用和作物的抗逆性,提高产量,改善品质等作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以促进光合作用,加快叶绿素的合成,增强农作物对营养物质的吸收、扩大气孔、减少因光呼吸作用所引起的营养消耗,促进农作物生长和优质的农作物光合作用促进剂。
农作物光合作用促进剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3-5份、磷酸三甲酯2-3份、硼氢化钾3-5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2-3份、茶皂素2-3份、硝酸镧2-3份。
作为优化,农作物光合作用促进剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5份、磷酸三甲酯2.2份、硼氢化钾3.5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4份、茶皂素2.6份、硝酸镧2.5份。
本发明的植物光合作用促进剂进行田间试验,试验结果显示其具有以下有益效,三十烷基磷酸酯钾、磷酸三甲酯、硝酸镧可以达到意想不到的协同增效效果,加快叶绿素的合成、扩大气孔、减少因光呼吸作用所引起的营养消耗;硼氢化钾、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠、茶皂素促进了农作物对营养物质的吸收,以及本发明的混合的稳定性,上述组分协同配合促进农作物茎叶的生长和果实的优质高产。
选择山西太原小店区区选取土质肥沃,地力均匀的温室,,土壤pH值6.3,有机质3.82,全氮1.8g/kg、碱解氮145.4mg/kg、有效磷20.5mg/kg、速效钾122.9mg/kg,于2014年10月进行黄瓜栽植。试验大棚长50m。跨度18m。每隔5m耕作层用棚膜隔开。小区面积5m×8m:35m2。6个处理,3次重复,随即排列,共18个小区,基肥为恩泰克(高氮高钾各半)110-120公斤/亩。
处理1:将本发明实施例1中农作物光合作用促进剂30ml/亩,兑水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;处理2:将本发明对比例1中;农作物光合作用促进剂30ml/亩,兑水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;处理3:将本发明对比例2中;农作物光合作用促进剂30ml/亩,兑水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;处理4:将本发明对比例3中;农作物光合作用促进剂30ml/亩,兑水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;处理5:将本发明对比例4中;农作物光合作用促进剂30ml/亩,兑水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;处理6(CK):纯净水18L/亩,进行叶面喷施;测定项目包括亩产量(kg)、单瓜鲜重(g)、干物质重(g)、瓜长(cm)、瓜粗(cm)、增产率(%);数据分析使用Excel 2003和SPSS 13.0统计分析软件进行数据统计。结果见表1。

由上表看出,采用本发明农作物光合作用促进剂处理后,黄瓜鲜重、瓜长、瓜粗、风干重以及亩产有均意想不到的增长。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:农作物光合作用促进剂,由以下原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5千克、磷酸三甲酯2.2千克、硼氢化钾3.5千克、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4千克、茶皂素2.6千克、硝酸镧2.5千克。将以上组分加入到200千克纯净水中,混合均匀。
对比例1:农作物光合作用促进剂, 由以下原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5千克、磷酸三甲酯2.2千克、硼氢化钾3.5千克、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4千克、茶皂素2.6千克。将以上组分加入到200千克纯净水中,混合均匀。
对比例2:农作物光合作用促进剂, 由以下原料制成:磷酸三甲酯2.2千克、茶皂素2.6千克、硼氢化钾3.5千克、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4千克、硝酸镧2.5千克。将以上组分加入到200千克纯净水中,混合均匀。
对比例3:农作物光合作用促进剂, 由以下原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5千克、磷酸三甲酯2.2千克、茶皂素2.6千克、硝酸镧2.5千克。将以上组分加入到200千克纯净水中,混合均匀。
对比例4:农作物光合作用促进剂, 由以下原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5千克、硼氢化钾3.5千克、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4千克、茶皂素2.6千克、硝酸镧2.5千克。将以上组分加入到200千克纯净水中,混合均匀。

1.一种农作物光合作用促进剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3-5份、磷酸三甲酯2-3份、硼氢化钾3-5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2-3份、茶皂素2-3份、硝酸镧2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农作物光合作用促进剂, 其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:三十烷基磷酸酯钾3.5份、磷酸三甲酯2.2份、硼氢化钾3.5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠2.4份、茶皂素2.6份、硝酸镧2.5份。
