Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能法兰盘,沿法兰盘管壁开设有若干个引射孔(1),实现引射通气功能,通过法兰盘的翻边(2),通过对接螺栓实现对接功能,在法兰盘内层对接处设置有榫卯结构(3),实现对接限位功能,并在凹槽中加填密封垫,实现内层密封功能。本发明减少了零件数量、减轻了结构重量、降低了结构装配过程中的难度。

技术领域
本发明属于飞机结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能法兰盘。
背景技术
在飞机排气系统中,连接双层排气管之间的多功能法兰盘是一个重要的连接部件。现有连接法兰盘由于用途单一,所以一般只具有连接管类功能及密封功能,不具有双层结构的引射功能,密封垫是直接加在两个法兰平面之间,没有榫卯结构的本身具有一定的密封效果,且由于缝隙的存在使密封垫处于腐蚀环境中。而该多功能法兰在具备引射通气的同时,在法兰平面之间采用榫卯结构与密封垫相结合的方式。即保证了连接需要及密封需要又保证了双层结构引射通气作用。
发明内容
发明目的:为了在双层结构的连接中,实现引射通气、对接、密封三个方面要求,提出了一种多功能法兰盘。
技术方案:一种多功能法兰盘,其特征在于,沿法兰盘管壁开设有若干个引射孔(1),实现引射通气功能,通过法兰盘的翻边(2),通过对接螺栓实现对接功能,在法兰盘内层对接处设置有榫卯结构(3),实现对接限位功能,并在凹槽中加填密封垫,实现内层密封功能。
有益效果
在双层结构的连接中,由于要实现引射通气、对接、密封三个方面的要求,故设计此多功能法兰盘合三为一,实现以上功能。减少了零件数量、减轻了结构重量、降低了结构装配过程中的难度。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图1、2,图1为该多功能法兰盘剖视图,左侧法兰盘内层通过焊接与排气管前段内层蒙皮相连,同理右侧法兰盘内层通过焊接与排气管内层蒙皮相连,构成发动机尾喷流的主流道。左右侧法兰盘再通过与前后段蒙皮的焊接、螺栓连接法兰盘翻边[2]实现前后段的对接,并在引射孔结构[1]处形成引射气流的通道,对发动机尾喷流的气流进行降温。在螺栓对接之初在榫卯结构[3]中填封密封垫实现密封作用。图2为前后法兰盘对接轴侧图。
