Overload and overrun of vehicles have become a prominent problem that seriously affects the life and property safety of countries and people and endangers the stability of social and economic orders. According to the specifications of national standards GB1589-2004 (road vehicle outline size, axle load and quality limit), GB7258-2012 (motor vehicle operation safety technical condition), GB21861-2014 (motor vehicle safety technical inspection project and method), each public security vehicle administration institute and motor vehicle safety technical detection mechanism must be closed from the source, the outline size of a newly registered motor vehicle and a motor vehicle in use must be forcedly detected, and the motor vehicle with the detection overrun must not be on the road. The existing method for tracing the magnitude of the vehicle outline dimension measuring instrument mainly comprises the steps of manually measuring the length, width and height of a measured vehicle by using a steel tape measure or a laser range finder, taking the measured data as a standard value, and then measuring the length, width and height of the same measured vehicle by using the vehicle outline dimension measuring instrument as a measured value, and taking the difference between the measured value and the standard value as a measurement error. The problems with this approach are mainly: 1. as the tested vehicle of the standard device, only one vehicle length, vehicle width and vehicle height value can be provided, a plurality of vehicles with different sizes can be prepared to cover the measuring range of the vehicle outline measuring instrument, the fact that a plurality of motor vehicles with different sizes are found on a detection site is difficult to ensure, and the measuring range of the vehicle outline measuring instrument to be tested is difficult to operate. 2. The standard value is required to manually measure the highest point, the widest part, the longest part, time and labor waste, difficult operation, difficult guarantee of repeatability, and the measurement uncertainty of the standard value is far greater than that of a steel tape or a laser range finder. The use requirement (GB 21861-2014, motor vehicle safety technology inspection project and method, requires 1/2 of uncertainty of measurement of vehicle length, vehicle width and vehicle height to be +/-1%) is not met, and the accuracy of the magnitude tracing requirement is not strictly met. 3. If the measured value is measured by the way that the measured vehicle passes through the measuring area of the vehicle contour measuring instrument, the running speed of the test vehicle is difficult to ensure stable and uniform speed, the running route is difficult to ensure consistency, the measuring repeatability of the vehicle length and the vehicle width is difficult to ensure, and the measuring performance of the measured vehicle contour measuring instrument cannot be objectively reflected.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the calibrating device for the vehicle outline dimension measuring instrument, which has the advantages of definite measuring range, high accuracy, reliability and stability, flexible and adjustable measuring dimension, convenience in magnitude tracing and convenience in assembly.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purposes:

The calibrating device is provided with the adjustable calibrating ruler with the minimum scale of 1mm in three directions of being parallel to the running direction of the vehicle (the length of the vehicle), being vertical (the width of the vehicle) and being vertical to the ground (the height of the vehicle), and the adjustable calibrating ruler is adjustable in the measuring range and can ensure that the adjustable calibrating ruler does not influence the change of measuring precision in the calibrating process.
3. The calibration device can completely simulate the whole process of measuring the outline dimensions of various motor vehicles by the vehicle outline dimension measuring instrument, and the traction device is used for controlling the running speed of the combined trolley, so that the stability and the uniform speed are realized, and the reliability of detection data is ensured.
4. The calibrating device can be flexibly assembled, and is simple and convenient to assemble and operate.

As shown in fig. 4, one end of the length calibration ruler 5 is telescopically inserted into the first tubular ruler frame 6, and the other end is arranged on the middle lifting trolley 2. The length calibration ruler frame 6 is fixedly connected with the rear part of the calibration ruler installation trolley 1, and the length calibration ruler frame 6 is a circular tube ruler frame. According to actual needs, when the scribing range of the length calibration ruler 5 is 7750-9400 mm, 1 middle lifting trolley is used. The length calibration ruler 5 has a scribing range of 12070-13720 mm, and 2 middle lifting trolleys are used. The length calibration ruler 5 has a scribing range of 16390-18040 mm, and 3 middle lifting trolleys are used to keep the length calibration ruler 5 horizontal.

The scale line range of the height calibration ruler 10 is 2000-4000 mm.

The measurement data obtained in this example are shown in table 1. The measurement data in table 1 shows that the calibration device has high accuracy, good reliability, scientific and reasonable design and good operability.
