Abstract

提供一种能够节省电力,并且快速地进行铆接对象的加热以及冷却的热铆装置。热铆装置将塑料零件(7)的一部分作为铆接对象进行铆接,所述热铆装置包括:金属片(3),所述金属片(3)具有对铆接对象进行按压的按压部(3a)以及从该按压部(3a)的中央部竖立设置的加热棒(3c);加热元件(10c),所述加热元件(10c)对加热棒(3c)进行加热;冷却管(9),所述冷却管(9)对加热棒(3c)进行冷却;冷却流体供给元件(4),所述冷却流体供给元件(4)向冷却管(9)供给冷却流体,保持件(1),所述保持件(1)将金属片(3)以及冷却管(9)保持为使冷却管(9)朝向加热棒(3c)送出冷却流体;以及控制元件(6),所述控制元件(6)进行加热元件(10c)以及冷却流体供给元件(4)的控制,控制元件(6)利用加热元件(10c)从加热棒(3c)对按压部(3a)进行加热,在利用按压部(3a)对铆接对象进行了热铆后,从冷却流体供给元件(4)向冷却管(9)供给冷却流体,从加热棒(3c)对按压部(3a)进行冷却。

Description

热铆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热铆装置,更详细而言,涉及一种用通过高频感应加热或通电加热而被加热了的金属片对塑料零件进行铆接的热铆装置。
背景技术
一般来说,作为将金属板等固定在塑料零件上的方法,广泛采用对凸起进行铆接的方法。该方法在塑料零件侧的规定的位置设置有适当大小的柱状的突起(以下称为“凸起”),而在固定于该塑料零件的金属板或塑料板上开设能供凸起插入的孔。那么,在使两者嵌合后,通过超声波振动或加热来使从孔突出的凸起熔融·变形而进行铆接。
与利用超声波振动的方法相比,利用热的方法由于具有以下这些优点,因此现在仍被广泛利用,即,(1)成品规整,(2)没有由振动产生的对零件的影响,(3)原理简单,因此容易维护,(4)装置的成本比超声波振动的方法低。另外,用于对凸起进行铆接的加热器使用对镍铬板进行成型而得到的构件或对电阻比较大的金属进行切削加工而得到的构件,由这种加热器进行的加热利用的是通过使大电流流通而产生的焦耳热。
作为以往的热铆装置,例如有图22所示的装置。在图22所示的热铆装置中,带孔的金属板8’与塑料零件7’的柱状突起、即凸起7a’嵌合。该热铆装置将加热到塑料零件7’的软化温度以上的金属片30压接到凸起7a’的前端而进行热铆。
如图22所示,引线31a、31b分别焊接或者螺纹固定并电连接于成为铆接用的加热器的金属片30的凸缘部30e、30f。对冷却到常温以下的冷却空气进行输送的塑料制的冷却管32以开口端位于按压部30a附近的方式配置在金属片30的空洞30c内。例如利用环氧树脂34对金属片30、引线31a、31b以及冷却管32进行模塑,以保持期望的位置。
另外,在图23中单独表示金属片30的外观立体图。在图23所示的金属片30上存在形成为向上凸的球面的按压部30a,圆筒状的壁部30b从按压部30a的周围立起,金属片30在内部形成有空洞30c。壁部30b被狭缝30s左右分割开,在壁部30b的上端形成有凸缘部30e、30f。
在图22中,将金属片30的按压部30a描画在凸起7a’上方的与凸起7a’分开的位置。在进行热铆作业时,电流从引线31a、31b流到金属片30,利用焦耳热将金属片30加热。当该金属片30达到规定温度时,如箭头Y所示地下降而使按压部30a与凸起7a’的前端抵接。并且,利用金属片30的热量使凸起7a’的前端软化以及熔融。随后,停止对引线31a、31b通电,从冷却管32将冷却空气吹送到金属片的按压部30a。冷却空气从狭缝30s流出到外部。并且,将金属片30及凸起7a’的前端冷却到塑料的软化点以下的温度,使凸起7a’的前端固化。并且,再次使金属片30上升而完成铆接作业。
在图24A以及图24B中用剖视图表示热铆作业开始时的状况以及热铆结束时的状况。在图24A中,表示的是从引线31a向引线31b通电而对金属片30进行加热,将按压部30a压接于凸起7a’的前端而使凸起7a’的前端熔融·变形的阶段。详细而言,在图24A中,从未图示的电源部将电力供给到引线31a中,电流从该引线31a流向金属片30的凸缘部30e、壁部30b、按压部30a、壁部30b、凸缘部30f以及引线31b。由此,沿该电流的流通,按照凸缘部30e、壁部30b、按压部30a、壁部30b、凸缘部30f的顺序进行发热。并且,当按压部30a达到超过塑料的软化点的温度时,凸起7a’的前端开始变形,即,铆接作业开始进行。并且,凸起7a’的前端被按压部30a按压而形成为规定的形状。
图24B表示的是在凸起7a’的前端熔融·变形后,停止从引线31a向引线31b的通电,从未图示的冷却用空气送风元件将冷却空气经由冷却管32吹送到空洞30c内的按压部30a,使金属片30以及熔融后的凸起7a’的热量从狭缝30s中排出而进行冷却的状况。金属片30的空洞30c内的冷却空气的流动如图24B中箭头所示。冷却空气与空洞30c内的按压部30a抵接,并且沿壁部30b抬升,从狭缝30s流出到金属片30的外部。也就是说,金属片30以及熔融后的凸起7a’的热量从狭缝30s排出。由此,成形品、即塑料零件7’的凸起7a’熔融、变形以及冷却而固化,从而将带孔的金属板8’固定在塑料零件7’上(例如参照专利文献1)。
图25表示将金属片的加热元件设定为高频感应加热元件的以往其它的塑料零件的热铆装置的示意剖视图。图25所示的热铆装置在冷却管70的下方安装有形成有冷却流体循环用的空洞60的多个金属片40,在各金属片40的外周卷装有感应加热用的线圈51。利用高频感应电源50使高频电流流到线圈51中,使金属片40产生感应电流,从而加热金属片40。并且,将加热后的金属片40的按压部45按压到凸起7a’的前端上,使凸起7a’的前端熔融·变形。在使凸起7a’的前端熔融·变形后,停止向线圈51通以高频电流,从冷却管70在金属片40的空洞60内沿朝向按压部45的方向吹送冷却空气等冷却流体,将金属片40以及加热·熔融后的凸起7a’冷却。由此,成形品、即塑料零件7’的凸起7a’熔融、变形、冷却而固化,从而将带孔的金属板(被固定物)8’固定在塑料零件7’上。高频感应加热能够瞬间加热金属片40,因此与通电加热相比,具有缩短铆接工序的所需时间的优点(例如参照专利文献2)。
另外,塑料零件的热铆除了用在例如对日用品的塑料制剪刀的旋转轴的热铆那样的直径为数毫米左右的凸起或轴零件的铆接中以外,也用在更小的塑料零件的热铆中。例如在图26所示的钳子型电气处理器具中,在安装在能插入到体内的导管管体47的前端的支承用具67上装入有第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b,该第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b支承于塑料制的支承轴80。在将该支承轴80穿到支承用具67、第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b中后进行热铆,由此将第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b组装为能自由打开或关闭(例如参照专利文献3)。
