Abstract
The invention relates to an outlet strainer with fixing structure, comprising a meshed strainer which comprises an upper ring portion and a lower ring portion; air guide portions in radial arrangement are arranged between the upper ring portion and the lower ring portion to reduce air drag; the interior of the upper ring portion is used for mounting a counterweight to reinforce the center of gravity of the meshed strainer; the upper ring portion is fitted with an upper cover having an opening to facilitate hand holding; the outer radius wall of the lower ring portion is provided with a plurality of bushings surrounding the lower ring portion; a moving rod is passed through each bushing so that the meshed strainer may adapt to irregular terrains; fixing posts in a pair are arranged at the inner side of the lower ring portion, a fixing component is arranged between the fixing posts, the meshed strainer can be fitted stably to any outlet through the fixing component, with no need for the concern with the meshed strainer deviating at the outlet, and convenience of use is improved accordingly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter cover for a water outlet, in particular to a filter cover for a water outlet with a fixed structure, which can be applied to different environmental terrains, is convenient to use and can improve the fixing capability.
Background
There is a known downpipe filtering device, such as a downpipe 90 shown in fig. 6, which includes a fixed chassis 91, a mesh-shaped upper cover 92 disposed above the fixed chassis 91, the mesh-shaped upper cover 92 including a plurality of sheet-shaped ribs arranged in a fence-like manner, and a downpipe opening 93 formed between the plurality of sheet-shaped ribs, respectively, the downpipe 90 being disposed on a drain opening.
The area of the sheet rib of the downpipe 90 is large, so that the area of the downpipe 93 is small, when leaves and garbage with large areas flow to the downpipe 90 along with water flow, the downpipe 90 can isolate the leaves and the garbage, but the leaves and the garbage cover the downpipe 90 to cause a siphon phenomenon, so that the leaves and the garbage are blocked at the downpipe 93 of the downpipe 90, and the downpipe 93 cannot drain water effectively.
Disclosure of Invention

a fixing component connected with the fixing column of the reticular filter cover, wherein the fixing component comprises more than two positioning pieces capable of adjusting the distance.
Preferably, the fixing assembly further comprises a fixing plate; the two opposite sides of the fixing plate are respectively provided with a fixing hole, and the fixing holes are used for penetrating through the fixing columns of the reticular filter cover; the fixing plate is provided with a plurality of positioning holes which are arranged at intervals and through which the positioning pieces penetrate, between the fixing holes.
Preferably, the fixing posts of the mesh-shaped filter cover are respectively provided with a lower end, and the lower ends respectively form an abutting part; the abutting portion forms an annular convex portion.
Preferably, the outer diameter walls of the positioning pieces are respectively provided with an external thread; a first adjusting piece and a second adjusting piece are further sleeved on the positioning pieces respectively, wherein inner walls of the first adjusting piece and the second adjusting piece are provided with inner threads to match with the outer threads of the positioning pieces.
Preferably, the inner side and the outer side of the air guiding parts are respectively provided with two air guiding surfaces, and an air guiding angle is formed at the joint of the two air guiding surfaces.
Preferably, the upper ring further forms a concave portion inward, and the concave portion is provided with a weight block; the center of the concave part forms a drainage outlet, the center of the balancing weight forms a through hole, and the through hole of the balancing weight corresponds to the drainage outlet of the concave part.

