Technical Field
The invention relates to a wire coil inspection device and method, which are mainly used for inspecting wire and cable delivery wire coils such as carrier ropes, contact wires and the like.
Background
Delivery reels for carrier ropes and contact wires generally adopt full wood reels or composite wood reels (steel wood reels). However, both the full wood disc and the composite wood disc are manufactured by adopting a splicing method, so that the problems of poor integrity, deformation, distortion, cylinder center deviation, uneven cylinder diameter, overhigh height difference among the strips and the like often occur, the wire arrangement quality of the carrier ropes and the contact wires is affected, and even the quality problems of wire pressing and the like occur in the wire arrangement process, so that the wire delivery reels of the carrier ropes and the contact wires must be subjected to strict quality inspection.
At present, the full wood disc and the composite wood disc are mainly inspected by means of a tape measure, a steel angle square and a visual inspection method, the operation is relatively complicated and time-consuming, and inspection results are different due to the difference of experience of inspection staff, so that the quality of a wire coil to be used cannot be effectively ensured, and the difficulty and risk of wire arrangement and paying-off are increased. However, no inspection device and method specially used for inspecting carrier ropes and contact wire delivery reels exists at present, so the invention develops a device and method for inspecting reels.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the traditional wire coil inspection method and provides a wire coil inspection device and method. The wire coil tester can test the weight, the height, the spacing between two side plates at different heights, the height difference between the battens at the inner sides of the side plates, the width of the cylinder, the diameter of the cylinder at different positions, the center deviation condition of the cylinder, the height difference between the battens at the outer sides of the cylinder, the deformation degree of the wire coil and the like, so that the wire coil is more convenient and objective to test, the quality of the wire coil to be used is ensured, and the difficulty and risk of wire arrangement and wire paying-off are effectively reduced.

the positions of the measuring plate, the lifting weighing device and the sensor are regulated, the motor is started, the distance from the probe at different positions to the cylinder is measured by adopting a longitudinal probe of the three-way ranging probe and a one-way ranging probe in the rotating process of the wire coil to be measured, and the distance between two side plates at different heights is measured by adopting two transverse probes of the three-way ranging probe, so that the purposes of checking the diameter of the cylinder at different positions, the center offset condition of the cylinder, the height difference between the strips on the outer surface of the cylinder, the width of the cylinder, the distance between the two side plates at different heights and the height difference between the strips of the side plates are achieved;
if the detection data exceeds the set range, the alarm gives an alarm, and the alarm is prompted in the display screen. And after the detection is finished, the longitudinal driving device, the lifting weighing device and the hydraulic telescopic device are regulated, the wire coil is dismounted, the lifting weighing device and the circular plane plate are reset, and the power supply of the positioning device and the operating platform is closed.