图27用示意图表示将加热后的棒状的金属片110分别按压到安装在导管管体47的前端的支承用具67的支承轴80的两端而进行热铆的工序。导管管体47插入在血管等的体内,安装在该导管管体47的前端的支承用具67以及支承轴80均是小零件。在手术过程中,位于插入在体内的导管管体47的前端的第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b需要如手术实施人(医生)所想地进行打开或关闭动作。若铆接的紧,第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b的动作不灵活,若铆接的松,第一钳子片12b以及第二钳子片14b会发生脱落,这是不理想的。
关于与导管有关的塑料零件的热铆,除了上述情况以外,还公知安装在球囊导管的前端而进入到体内的支架的热铆、以及内窥镜的前端的塑料零件的热铆等。
图28A表示使安装在球囊导管的前端而进入到体内的支架17伸长的姿势。在图28B中,表示使图28A中表示的支架17形成为环状并套上铆接环18的状态。图28C用示意图表示利用加热后的一对金属片120从上下方按压图28B中表示的铆接环18而进行热铆的工序(例如参照专利文献4)。
另外,在图29中表示的是在内窥镜的前端部,通过压入以及热铆将固定构件41固定到管体37的内部的内窥镜用安装用具(例如参照专利文献5)。
在这样较小的塑料零件、特别是医疗用的塑料的热铆中,希望热铆装置本身严格管理金属片的加热·按压条件,以谋求的最佳的加热·按压条件来稳定地高精度地进行热铆。

发明内容
发明所需解决的技术问题
在图22所示的进行通电加热的以往例中,(1)由于加热器(金属片30)的电阻较小(0.05Ω~0.1Ω),因此需要供20A~50A的大电流流通的粗电线。另外,由于需要大电流用的变压器,因此使电源大型化。(2)虽然能够减薄加热器的原料而增大电阻值,但是由于机械强度不够,因此金属片的板厚的极限为0.2mm~0.5mm。(3)虽然只在最初与凸起接触的中央部分进行加热器的加热即可,但若是图22那样的结构,则会加热至不必要的部分,因此不仅消耗不必要的电力,而且铆接作业前的加热也耗费时间,铆接作业后的冷却也耗费时间。(4)在图22的以往例的情况下,当加热器、即金属片30或引线31a、31b发生了损伤时,不能只更换金属片30。(5)电流从引线31a流到引线31b,金属片30沿电流的流动方向发热。另外,由于在金属片30上为了排热设置有狭缝30s,因此会以狭缝30s为边界产生温度差。并且,金属片的按压部30a的温度差使凸起7a’的加热·熔融变得不均匀,铆接力变得不均匀,这是不理想的。并且,当凸起7a’的中央比周围先冷却·固化时,不能实现凸起7a’的中心部固化时的铆接力的增大。
另外,使用了图25的高频感应加热的以往的塑料零件的热铆装置存在以下缺点:(1)金属片40的壁厚较厚,金属片40的热容量较大。即使减小金属片40的壁厚而减小热容量,由于在金属片40的外侧卷装有线圈51,因此线圈51的直径较大,仍需要大输出的高频感应加热电源。另外,也耗费加热时间。(2)当凸起的直径变大时,需要增大金属片40的外径。这样,线圈51的外径也变大。当依据凸起的外径使金属片40的外径不同时,必须更换与金属片40的外形对应大小的线圈51。(3)线圈51所占的空间妨碍铆接操作人员,空间受到限制。在更换金属片40时,线圈51成为障碍。
另外,在使用图26至图29说明的与导管有关以及内窥镜的前端部较小的塑料零件等的热铆装置的情况下,金属片的热容量小,希望开发出将加热·按压条件设定为较细致的小型轻型的热铆装置。
本发明是为了解决上述这样的问题而做成的,目的在于提供一种能够节省电力并且快速地对铆接对象进行加热以及冷却的热铆装置。更详细而言,作为本发明的实施方式,
(1)能够以小输出的装置在短时间内充分地对热塑性树脂凸起进行铆接作业。
(2)提供一种加热·冷却的响应性佳的塑料零件的热铆装置。
(3)特别是,能将凸起的中心部加热·熔融到最高温,从凸起的周围朝向中心部进行冷却·固化,从而能够增大铆接力。
(4)无论凸起的外径大或小,通过从凸起的中心朝向外周进行加热,都能照旧对相同的金属片改变加热时间的长短,从而施加所需的热量,能使不同直径的凸起的热铆共用相同的金属片。
(5)能够简单地只装拆·更换金属片。
(6)提供小型·轻型的热铆装置。
(7)特别是,提供在高频感应加热方式的情况下,高频感应加热线圈位于金属片的内侧而不是外侧,不会妨碍铆接操作人员的塑料零件的热铆装置。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
为了达到上述的目的,本发明的热铆装置将塑料零件的一部分作为铆接对象进行铆接,其中,上述热铆装置包括:金属片,上述金属片具有对上述铆接对象进行按压的按压部以及从该按压部的中央部竖立设置的加热棒;加热元件,上述加热元件对上述加热棒进行加热;冷却管,上述冷却管对上述加热棒进行冷却;冷却流体供给元件,上述冷却流体供给元件向上述冷却管供给冷却流体;保持件,上述保持件将上述金属片以及上述冷却管保持为使上述冷却管朝向上述加热棒送出上述冷却流体;以及控制元件,上述控制元件进行上述加热元件以及上述冷却流体供给元件的控制,上述控制元件利用上述加热元件从上述加热棒对上述按压部进行加热,在利用上述按压部对上述铆接对象进行了热铆后,从上述冷却流体供给元件向上述冷却管供给冷却流体,从上述加热棒对上述按压部进行冷却。
发明效果
采用使用上述元件的本发明,能够节省电力并且快速地对铆接对象进行加热以及冷却。在本发明的实施方式中,详细而言,解决上述列举的问题。即,(1)能以小输出的装置充分地进行热塑性树脂凸起的铆接。(2)提供加热·冷却的响应性佳的塑料零件的热铆装置。(3)特别是,能将凸起的中心部加热·熔融到最高温,从凸起的周围朝向中心部进行冷却·固化,从而能够增大铆接力。(4)无论凸起的外径大或小,通过从凸起的中心朝向外周进行加热,都能照旧对相同的金属片改变加热时间的长短,从而施加所需的热量,能使不同直径的凸起的热铆共用相同的金属片。(5)能够简单地只装拆·更换金属片。(6)提供小型·轻型的热铆装置。(7)特别是,提供在高频感应加热方式的情况下,高频感应加热线圈位于金属片的内侧而不是外侧,不会妨碍铆接操作人员的塑料零件的热铆装置。
此外,作为本发明的热铆装置的优点,具有以下效果:(1)来自加热后的金属棒的热量只传递到与凸起接触的接触部附近,因此热效率佳。(2)由于不直接对金属片的壁部进行加热,因此冷却时间短。(3)在高频感应加热线圈中流动的电流为2A~5A,因此截面积为1mm2左右的细电线即可。(4)电源仅为产生高频的电路及电子零件即可,不需要大型的变压器,因此小型·轻型。(5)在金属片被弄脏或发生了损伤的情况下,容易更换金属片。

具体实施方式
(第一实施方式)
