Abstract

本发明公开了一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵。包括泵头、驱动器、泵管;所述驱动器上设置有泵头,所述泵头为两个连为一体的泵头,每个泵头对应连接有泵管,两根泵管内的脉冲相互抵消。本发明通过设置双泵头,可以让两根泵管内的脉冲相互抵消,减小误差影响,提高灌装精度,适用于小流量型的泵。

本发明属于蠕动泵技术领域,特别涉及一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵。
背景技术:
蠕动泵是一种容积泵,通常使用在流量测量仪器、医疗器械、化工等领域中。它由泵头、驱动器、弹性软管组成,其中泵头由泵体、滚轮组成,弹性软管由压块压在滚轮上。
弹性软管内液体在流动时会产生脉动,造成灌装精度降低。特别是在小流量情况下,脉动产生的误差影响更大。

发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵,包括:泵头、驱动器、泵管;所述驱动器上设置有泵头,所述泵头为两个连为一体的泵头,每个泵头对应连接有泵管,两根泵管内的脉冲相互抵消。
优选地,技术方案中,驱动器包括驱动控制板、电源变压器、驱动电机;所述电源变压器与驱动电机连接,所述驱动电机与泵头连接;所述驱动控制板,用于启闭驱动电机。
优选地,技术方案中,驱动控制板选用STC12C5A32S单片机。
优选地,技术方案中,泵头采用YY1515金属双泵头。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过设置双泵头,可以让两根泵管内的脉冲相互抵消,减小误差影响,提高灌装精度,适用于小流量型的泵。

如图1-3所示,一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵,包括泵头1、驱动器2、泵管3;所述泵头采用YY1515金属双泵头;所述驱动器2上设置有泵头1,所述泵头1为两个连为一体的泵头1,每个泵头1对应连接有泵管3,两根泵管3内的脉冲相互抵消,减小误差影响,提高灌装精度,适用于小流量型的泵;驱动器2包括驱动控制板4、电源变压器5、驱动电机6;所述电源变压器5与驱动电机6连接,所述驱动电机6与泵头1连接;所述驱动控制板4选用STC12C5A32S单片机,用于启闭驱动电机6。

1.一种紧凑型金属蠕动泵,其特征在于:包括泵头、驱动器、泵管;所述驱动器上设置有泵头,所述泵头为两个连为一体的泵头,每个泵头对应连接有泵管,两根泵管内的脉冲相互抵消。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型金属蠕动泵,其特征在于:所述驱动器包括驱动控制板、电源变压器、驱动电机;所述电源变压器与驱动电机连接,所述驱动电机与泵头连接;所述驱动控制板,用于启闭驱动电机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的紧凑型金属蠕动泵,其特征在于:所述驱动控制板选用STC12C5A32S单片机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型金属蠕动泵,其特征在于:所述泵头采用YY1515金属双泵头。
