The invention provides a pseudobagrus ussuriensis culture method which comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a pond: the area of the pond is 2-3 mu, the depth of the pond is 1.5-2.5 m, the highest water level is 1.8 m, the water temperature is 13-28 ℃, the pH value is 7.0-8.5, the pond is sunned for one month before stocking seedlings, water is fed for 5-10 cm, bleaching powder is sprinkled in the whole pond to clean the pond, the usage amount of the bleaching powder is 5-10 kg per mu, so that the bottom quality is improved, and water is drained once before stocking.
(2) Fry stocking: selecting 8-12 g/tail of fish seeds, wherein the fish seeds are required to be uniform in individual selection, free of physical injury, disease and residue and strong in mobility, the stocking time is from 5 months later to 6 months earlier, and the stocking density is controlled at 3000 tails per mu. Before breeding, pseudobagrus ussuriensis seeds are soaked in a sodium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for 5 minutes, and then are bred in a purse net in a pond for 1-2 weeks and then are bred again.
(3) Feeding the feed: during the captive breeding and pond breeding of the Pseudobagrus ussuriensis, the Pseudobagrus ussuriensis is fed with an expanded feed once in the morning and at night every day, wherein the expanded feed comprises fish meal, meat and bone meal, soybean meal, whole soybean, corn protein, beer yeast, cottonseed meal, fish oil, soybean oil, flour, monocalcium phosphate, choline chloride, soybean phospholipid oil, multi-vitamin and multi-mineral premix, a feeding attractant and an immunopotentiator, and the feed comprises 45% of protein, 8% of fat, 12% of coarse ash and 8% of water. After the fingerlings are put in a pond for breeding, a sunshade net is built in a fixed place, and a fixed-point feeding field is arranged below the sunshade net; determining daily feeding amount according to water temperature, weather and the condition of the feeding state of the fish, wherein the daily feeding amount accounts for 1% -5% of the weight of the fish, feeding for 2 times every day, feeding 1/3 of the feed feeding amount of the whole day at about 6 am, and feeding 2/3 of the feed feeding amount of the whole day at 17: 30-18: 30 evening.
(4) Daily management: measuring water quality indexes such as water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen and the like at 6 am and 2 pm every day, wherein the dissolved oxygen requirement is more than 5mg/L, the nonionic ammonia requirement is less than 0.02mg/L, keeping the water fresh, ensuring the transparency to be 20-40 cm, changing water once every 10-15 days according to the detected water quality indexes, ensuring the water change amount to be about 1/3, splashing a water body disinfectant to improve the water quality, and keeping on patrolling the pond in the morning, the noon and the evening every day.
As a further description of the above scheme:
in the step (2), before stocking, temporarily breeding the fingerlings in a purse net in the pond, wherein the area of the purse net is 20-30 square meters.
In the step (3), the weight ratio of each component of the expanded feed is 28 percent of fish meal, 10 percent of meat and bone meal, 19.4 percent of soybean meal, 9 percent of full-fat soybean, 5 percent of corn protein, 4 percent of beer yeast, 6 percent of cotton meal and 0.2 percent of fish oil, soybean oil 1.0%, flour 13.02%, monocalcium phosphate 0.8%, choline chloride 0.3%, soybean phospholipid oil 1.5%, multi-vitamin multi-mineral premix 1% (produced by Beijing Ying Huier biotechnology Co., Ltd.), betaine with phagostimulant of 0.4%, and immunopotentiator including Yikansu-II (added amount of 0.1%) produced by Guangdong Yiduoli biotechnology Co., Ltd.), complex enzyme preparation (added amount of 0.05%) produced by Beijing Luwei animal health product Co., Ltd.), allicin (added amount of 0.03%) produced by Chengdoubao feed Limited liability company of 25% concentration, and Gandankang (added amount of 0.2%) produced by Beijing Pael sunshine science and technology development Co., Ltd. After the fingerlings are put in a pond for breeding, a sunshade net is built in a fixed place, a fixed-point feeding field is arranged below the sunshade net, the feeding field is surrounded into a circle by polyethylene plastic pipes, and the area of the feeding field is about 20 square meters, so that the floating feed is prevented from being blown away by wind.
The disinfection mode in the step (4) is that a chlorine dioxide solution with the concentration of 0.5ppm is adopted every 10-15 days; 15ppm of sodium chloride solution; 1ppm enrofloxacin solution, and the whole pool is splashed and used alternately.

Further described is: in the step (2), before stocking, temporarily breeding the fingerlings in a purse net in the pond, wherein the area of the purse net is 20-30 square meters. And (4) adopting a disinfection mode that every 10-15 days, a chlorine dioxide solution with the concentration of 0.5ppm, a sodium chloride solution with the concentration of 15ppm and an enrofloxacin solution with the concentration of 1ppm are alternately used by splashing in the whole pool.
Further, during the culture of pseudobagrus ussuriensis in northern areas, infectious intussusception is easy to occur, and the symptoms are as follows: the sick fish swim slowly, the appetite is reduced, the skin of the lips and the head is whitish, and the base part of the fin ray, the lower jaw and the abdomen are congested and inflamed. With the development of disease condition, the belly of the diseased fish expands, and the body surface of the diseased fish has circular or oval discoloring spots with different sizes and hypopigmentation, and then the diseased fish can be ulcerated on the basis of the discoloring spots. When the dead fishes are dissected, the anus is red, swollen and protruded, some fishes have rectocele, one part of the back intestine section falls out of the anus, a large amount of ascites is filled in the abdominal cavity, gastrointestinal tracts have no food, mucous membranes at the bottom of the stomach and at the pylorus are congested, intestinal congestion is caused, the intestinal wall is thinned, the liver is swollen, the color is pale and whitish or yellowish, the gall bladder is expanded, the bile is abundant, spleen and kidney are swollen and extravasated, and the dead fishes partially have special postures of upward heads, downward tails and vertical suspension in a water body. The disease is very infectious, the disease is mainly developed in spring and summer in 7-8 months in northern areas, and the temperature of the developed water is more than 20 ℃. The etiology of this disease was initially thought to be stenotrophomonas maltophilia. Mechanically damaged fish are very susceptible to this disease. Meanwhile, the disease is also related to the disease resistance of the fish, and the fish with liver and gall syndrome is more easily infected. Pseudobagrus ussuriensis, having hepatobiliary syndrome and enteritis, causes intestinal obstruction due to insufficient intestinal digestion and intestinal cramps, resulting in intussusception. The preventive measures are as follows: during 7-8 months in northern areas, some immunopotentiators (such as Yikangsu-II produced by Guangdong Yiduoli biological technology company, the addition amount is 0.1%, a complex enzyme preparation produced by Beijing Luwei animal health products company, the addition amount is 0.05%, 25% of allicin produced by Chengdu Fabao feed Limited liability company, the addition amount is 0.03%, and Gandankang produced by Beijing Parr sunshine technology development Limited company, the addition amount is 0.2%) are added into the feed to improve the immunity and disease resistance of fish bodies, and the feed is regularly matched with a water disinfectant for use, namely, a chlorine dioxide solution with the concentration of 0.5ppm is adopted every 10-15 days; 15ppm of sodium chloride solution; the enrofloxacin solution with 1ppm is alternatively used by splashing in the whole pool to prevent the disease.