图1是表示本发明第一实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的整体结构图。如图1所示,热铆装置在形成为中空的棒状的保持件1的前端设置有保持件帽2,利用该保持件1以及保持件帽2保持金属片3。保持件1以及保持件帽2由塑料等绝缘材料构成,供操作人员用手把持,或保持于机器人及其它的生产机械的按压动作元件。该热铆装置将加热后的金属片3的按压部压接于塑料零件7的凸起7a,能够进行使叠合在塑料零件7上并被凸起7a贯穿的其它的金属板8等成为一体的热铆的动作。
在图1中,在保持件1的内部配置有在后面详细说明的冷却管9,冷却管9具有将热铆后的金属片3强制冷却的冷却功能。为此,保持件1的内部形成为空洞1a。在保持件1的侧面形成有孔1b,孔1b与一端连接于保持件1的侧面的软管4a的内部连通。软管4a的另一端与冷却流体供给机4连接。另外,在保持件1的侧面还形成有一个孔1d,一对引线10a、10b被捆扎而作为一条成束引线10穿过该孔1d。引线10a、10b从保持件1的侧面的孔1d与加热用电源5连接。冷却流体供给机4以及加热用电源5组装为一体,并与控制部6一并形成控制单元。在控制部6中,详见后述,设置有控制热铆作业的控制回路、存储各种的控制条件并存储与规定的热铆作业对应的最佳的热铆条件的存储器、以及将热铆条件存储到存储器中或从存储器读出热铆条件的热铆条件存储·读出部,从而控制部6能够进行热铆作业。
在图2中表示了本发明第一实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的金属片3、对金属片3进行支承的保持件1以及保持件帽2的(以下,在本说明书中称为“热铆装置的铆接部”。)的主要部分截面。位于图2的最下方的就是金属片3。图3A是金属片3的剖视图,图3B是金属片3的外观立体图。
为了理解发明,先说明金属片3。金属片3整体形成为有底的圆筒状,底部作为按压塑料零件的凸起7a的板状的按压部3a发挥功能。板状的按压部3a形成为向上(保持件1侧)凸的球面。并且,在按压部3a的中心例如通过焊接或钎焊竖立设置有棒状的加热棒3c。板状的壁部3b从按压部3a的外周向上方立起,壁部3b在周向上被一对狭缝3s分成两个区域。在壁部3b的上端形成有板状的凸缘3e、3f。另外,加热棒3c的材质希望是铁类合金或镍类合金等强磁性体。这是因为,当加热棒3c为强磁性体时,如后面详细说明的那样,容易调节居里温度。
图4是图2的B-B线剖视图,表示金属片3内的冷却管9与引线10a、10b与密封材料11的位置关系。如图4所示,密封材料11设置在保持件1内部的底面上。冷却管9的外周与引线10a、10b的间隙被硅橡胶或密度高的海绵等密封材料11填埋,从而将从冷却管9送出的冷却流体从冷却管9的外周与引线10a、10b的间隙内喷出。
参照图2,在保持件1的下端部外周切削形成有螺纹1g,在下端面上形成有与金属片3的内壁嵌合的台阶部1f。另外,从保持件1的下端面的中央位置到内部底面形成有变形孔1c,冷却管9以及引线10a、10b在该变形孔1c内通过。变形孔1c的形状如图4所示,以B-B截面观察,为在供冷却管9通过的大径的孔的两侧形成有供引线10a、10b通过的小径的孔的形状。
另外,引线10a以及引线10b原为一根引线,在预先连续地卷绕在冷却管9的长度方向的下部外周后,使各自的端沿冷却管9穿过变形孔1c而上拉至保持件1的内部。连续地卷绕在该冷却管9的下部外周的引线成为高频感应线圈10c,当对引线10a、10b通以高频电流时,感应电流在高频感应线圈10c中流通。并且,位于高频感应线圈10c中的加热棒3c通过感应加热发热为高温。
金属片的壁部3b的内表面与保持件1的台阶部1f的外周面嵌合,金属片的凸缘3e、3f与台阶部1f的外周缘部抵接。在使金属片3与保持件1的台阶部1f嵌合的状态下,将同样由塑料制成且在内部切削形成有阴螺纹的保持件帽2螺纹固定。在保持件帽2的下端形成有向内侧突出的金属片保持部2a,因此当持续将保持件帽2紧固在保持件1上时,金属片3的凸缘3e、3f被夹持在保持件1的台阶部1f的外周缘与保持件帽的金属片保持部2a之间,金属片3得到保持。当这样将金属片3安装到保持件1上时,由于在金属片3的按压部3a的中央竖立设置有加热棒3c,因此加热棒3c位于卷绕在冷却管9的外周的高频感应线圈10c中。
以下,对利用这样构成的热铆装置将贯穿载置在塑料零件7上的金属板8的凸起7a作为铆接对象的情况的热铆方法的一例进行说明。
首先,利用控制单元的控制部6的控制从加热用电源5对引线10a、10b通以高频电流。这样,感应电流从引线10a、10b流到高频感应线圈10c,金属片的加热棒3c通过感应加热发热为高温。并且,在加热棒3c产生的热量传递到金属片的按压部3a。传递到按压部3a的热量传递到壁部3b,并且一部分从壁部3b的外侧表面散热。但是,由于从加热棒3c对按压部3a供给热量,因此金属片的按压部3a维持加热棒3c的某一中心的温度经常较高的状态。另外,关于对按压部3a进行加热的时间,由于利用感应加热,因此瞬间上升至为了对塑料零件进行热铆而所需的一定温度。
在金属片3产生了热铆所需的热量的时刻或之前,使保持件1下降,利用按压部3a按压凸起7a。按压部3a的热量传递到凸起7a,使该凸起7a熔融·软化而形成为凸起7a的头部沿按压部3a的形状向外侧扩展的形状,在该凸起7a的头部与塑料零件7之间夹持有金属板8。随后,控制部6停止向引线10a通以高频电流,从冷却流体供给机4经由软管4a将常温以下的温度的空气作为冷却空气(冷却流体)供给到保持件1的内部。将供给到保持件1内部的冷却空气从冷却管9朝向加热棒3c以及按压部3a吹送。这样,冷却空气带走加热棒3c、按压部3a以及高频感应线圈10c的热量,将该热量从金属片3的排热孔、即狭缝3s排出到金属片3外。由此,使金属片的按压部3a以及加热棒3c瞬间冷却。因此,使暂时熔融·软化的凸起7a冷却·固化,完成热铆。
在本发明的第一实施方式中,反复进行发热·冷却的中心部分,即,加热棒3c位于从保持件1突出的金属片3的内部。在加热棒3c的周围套有同样从保持件1突出的冷却管9,在该冷却管9的外周面上配置有高频感应线圈10c。并且,在加热时,对高频感应线圈10c通以高频电流,从而使加热棒3c发热,从该加热棒3c对金属片的按压部3a以及壁部3b进行加热。此外,在热铆后,从冷却管9朝向加热棒3c以及按压部3a送出冷却空气,从而将加热棒3c冷却,并将金属片的按压部3a以及壁部3b冷却。
这样,通过从自按压部的中心竖立设置的金属片的加热棒进行加热以及冷却,能够提高加热·冷却的响应性。
另外,本实施方式中的热铆装置由于将高频感应线圈10c配置在金属片3的内部,因此也不会妨碍进行铆接作业的操作人员或机器人等的作业,能够提高作业性。
另外,反复进行加热·冷却的加热棒3c、金属片的按压部3a、壁部3b以及高频感应线圈10c位于保持件1以及保持件帽2外,因此保持件1的温度不会上升。另外,保持件1以及保持件帽2也具有通过使冷却空气在保持件1的内部及冷却管9内通过而获得的冷却效果,能够保持为可供操作人员用手把持的温度。
在本实施方式中,在图2中表示将保持件帽2的螺钉拧紧而将金属片3安装到保持件1上的结构。也就是说,通过松动保持件帽2的螺钉,能将固定在保持件1上的金属片3从保持件1上拆下,简单地更换为其它的金属片。