According to the structure, the reticular filter cover is covered on a drainage hole, the positioning pieces are tightly abutted against two opposite sides of the inner wall of the drainage hole respectively by adjusting the distance between the positioning pieces of the fixing component, so that the reticular filter cover is stably covered on the drainage hole, and when the environment blows up strong wind, the wind guide part of the reticular filter cover is used for effectively guiding wind flow so as to effectively reduce wind resistance when the strong wind blows out; in addition, when the movable rod is set on the ground, it will move vertically and is suitable for irregular terrain, and when the length of the movable rod is mostly longer than the lower ring part, it can further form a fence for isolating sundries and leaves.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first preferred embodiment of a filter cover for a drainage outlet with a fixing structure of the present invention includes a mesh filter cover 10, a plurality of movable rods 20, and a fixing member; in this embodiment, the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is further covered with a reflective upper cover 40.
The reticular filter cover 10 is provided with an upper end and a lower end which are opposite, and an upper ring part 11 and a lower ring part 12 are respectively formed, a plurality of air guide parts 13 which are arranged in a radial shape are arranged between the upper ring part 11 and the lower ring part 12 of the reticular filter cover 10, a first water filtering opening is formed between the air guide parts 13, the air guide parts 13 are respectively provided with two air guide surfaces 131 at the outer side and the inner side which are opposite to the reticular filter cover 10, a wind guide angle 132 is formed at the joint of the two air guide surfaces 131, when wind blows to the air guide parts 13, the wind can be effectively separated through the wind guide angle 132, and the wind is guided from two sides along the air guide surfaces 131; in this embodiment, the air guiding portions 13 may be in a diamond shape, and when strong wind is blown, the diamond structure of the air guiding portions 13 may guide wind flow to effectively reduce wind resistance.
The outer diameter wall of the lower ring part 12 is formed with a plurality of sleeves 14 arranged at intervals, the length of the plurality of sleeves 14 is greater than that of the lower ring part 12, and a vertical through hole is respectively formed in the plurality of sleeves 14 for the movable rod 20 to penetrate through; in this embodiment, a second filtering opening is further formed among the plurality of sleeves 14 arranged at intervals.
The movable rods 20 are respectively movably arranged in the vertical through holes in the vertical direction, so that the filter cover of the water outlet is suitable for irregular terrain, the length of the movable rods 20 is larger than that of the sleeve 14, and the movable rods 20 arranged at intervals form a fence shape.
The movable rods 20 are respectively provided with an upper end and a lower end, the upper end is provided with a resisting part 21, the lower end is provided with a resisting part 22, the outer wall of the resisting part 22 is further outwards provided with an annular convex part 221, the outer diameter of the annular convex part 221 is larger than the inner diameter of the vertical through hole, the resisting part 22 has elasticity and can be slightly inwards deformed by being extruded by external force, so that the movable rods 20 are conveniently combined with the vertical through holes, and the resisting part 21 and the annular convex part 221 resist to prevent the movable rods 20 from being separated from the vertical through holes.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper ring portion 11 further forms a concave portion 17 inward, the concave portion 17 is in a cup shape, and a weight block 60 is disposed in the concave portion 17 to enhance the center of gravity of the mesh-shaped filtering cover 10; in this embodiment, a drainage port 171 is further formed at the center of the concave portion 17, and a through hole 61 is further formed at the center of the weight member 60 and corresponds to the drainage port 171 of the concave portion 17, so that the accumulated water in the concave portion 17 can be drained.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper cover 40 covers the upper ring 11, the upper cover 40 is bowl-shaped and includes an upper opening 41 for holding, the inner side of the cover edge of the upper cover 40 extends downward to form a plurality of fixing portions 42, the inner diameter wall of the concave portion 17 of the mesh-shaped filtering cover 10 forms a plurality of through openings 172, each fixing portion 42 is fixed on each through opening 172, the through openings 172 of the concave portion 17 are used for draining accumulated water in the concave portion 17, a propping column 43 is respectively arranged between the fixing portions 42, and the propping columns 43 are used for propping against the weight block 60 to prevent the weight block 60 from moving.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the inner diameter wall of the lower ring portion 12 further extends outward to form an annular portion, and two opposite sides of the annular portion respectively extend downward to form a fixing post 15 for combining with the fixing component; the fixing component is connected with the fixing columns 15 of the reticular filter cover 10, the fixing component comprises a fixing plate 31 and more than two positioning pieces 32, the fixing plate 31 is provided with two opposite ends and respectively forms a fixing hole for penetrating the fixing columns 15 of the reticular filter cover 10, so that the fixing plate 31 is combined with the fixing columns 15; in this embodiment, the fixing posts 15 each have a lower end, the lower end of which forms a top portion 151, the outer wall of the top portion 151 of the fixing post 15 further extends outward to form an annular protrusion 152, the outer diameter of the annular protrusion 152 is just larger than the inner diameter of the fixing hole, the top portion 151 has elasticity, and can be slightly deformed inward by being pressed by an external force, so as to combine the fixing hole with the fixing post 15, and the annular protrusion 152 abuts against the fixing hole to prevent the fixing hole from separating from the fixing post 15.
A supporting pillar 16 is further formed on the annular portion of the lower annular portion 12 and on two opposite sides between the fixed pillars 15, the supporting pillar 16 has a lower end, a top portion 161 is formed at the lower end of the supporting pillar 16, the length of the supporting pillar 16 is greater than the length of the sleeves 14, and a part of the length of the movable rod 20 is exposed out of the sleeves 14 through the support of the supporting pillars 16, so that a third water filtering opening is formed between the movable rods 20.
A plurality of positioning holes 33 are formed between the fixing holes of the fixing plate 31, and the positioning members 32 can be inserted into any two positioning holes 33 to adjust the distance; in this embodiment, the positioning members 32 are of a cylindrical structure, the outer diameter walls of the positioning members 32 are formed with external threads, the positioning members 32 are further respectively sleeved with a first adjusting member 321 and a second adjusting member 322, and are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the fixing plate 31, the first adjusting member 321 and the second adjusting member 322 are hollow and respectively provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, the inner diameter walls of the first adjusting member 321 and the second adjusting member 322 are formed with internal threads to match the external threads of the positioning members 32, the length of the positioning members 32 exposed out of the fixing plate 31 can be changed by adjusting the first adjusting member 321 and the second adjusting member 322, and the positioning members 32 are tightly fixed on the fixing plate 31; in this embodiment, the positioning members 32 are bolts, and the first adjusting member 321 and the second adjusting member 322 are nuts; in this embodiment, the positioning holes 33 may further have internal threads formed therein to match the external threads of the positioning members 32.
To describe the usage of the first preferred embodiment, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is covered on a drainage port, the movable rods 20 are vertically movable to adapt to irregular ground, the second adjusting members 322 of the positioning members 32 are removed, the spacing of the positioning members 32 are adjusted according to the aperture of the drainage port and inserted into the two corresponding positioning holes 33, the second adjusting members 322 are fixed back to the positioning members 32, the length of the positioning members 32 extending into the drainage port is adjusted by the first adjusting members 321 and the second adjusting members 322 of the positioning members 32, the positioning members 32 are tightly fixed on the fixing plate 31, and the positioning members 32 are tightly abutted against the two opposite sides of the inner wall of the drainage port, so that the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is stably fixed on the drainage port.
When strong wind is blown, the wind can be effectively separated through the wind guide angles 132 of the wind guide parts 13, and the separated wind is guided along the wind guide surfaces 131 of the wind guide parts 13, so that the wind flow can be effectively guided, the wind resistance can be reduced, the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is not easy to blow, the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is firmly fixed on the water outlet through the fixing component, the gravity center of the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is enhanced through the weight of the balancing weight 60, and the stability of the mesh-shaped filter cover 10 is improved; when raining, foreign matters can be effectively blocked by the plurality of movable rods 20 in a fence-shaped structure, and accumulated water can effectively flow into a water outlet through the first water filtering port of the net-shaped filter cover 10, the second water filtering ports among the sleeves 14 and the third water filtering ports among the movable rods 20 so as to improve the water drainage capacity; if snow falls in the environment of use and accumulated snow is accumulated in the concave portion 17 of the net-shaped filter cover 10, the accumulated snow melts and becomes accumulated water, and the accumulated snow is discharged into the through opening 172 of the concave portion 17, the water discharge opening 171 of the concave portion 17 and the through opening 61 of the counter weight 60.