另外,关于保持件1与保持件帽2的装拆方法,也可以采用除了在保持件1与保持件帽2之间分别设置阳螺纹以及阴螺纹的螺纹结合以外的、能够以一触式进行装拆的其它的方法,例如使销向保持件1的外周突出,在保持件帽2上设置与该销卡合的凸轮槽,使销与凸轮槽卡合那样地使保持件1与保持件帽2彼此成为一体或分解而进行装拆的结构。
关于金属片的更换,在图5中,一并表示将本发明第一实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的铆接部的保持件帽2的螺钉松动而从保持件1上卸下保持件帽2时的分解剖视图,以及其它的更换用金属片的剖视图。
本实施方式的热铆装置的铆接部如上所述,形成为将金属片3的凸缘3e、3f夹持保持在螺纹结合的保持件1与保持件帽2之间的结构。因此,如图5所示,当松动保持件帽2的螺钉而从保持件1上卸下保持件帽2时,能够拆下金属片3。另外,能够如图5中点划线或实线的两端箭头所示地将金属片3更换为其它的金属片。例如能够进行使用了加热棒3c的直径较粗且用曲面(圆角)连接了加热棒3c的根部与按压部3a的金属片23,或者加热棒3c的长度较短的金属片33等的热铆。
在图6A至图6C中表示本发明第一实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的另一其它的更换用金属片的剖视图。图6A的金属片43的按压部43a形成为在中央部分的直径D2的范围内向上凸的曲面,该范围以外的其余的周缘部分形成为平面,用曲面连接与壁部43b连续的部分。该金属片43优选使用在减小塑料零件的凸起7a的头的部分的情况。
图6B的金属片53是壁部53b的直径不同的两段型的金属片。该金属片53的壁部53b的前端较细,因此易于看到金属片53的前端附近,具有易于进行热铆作业的定位的效果。
图6C的金属片63在按压部63a处,使铆接侧表面的中央向下侧凸,并使铆接侧表面的中央的周围向上侧凸。该金属片63具有能在按压部63a的中心按下凸起7a的中心的形式的热铆的效果。
图7是表示由本发明第一实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置进行铆接作业中的按压力、高频电流、冷却流体流量以及金属片温度的随时间变化的图。在图7中,将横轴设定为时间轴,表示按压力、高频电流、冷却流体流量以及金属片温度的每单位时间内的变化。在图7中,在时刻(t 1),金属片的按压部3a与塑料零件7的凸起7a之间的按压力(F)开始上升至规定压力(F1)。此时,同时开始使高频电流(I)流通至规定电流(I 1),因此金属片3开始发热,金属片的温度(T)开始上升。随后,当到达了金属片的温度达到规定温度(T1)的时刻(t2)时,停止通以高频电流(I),取而代之使冷却流体(Q)以恒定量(Q1)以及恒定时间流通至时刻(t3)。这样,金属片被冷却,温度下降。并且,当金属片的温度返回到常温时,视为热铆完成,使金属片3上升而离开凸起7a(时刻(t4))。
顺便说一下,本发明的温度控制是在控制部6的控制下进行居里温度自动调节。居里温度自动调节是在利用高频电源使电流在高频用线圈中流通时,在高频用线圈周边产生磁性。利用该磁性使在设置于金属片的加热棒的磁性体层流通由表皮效果产生的涡流,利用焦耳热发热。该热经过导热系数高的加热棒而传递到按压部。特别是,在使加热棒的磁性体层为具有居里点的材质的情况下,当加热到居里点以上的温度时,磁性减少,因而由表皮效果产生的涡流减少,焦耳热减少。并且,当达到低于居里点的温度时,磁性返回到原来状态,焦耳热再次上升。通过反复进行上述操作,维持为规定的温度。图7的金属片温度(T)保持恒定温度(T1)是使用了居里温度自动调节。
在图7中,为了进行比较,用双点划线表示使用了例如以往的图25的热铆装置时的按压力等的值。即使采用相同的高频感应加热以及由冷却管进行的冷却,由于以往的热铆装置的金属片40的热容量较大,因此金属片40的温度上升以及冷却仍然耗费时间,如图7的双点划线所示,为了使金属片40的温度上升到规定温度后再返回到常温,需要很多时间。参照图7可清楚得知,采用本发明,金属片3的热容量较小,能在短时间内上升到规定温度,能在比以往短的时间内返回到常温。
在本实施方式中,在金属片3的按压部3a的中央设置有加热棒3c,将加热棒3c瞬间加热·冷却。因此,使加热棒3c的热容量形成为热铆所需的大小即可。因而,能够减薄以及减小金属片3,实现装置的小型化以及轻型化。另外,通过将加热棒3c的热容量抑制为热铆所需的最小量的热容量,也能抑制加热所需的电力,实现小输出化以及节省电力。
另外,在凸起7a熔融进行冷却固化时,从熔融并被压扁而向周围扩展的凸起7a的周边朝向中央依次冷却并固化,当凸起7a的中心最后冷却固化时,凸起7a的中心部在固化时收缩,铆接力增大。通过使位于按压部3a的中心的加热棒3c的热容量比其它部分大,能使凸起7a的中心部可靠地在最后冷却,由此使该凸起7a的中心部在固化时收缩,获得铆接力增大的效果。
当预先制作较长的加热棒3c时,能够容易地将加热棒3c加工为较短而减小热容量。另外,当需要较大的热容量时,更换为具有较粗的加热棒的金属片即可。
另外,在本实施方式中,金属片的狭缝3s只作为将送出到金属片的内部的冷却空气排出的开口孔发挥功能。也就是说,狭缝3s是借助冷却空气将加热棒3c、按压部3a以及高频感应线圈10c的热量带走而排出的排热孔。在本实施方式中,通过借助加热棒从中央对按压部3a进行加热,不会发生以往的因设置有狭缝3s而使金属片的温度变得不均匀的不良情况。
以下,说明第一实施方式的变形例。在图8中表示第一实施方式的变形例。以如下方式使用已在图1中表示的本发明第一实施方式的热铆装置,即,操作人员用手把持铆接部的保持件1,将金属片的按压部3a按压到凸起7a的前端。在这种情况下,由于由人进行作业,因此操作人员可能使按压力产生不均。那么,在第一实施方式的变形例中,借助压缩弹簧150来按压保持件1,以避免按压力产生不均。
即,在本发明第一实施方式的变形例中,如图8A所示,在保持件1的外周设置有圆筒状且沿保持件1的长度方向滑动自如的滑动保持件200。另外,在保持件1的上端面设置有压缩弹簧150。在滑动保持件200的上部一体地安装有用于限制压缩弹簧150的位置的滑动保持件帽201。另外,在保持件1的下端设置有凸缘1e,被该凸缘1e限制了位置的滑动保持件止挡部202与滑动保持件200的下部安装为一体。
在图8A中,表示铆接作业前的状态。在操作人员只把持着滑动保持件200的状态下,如图8A所示,压缩弹簧150向保持件1的上方推动滑动保持件帽201,滑动保持件止挡部202的下端与保持件的凸缘1e抵接。也就是说,在该状态下,在保持件的凸缘1e与滑动保持件200的下端之间形成有间隙(S)。
另外,理想的是,滑动保持件200与滑动保持件帽201、滑动保持件200与滑动保持件止挡部202的安装分别采用螺纹结合。这是因为,通过调节螺纹结合的螺纹拧入量,能够调节压缩弹簧150的压缩量以及保持件的凸缘1e与滑动保持件200下端的间隙(S)。除此之外,在不需要进行压缩弹簧150的压缩量以及保持件的凸缘1e与滑动保持件200下端的间隙(S)的调节时,也可以利用粘接材料进行粘接或者熔接。
接着,如图8B所示,当操作人员把持滑动保持件200而向下方按下时,金属片的按压部3a与凸起7a的前端抵接。并且,金属片3的热量传递到凸起7a,热铆开始进行。接着,当对滑动保持件200施加按压力时,滑动保持件帽201使压缩弹簧150压缩,利用压缩弹簧150的施加力按下保持件1。另一方面,当滑动保持件200下降时,滑动保持件的前端200a与保持件1的凸缘1e抵接。操作人员在滑动保持件200的前端200a与保持件1的下端的凸缘1e发生了抵接时,若不以更大的力进行按压,则按压力保持为使压缩弹簧150以规定量压缩时的按压力。并且,能以大致恒定的按压力进行热铆作业。这样,在本发明第一实施方式的变形例中,能够消除由操作人员导致的热铆作业时的按压力的不均。
在本发明第一实施方式的变形例中,滑动保持件200、滑动保持件帽201、滑动保持件止挡部202以及压缩弹簧150相当于操作人员把持本发明的热铆装置进行使用时的按压动作元件。
另外,在以下说明的第二实施方式至第七实施方式的说明中,省略了关于使用第一实施方式所述那样的金属片的变形例的说明,但该变形例能够同样地应用在任一个实施方式中。
(第二实施方式)
图9是表示本发明第二实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的整体结构图。在本发明第二实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置中,利用气缸等按压动作机构将安装有金属片3的保持件1支承为上下动作自如。并且,在第二实施方式中具有以下特征:利用气缸等按压动作机构的动作将金属片3的按压部3a按下到凸起7a的前端。按压作业不是由操作人员进行的手动作业,而是由热铆装置进行的由机械进行的作业,因此能够均匀地管理并施加规定的按压力。
在图9中,热铆装置的外壳100形成为由沿纸面上下方向延伸的支柱100a以及沿纸面左右方向延伸的砧座100b连成一体而构成的L字状。在支柱100a上安装有气缸支架101。气缸99以杆99a朝向下方的方式安装在气缸支架101上。在杆99a的前端安装有滑动单元102,滑动单元102能沿支柱100a上下动作。
在滑动单元102中安装有冷却流体供给部98以及用于对保持件1及高频感应线圈供给电力的加热用电源97。另外,虽然未图示,但保持件1内的引线与加热用电源97连接,冷却管9与冷却流体供给部98连接。金属片3被保持件1以及保持件帽2夹持,被保持为使按压部3a朝向下方的形式。在图9中,控制部6配置在外壳100的右旁。虽然也未图示,但控制部6在支柱100a内与加热用电源97以及冷却流体供给部98分别连接。在砧座100b上叠放有被热铆的塑料零件7以及金属板8。另外,塑料零件7的凸起7a从金属板8的孔突出。另外,加热用电源97以及冷却流体供给部98也可以不配置在滑动单元102中,而是与控制部6一体地配置在控制部6的旁边。
当操作人员对控制部6的输入输出部90进行操作,选定热铆条件而开始进行热铆作业时,在控制部6的控制下,利用按压动作机构、即气缸99将被来自加热用电源97的通电加热了的金属片3与滑动单元102一起如图中的箭头A所示地按下。于是,金属片3的按压部3a与凸起7a的前端抵接而进行热铆。在经过了规定时间后,停止加热用电源97的通电,从冷却流体供给部98将冷却流体送入到冷却管9内,将金属片3的加热棒3c、按压部3a以及壁部3b冷却。随后,利用气缸99使保持件1与金属片3一起向上方移动,结束热铆作业。操作人员能够将砧座100b上的塑料零件7以及金属板8更换为新的塑料零件以及金属板,以同样的次序进行热铆作业。
在图10中表示本发明第二实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的控制框图。图10的点划线的框表示相当于图9的控制部6的范围。在控制部6内存在整体控制部91、与整体控制部91连接的热铆条件存储/读出部92以及与热铆条件存储/读出部92相连的存储器93。另外,加热控制部94、冷却控制部95以及按压控制部96分别与整体控制部91相连,热铆装置使各控制部94、95、96配合对热铆进行控制。
详细而言,加热用电源97由加热控制部94控制,冷却流体供给部98由冷却控制部95控制,气缸99由按压控制部96控制。在热铆时,整体控制部91接受由操作人员在输入输出部90选定的热铆条件的信息,依据热铆条件借助热铆条件存储/读出部92将所需的信息存储到存储器93中或从存储器93中读出所需的信息,将指令发送给加热控制部94、冷却控制部95以及按压控制部96。
在图11中表示存储在存储器93中的热铆条件的数据结构的一例。针对进行铆接的凸起的外径(X)、凸起的铆接量(Y)以及凸起的材质(Z),按照评价分数高的顺序表示了条件1、条件2、条件3、条件4及条件5的多个热铆条件。将各热铆条件的评价分数与参数、即按压部形状(K)、壁部外径(D)、壁部壁厚(N)、加热棒直径(d)、加热棒高度(H)、按压力(F)、高频电流(I)、冷却流体流量(Q)、金属片温度(T)、按压·通电开始时刻(t1)、通电结束·冷却开始时刻(t2)、冷却结束时刻(t3)以及按压结束时刻(t4)的各数值(在图11中用记号表示)一起,以一览表的形式存储在存储器93中,整体控制部91依据操作人员所选择的条件读出各项目的数据,进行热铆控制。
例如,当操作人员将进行热铆的凸起的外径(X)、铆接量(Y)以及凸起的材质(Z)输入到输入输出部90时,热铆条件存储/读出部92根据整体控制部91的指示从存储器93中读出想要实施的条件,按照评价高的顺序提示给操作人员。当操作人员利用输入输出部90选择条件而使热铆开始时,整体控制部91根据所选择的热铆条件对加热控制部94、冷却控制部95以及按压控制部96进行指示,使加热用电源97、冷却流体供给部98以及气缸99工作而执行热铆作业。
另外,在图9中,表示了将安装有金属片3的保持件1安装在滑动单元102上,利用气缸99等按压动作机构将保持件1支承为上下动作自如的例子,但也可以如图8那样,将在保持件1上安装有滑动保持件200、滑动保持件帽201、滑动保持件止挡部202以及压缩弹簧150的构件安装到滑动单元102上。这样,能够进行使用了使压缩弹簧进行了压缩时的弹簧力的热铆。
本实施方式使用在按压部的中央焊接或钎焊有成为加热棒的金属棒的金属片,在该加热棒的外周配置高频感应线圈而使高频电流流通,从而利用感应加热进行热铆,基本的效果与第一实施方式相同。
(第三实施方式)
在图12中表示本发明第三实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的热铆部的主要部分剖视图。
本发明的第三实施方式如图12所示,特征在于:使高频感应线圈310c的不是绕线部分的引线310a、310b的部分进入到冷却管309中。每当使冷却流体在冷却管309中流通,高频感应线圈310c的不是绕线部分的引线310a、310b的部分都会在冷却管309中被冷却,因此具有不会使利用高频感应线圈310c产生的热量传递到未预定的部分的效果。