a reticular filter cover which comprises an upper ring part and a lower ring part, wherein a plurality of air guide parts which are arranged in a radial shape are arranged between the upper ring part and the lower ring part, a plurality of sleeves which are arranged at intervals are arranged on the outer side of the lower ring part, each sleeve is respectively provided with a vertical through hole, and the inner side of the lower ring part extends downwards to form a pair of fixed columns;
a plurality of movable rods which can movably penetrate through the vertical through holes respectively and are arranged at intervals to form a fence shape;
a fixing component connected with the fixing column of the reticular filter cover, wherein the fixing component comprises more than two positioning pieces capable of adjusting the distance.

The drain port filter cover with retaining structure of claim 1, wherein the retaining assembly further comprises a retaining plate; the two opposite sides of the fixing plate are respectively provided with a fixing hole, and the fixing holes are used for penetrating through the fixing columns of the reticular filter cover; the fixing plate is provided with a plurality of positioning holes which are arranged at intervals and through which the positioning pieces penetrate, between the fixing holes.

The drain port filter cover with fastening structure of claim 3, wherein the positioning members have external threads formed on the outer diameter walls thereof, respectively; a first adjusting piece and a second adjusting piece are further sleeved on the positioning pieces respectively, wherein inner walls of the first adjusting piece and the second adjusting piece are provided with inner threads to match with the outer threads of the positioning pieces.
5. The outlet filter cover with fastening structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein the air guiding portions have two air guiding surfaces on the inner and outer sides thereof, respectively, and an air guiding angle is formed at the joint of the two air guiding surfaces.

The drain opening filter cover with retaining structure of claim 5, wherein said upper ring further defines a recess therein for receiving a weight; the center of the concave part forms a drainage outlet, the center of the balancing weight forms a through hole, and the through hole of the balancing weight corresponds to the drainage outlet of the concave part.
7. The drain port filter with retaining structure of claim 6, further comprising a reflective upper cover, said upper cover being disposed on said upper ring portion of said mesh filter, said upper cover including an upper opening for hand holding; wherein, a plurality of fixing parts are formed on the inner side of the upper cover in a downward extending way for fixing on the reticular filter cover, and a propping column for propping against the balancing weight is respectively arranged between the adjacent fixing parts.
8. The drain port filter cover with fixing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein a positioning hole from the center of the fixing plate to one of the fixing holes is further connected to each other to form a movable groove; the positioning holes from the center of the fixing plate to the other fixing hole are further connected with each other to form another movable groove; each movable groove is provided with a positioning piece in a penetrating way, and each positioning piece moves in each movable groove.