另外,在金属片303上未设置狭缝等排热用的狭缝(开口部),取而代之在保持件301上开设有排热用孔301a。排热用孔301a是由从保持件301的前端沿轴向延伸的纵孔,以及从该纵孔延伸至保持件301的侧面的横孔构成的截面为L字状的孔。
更详细而言,在冷却管309的下部的冷却管309的外周卷绕有高频感应线圈310c,在比高频感应线圈310c靠上方的侧面两处部位形成有孔。从高频感应线圈310c延伸的一对引线310a、310b从开设在该冷却管309上的孔插入到冷却管309内。虽然在图中未作详细图示,但理想的是,引线310a、310b与冷却管309的孔的间隙被耐热性粘接材料等填满。
另外,保持件301形成为与第一实施方式的保持件1大致相同的外形,但是沿冷却管309的轴向开设有与金属片303的内部的空洞连通的排热用孔301a的纵孔部分。另外,O型密封圈312将冷却管309与保持件301的间隙填埋而进行密封。
在本发明的第三实施方式中,从冷却管309流入到金属片303的空洞内的冷却流体、即冷却空气沿加热棒303c的外表面流动,在与按压部303a碰撞后,沿壁部303b抬升,经由排热用孔301a流出到保持件301外。由此,排出金属片的加热棒303c、按压部303a以及高频感应线圈310c的热量。另外,在本实施方式中,在排热时,热量传递到保持件301以及保持件帽302,因此能够延长排热时间而使保持件301以及保持件帽302的温度返回到常温。
在第三实施方式中,能够获得与第一实施方式同样的效果,并且在金属片303的壁部303b未设置排热用的狭缝,从而能够增大金属片303的机械强度。因此,具有以下优点:即使利用使板厚进一步变薄了的金属片303大力地按压凸起7a,金属片303也不会变形。
(第四实施方式)
本发明的第四实施方式如图13所示,特征在于:在金属片403的按压部403a的内部中央设置有加热棒403c,并且使加热棒403c作为加热棒前端403g突出到按压部403a的外侧。
图13是同时表示本发明第四实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的热铆部的主要部分以及铆接对象物的剖视图。在图13的热铆部的下方,图示的是载置在砧座460上并被带孔的按压固定构件465定位固定的导管管体的前端部。导管管体的前端部的塑料制的支承轴480的一端480a支承于砧座460的凸部460a,支承轴的另一端480b与从金属片的按压部403a突出的加热棒前端403g相对。
加热棒前端403g使加热棒403c比按压部403a朝向按压方向突出,该加热棒前端403g具有按压面。当利用高频感应线圈410c对加热棒403c进行感应加热时,由加热棒403c产生的热能传递到从金属片的按压部403a突出的加热棒前端403g。并且,当加热棒前端403g以从预先存储在热铆条件存储元件中的多个热铆条件中读出的最好的热铆条件对导管管体前端部的支承轴的另一端480b进行热铆时,较小的支承轴的另一端480b被热铆为最好的状态。
采用这样将加热棒前端403g形成为按压面的结构,能够获得与第一实施方式同样的效果,并且能够减小按压面。由此,具有以下效果:能以预先存储的最好的热铆条件稳定且高精度地对插入在体内的导管管体前端的塑料的支承轴那样的较小的塑料零件进行热铆。
另外,在精密的塑料零件的热铆中,有时凸起的直径(凸起直径)为1mm以下。并且,例如有时即使凸起直径为0.5mm,也必须形成向上凸的圆形的头部。在这种情况下,如在图14中表示的第四实施方式的金属片的变形例那样,利用将加热棒前端403h的按压面403i形成为向上凸的曲面的金属片进行热铆。
(第五实施方式)
关于第一实施方式至第四实施方式,说明了利用一个金属片进行热铆的例子,作为第五实施方式,说明使两个金属片相对,以利用两个金属片夹持热铆的对象物的方式进行热铆的例子。
图15A表示使管状的热铆构件575与在图28A至28C中说明的那样的棒状的支架570嵌合,使与第一实施方式同样的结构的热铆装置的金属片3、3从上方及下方如空心箭头所示地移动而进行夹持前的状态。图15B表示在利用金属片3、3对在中间放入有棒状的支架570的管状的热铆构件575进行夹持的状态下,开始对高频感应线圈10c通以高频电流的状态。另外,在金属片3、3的按压面上形成有构成为U字状的曲面的槽。图16是第五实施方式的变形例中的金属片503的单独的外观立体图。在金属片503的按压部503a的按压面上形成有构成为U字状的曲面的槽,在U字状的曲面的内侧中央竖立设置有加热棒503c。在棒状的支架570较细并且热铆构件也较小的情况下,使用代替图15A及图15B所述的金属片的形成为更佳的尺寸形状的金属片较佳。
如图15B所示,在对高频感应线圈10c通以高频电流时,加热棒3c分别发热,加热棒3c的热量传递到形成为U字状的曲面的按压部3a,被一对金属片3、3夹持的热铆构件575以及支架570发热而被热铆。
通过这样进行热铆,将本实施方式的热铆装置应用在作为以往例说明的图28所示的支架的热铆或图29所示的内窥镜的前端部的热铆中,具有能以预先存储的最好的热铆条件稳定且高精度地对较小的塑料零件进行热铆的效果。
(第六实施方式)
关于第一实施方式至第五实施方式,说明了将金属片的加热元件形成为高频感应加热元件的例子,但加热元件也可以是通电加热元件。第六实施方式说明将加热元件形成为通电加热元件的例子。
在图22中说明的以往的铆接装置中,通过焊接或螺纹固定使引线31a、31b分别与金属片30的凸缘部30e、30f电连接,从一方的引线31a对另一方的引线31b通电,利用焦耳热发热。
但是,在第六实施方式中,如在图17、图18以及图19中表示的铆接部的主要部分以及金属片的外形那样,通过焊接或螺纹固定使引线610a、610b、610c分别与金属片603的凸缘603j以及竖立设置在金属片603的按压部603a的中央的加热棒603c电连接。特别是,参照图19B可知,使两根引线610a、610b与金属片的凸缘603j的相对面对的位置连接,使其余的一根引线610c与加热棒603c连接。并且,使电流从与加热棒603c连接的引线610c流到与凸缘603j连接的引线610a、610b中。
另外,引线610a、610b、610c如图17所示具有规定的长度,并且螺纹固定到一端与金属片603连接,另一端配置在保持件601的空洞内的端子板613a、613b上。与未图示的电源相连的引线610d、610e螺纹固定在配置于保持件601的空洞内的端子板613a、613b上。
并且,当从未图示的电源经由一方的引线610e、端子板613a以及引线610c对加热棒603c通电时,因通电而使加热棒603c首先发热。然后,电流从加热棒经过按压部、壁部以及凸缘部流到两根引线610a、610b中,经由端子板613b持续流到引线610b中。由此,具有加热棒603c的按压部603a的中央成为高温,如图19C所示,热量从按压部603a的中央朝向外周扩散。
另外,如图17以及图18所示,保持件601的设置有端子板613a、613b的部分的外周被切掉,以填满被切掉的该部分的方式设置盖650。盖650能够装拆,能够相对于配置在保持件601的空洞内的端子板613a、613b装拆引线610a、610b、610c。
图17是表示本发明第六实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的结构图。在图17中图示了热铆装置的热铆部的主要部分、突出有凸起7a的塑料零件7以及使凸起7a穿过孔而叠合在塑料零件7上的金属板8。
图18是将本发明第六实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的保持件帽602的螺钉松动,从保持件601卸下了保持件帽602时的分解剖视图。第六实施方式使保持件601与保持件帽602螺纹结合而保持金属片603。由于未如以往例那样利用树脂材料对金属片进行铸模,因此能将金属片更换为其它的金属片进行使用。
在更换金属片时,在本发明的第六实施方式中,需要将保持件601的盖650拆下,利用螺丝起子将螺纹固定在保持件601中的端子板613a、613b上的螺钉松动,卸下金属片侧的引线610a、610b、610c。另外,也可以先将覆盖引线610a、610b、610c的端子板613a、613b的盖650从保持件601上卸下,利用螺丝起子卸下金属片侧的引线610a、610b、610c,还可以在松动保持件帽602的螺钉后,先从保持件601上卸下盖650,利用螺丝起子卸下金属片侧的引线610a、610b、610c。无论怎样操作,都能将金属片603更换为其它的金属片。在图18中,作为其它的金属片,表示的是加热棒的直径较粗的金属片的剖视图,用箭头表示能够更换。
图19A是表示连接有引线610a、610b、610c的金属片603的剖视图,图19B是上述金属片603的外观立体图,图19C是金属片603的俯视图。金属片603在形成为向上凸的球面的按压部603a的周围立起有壁部603b,在壁部603b的上端形成有凸缘603j,在壁部603b形成有多个从金属片603中的空洞与外部连通的开口孔603k。在图19B的立体图中表示了在壁部603b上开设有四个开口孔603k。一方的引线610a、610b与凸缘603j连接,另一方的引线610c与竖立设置在按压部603a的中心的加热棒603c连接。
图19C的箭头表示按压部的具有加热棒603c的中央成为高温,用箭头表示热量从中央朝向外周扩散的形象。
金属片603具有供冷却流体在内部流通的空洞、将该冷却流体排出到外部的开口孔以及在按压部603a的中央具有加热棒603c的结构,这与第一实施方式至第五实施方式所述的金属片相同,但在第六实施方式中,从中央的加热棒603c供电,使电流以接地的方式流向按压部603a的周围。
另外,在上述说明中,说明了使一根引线610c与加热棒603c连接,使两根引线610a、610b与凸缘603j的相对面对的位置连接的例子。之所以使两条引线610a、610b与凸缘603j的相对面对的位置连接,是为了使电流能从与加热棒603c连接的一根引线610c呈放射状流动,与凸缘603j的相对面对的位置连接的引线的数量为两条以上即可,若空间允许,也可以为三根、四根。
金属片603通过通电而发热,因此最初接受供电的具有加热棒603c的按压部603a的中央成为高温,热量从该中央朝向外周扩散。当利用金属片603按压凸起7a时,凸起7a被从按压部603a传递的热量熔融。并且,当从冷却管609朝向加热棒603c以及按压部603a吹送冷却空气时,加热棒603c以及按压部603a被冷却。并且,从开口孔603k将从加热棒603c带走的热量排出到金属片603外。
这样,第六实施方式中的从金属片603的竖立设置有加热棒603c的按压部603a的中央朝向周围进行加热,从按压部603a的中央朝向周围进行冷却的结构,与第一实施方式至第五实施方式相同。由此,本实施方式能将凸起7a等急速加热、急速冷却而进行热铆。预先存储通电条件以及按压条件,读出最佳条件进行作业的设置,与第一实施方式至第五实施方式相同,因此在此省略说明。
另外,金属片603与其它的实施方式同样,形成为被由塑料制或木制的绝缘材料构成的保持件以及保持件帽夹持的结构。
(第七实施方式)
本发明第七实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置将第六实施方式的引线610a、610b、610c替换为具有弹性的板金740、741。也就是说,在第六实施方式中,能够更换为使引线610a、610b、610c预先与金属片603接合的结构,但在第七实施方式中,形成为代替引线610a、610b、610c地,将具有弹性的板金740、741装入到保持件701内的形式,能够更换金属片703。
图20是表示本发明第七实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的结构图。在图20中图示了热铆装置的热铆部的主要部分、突出有凸起7a的塑料零件7以及使凸起7a穿过孔而叠合在塑料零件7上的金属板8。
另外,在本发明的第七实施方式中,与已述的第三实施方式同样,在保持件701上形成有排热用孔701a,从保持件701的排热用孔701a一并排出冷却流体。由此,未在金属片的壁部703b设置狭缝等开口部,增大了金属片的机械强度。其结果是,也可以利用厚度薄的金属片的按压部703a大力地按压凸起7a的前端。
图21是将本发明第七实施方式的塑料零件的热铆装置的保持件帽702的螺钉松动,从保持件701上卸下了保持件帽702时的分解剖视图。具有弹性的板金740、741的上端740b、741b螺纹固定在保持件701内的端子板713a、713b上。因此,当松动螺钉而从保持件701上卸下保持件帽702时,压接于板金740、741的金属片703离开板金740、741,与保持件帽702一并从保持件701上拆下。在图21的状态下,能够根据需要将金属片703更换为其它的金属片。
采用本发明的第七实施方式,不必使引线710a、710b预先连接于金属片703,具有仅更换金属片即可的便利性。
(本发明的形态)
本发明第一形态的热铆装置将塑料零件的一部分作为铆接对象进行铆接,上述热铆装置包括:金属片,上述金属片具有对上述铆接对象进行按压的按压部以及从该按压部的中央部竖立设置的加热棒;加热元件,上述加热元件对上述加热棒进行加热;冷却管,上述冷却管对上述加热棒进行冷却;冷却流体供给元件,上述冷却流体供给元件向上述冷却管供给冷却流体;保持件,上述保持件将上述金属片以及上述冷却管保持为使上述冷却管朝向上述加热棒送出上述冷却流体;以及控制元件,上述控制元件进行上述加热元件以及上述冷却流体供给元件的控制,上述控制元件利用上述加热元件从上述加热棒对上述按压部进行加热,在利用上述按压部对上述铆接对象进行了热铆后,从上述冷却流体供给元件向上述冷却管供给冷却流体,从上述加热棒对上述按压部进行冷却。
本发明第二形态在上述第一形态的基础上,上述保持件以上述冷却管的前端部分与上述金属片的加热棒的外周面空开间隙地覆盖上述金属片的加热棒的外周面的方式,保持上述金属片以及上述冷却管,上述加热元件具有卷装在上述冷却管的前端部分的外周面上的线圈以及向上述线圈供给高频电流的电源,上述控制元件从上述电源向上述线圈通以高频电流,通过由该线圈进行的高频感应加热从上述加热棒对上述按压部进行加热。
本发明第三形态在上述第一形态的基础上,上述金属片具有从上述按压部的外周竖立设置的壁部,上述加热元件具有两个以上的通电构件以及电源,两个以上的上述通电构件中的一个与上述加热棒的前端连接,其它与上述壁部的前端连接,上述电源将电力供给到上述通电构件,上述控制元件从上述电源经由上述通电构件对上述加热棒通电,通过通电加热从上述加热棒对上述金属片进行加热。
本发明第四形态在上述第二形态的基础上,上述金属片具有从上述按压部的外周竖立设置的壁部。
本发明第五形态在上述第三形态或第四形态的基础上,在上述壁部形成有开口部。
本发明第六形态在上述第三形态或第四形态的基础上,在上述保持件的前端部形成有开口孔,上述开口孔从利用上述金属片的壁部形成的空洞向保持件的外部连通。
本发明第七形态在上述第一形态至第六形态中的任一形态的基础上,上述热铆装置还包括存储元件,上述存储元件至少存储有具有与上述加热元件相关的值以及与冷却流体的流量相关的值的热铆条件,上述控制元件将存储在上述存储元件中的一个以上的热铆条件读出,依据读出的热铆条件对上述冷却流体供给元件以及上述加热元件进行控制。
本发明第八形态在上述第三形态或第四形态的基础上,上述金属片在上述壁部的前端形成有凸缘,在上述保持件上设置有与该保持件的前端部一起对上述金属片的凸缘进行夹持的能装拆的保持件帽。
本发明第九形态在上述第一形态至第八形态中的任一形态的基础上,上述按压部的按压面形成为沿按压方向凹陷的球面状。
本发明第十形态在上述第一形态至第八形态中的任一形态的基础上,上述按压部的按压面形成为沿按压方向凹陷的U字槽状。
本发明第十一形态在上述第一形态至第八形态中的任一形态的基础上,将上述按压部的从上述加热棒朝向按压方向突出的加热棒前端设定为按压面。
本发明第十二形态在上述第一形态至第十一形态中的任一形态的基础上,上述冷却流体为空气,上述冷却流体供给元件为送风机。
本发明第十三形态在上述第一形态至第十二形态中的任一形态的基础上,上述热铆装置还包括对上述保持件进行支承并能沿按压方向移动的按压动作元件。
本发明第十四形态在上述第一形态至第十三形态中的任一形态的基础上,在上述保持件上设置有对该保持件沿按压方向施力的弹簧,利用该弹簧的施加力按压上述铆接对象。
工业上的可利用性
本发明除了能够广泛应用在一般的塑料零件的热铆装置中以外,还能应用在例如导管管体及其它的小型且精密的塑料零件的热铆装置中。

Claims (14)

1.一种热铆装置,将塑料零件的一部分作为铆接对象进行铆接,其特征在于,所述热铆装置包括:
金属片,所述金属片具有对所述铆接对象进行按压的按压部以及从该按压部的中央部竖立设置的加热棒;
加热元件,所述加热元件对所述加热棒进行加热;
冷却管,所述冷却管对所述加热棒进行冷却;
冷却流体供给元件,所述冷却流体供给元件向所述冷却管供给冷却流体;
保持件,所述保持件将所述金属片以及所述冷却管保持为使所述冷却管朝向所述加热棒送出所述冷却流体;以及
控制元件,所述控制元件进行所述加热元件以及所述冷却流体供给元件的控制,
所述控制元件利用所述加热元件从所述加热棒对所述按压部进行加热,在利用所述按压部对所述铆接对象进行了热铆后,从所述冷却流体供给元件向所述冷却管供给冷却流体,从所述加热棒对所述按压部进行冷却。
2.如权利要求1所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述保持件以所述冷却管的前端部分与所述金属片的加热棒的外周面空开间隙地套住所述金属片的加热棒的外周面的方式,保持所述金属片以及所述冷却管,
所述加热元件具有卷装在所述冷却管的前端部分的外周面上的线圈以及向所述线圈供给高频电流的电源,
所述控制元件从所述电源向所述线圈通以高频电流,通过由该线圈进行的高频感应加热从所述加热棒对所述按压部进行加热。
3.如权利要求1所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述金属片具有从所述按压部的外周竖立设置的壁部,
所述加热元件具有两个以上的通电构件以及电源,两个以上的所述通电构件中的一个与所述加热棒的前端连接,其它与所述壁部的前端连接,所述电源将电力供给到所述通电构件,
所述控制元件从所述电源经由所述通电构件对所述加热棒通电,通过通电加热从所述加热棒对所述金属片进行加热。
4.如权利要求2所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述金属片具有从所述按压部的外周竖立设置的壁部。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
在所述壁部形成有开口部。
6.如权利要求3或4所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
在所述保持件的前端部形成有开口孔,所述开口孔从利用所述金属片的壁部形成的空洞向保持件的外部连通。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述热铆装置还包括存储元件,所述存储元件至少存储有包含与所述加热元件相关的值以及与冷却流体的流量相关的值的热铆条件,
所述控制元件将存储在所述存储元件中的一个以上的热铆条件读出,依据读出的热铆条件对所述冷却流体供给元件以及所述加热元件进行控制。
8.如权利要求3或4所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述金属片在所述壁部的前端形成有凸缘,
在所述保持件上设置有与该保持件的前端部一起对所述金属片的凸缘进行夹持的能装拆的保持件帽。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述按压部的按压面形成为沿按压方向凹陷的球面状。
10.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述按压部的按压面形成为沿按压方向凹陷的U字槽状。
11.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
将所述按压部的从所述加热棒朝向按压方向突出的加热棒前端设定为按压面。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述冷却流体为空气,所述冷却流体供给元件为送风机。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
所述热铆装置还包括对所述保持件进行支承并能沿按压方向移动的按压动作元件。
14.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的热铆装置,其特征在于,
在所述保持件上设置有对该保持件沿按压方向施力的弹簧,利用该弹簧的施力按压所述铆接对象。
