Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a pedestal pan, in particular to a split type pedestal pan.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, the toilet includes a toilet main body 1a, a sewage pipe 2a, a seat 3a and a water tank 4a, and the prior art generally processes the toilet through a set of mold integrated forming, or processes the seat 3a separately by mold integrated forming, and processes the sewage pipe 2a and the toilet main body 1a as a main body integrated forming, no matter which processing method is adopted, it has the following disadvantages:
1. the integral structure of the toilet bowl is larger, more small mould parts are needed to realize the forming of the internal structure of the toilet bowl and the normal demoulding, and during demoulding, because the number of the small mould parts is large, the longer demoulding time is needed, and the batch high-pressure production is inconvenient;
2. when the sewage discharge pipe 2a and the toilet main body 1a are integrally formed, in order to form a single-sided pulp part of the sewage discharge port, a barb 21a is left at the tail end of the sewage discharge pipe 2a, and the structure of the barb 21a can influence the sewage discharge effect of the sewage discharge pipe 2 a;
3. the integrally formed toilet bowl requires a large mold, which is more easily damaged, and the whole toilet bowl is scrapped after being damaged, resulting in an increase in processing cost.
In addition, when the seat 3a is integrally formed, the seat is generally formed to have a high structure, and then the lower surface of the seat 3a is bonded to the upper surface of the toilet main body 1a, so that a significant bonding mark is generated at the bonding position between the two members, which affects the overall appearance of the toilet, and the bonding stability is not high, and thus, the occurrence of defects such as misalignment and cracking is likely to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a split type toilet bowl, which reduces the number of small parts of a mould and is convenient for mass production of products.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is also to provide a split type toilet bowl, which improves the bonding stability of the seat ring and the toilet bowl main body.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a split type toilet bowl which comprises a toilet bowl main body, a sewage discharge pipe, a seat ring and a water tank, wherein the toilet bowl main body, the sewage discharge pipe, the seat ring and the water tank are all of an independent integrated forming structure;
a sewage discharge channel is arranged at the bottom of the urinal part, the sewage discharge channel is provided with a pipeline connecting part protruding towards the pipeline installation cavity, one end of the sewage discharge pipe is bonded with the pipeline connecting part through bonding slurry, and the other end of the sewage discharge pipe is bonded on the bottom surface of the pipeline installation cavity through the bonding slurry;
the water tank mounting part is provided with a circle of positioning raised ring matched with the lower surface of the water tank, a water inlet is arranged in the positioning raised ring, and the lower surface of the water tank is bonded with the upper surface of the positioning raised ring through bonding slurry during mounting;
the seat circle includes screens circle portion and locates the installation department of screens circle portion top, the installation department level extends screens circle portion, installation department orientation location protruding circle the location side and the lateral wall looks adaptation of the protruding circle of location, during the installation, screens circle portion screens is convenient for the inside of just pond portion, the installation department extends the position of screens circle portion and shelves in the upper surface of just pond portion, the location side of installation department is hugged closely with the lateral wall of the protruding circle of location, and the position of stool pot main part and seat circle contact passes through bonding paste and bonds.
As the improvement of above-mentioned scheme, the urinal portion includes the urinal and locates the transition connecting portion between urinal and the protruding circle of location, the installation department is including locating the first installation department directly over the screens circle portion and extending to the second installation department of the protruding circle of location by first installation department, the side that first installation department was kept away from to the second installation department is the location side, the second installation department bonds in the transition connecting portion upper surface.
As the improvement of above-mentioned scheme, the middle part of transition connecting portion is equipped with indent logical water portion, indent logical water portion and the water passage intercommunication of seat circle, the upper surface of transition connecting portion all is equipped with first ventilative portion of caving in the both sides that are located indent logical water portion, first ventilative portion of caving in is equipped with first bleeder vent.
As an improvement of the scheme, a second sunken part is arranged at the part of the second installation part corresponding to the first ventilation sunken part, and a second ventilation hole is formed in the second ventilation sunken part.
As an improvement of the scheme, the inner side wall of the urinal is provided with a positioning step surface facing the opening of the urinal, and the lower surface of the clamping ring part is clamped on the positioning step surface during installation.
As an improvement of the scheme, the side face of the positioning convex ring adjacent to the urinal is provided with an installation curved surface part which is matched with the positioning side face and protrudes towards the urinal, and an inwards concave transition curved surface is formed between the upper end of the installation curved surface part and the outer ring of the upper surface of the positioning convex ring.
As the improvement of above-mentioned scheme, the location side of installation department towards protruding circle of location is the screens curved surface portion of indent.
As the improvement of above-mentioned scheme, the blow off pipe includes reinforcing portion and the dirty section of advancing that sets gradually, oblique ascending buffer segment, turn to section, oblique decurrent water gathering section and blowdown section, advance dirty section and pipe connection portion and pass through bonding slurry bonding, the outside of water gathering section and blowdown section is located to reinforcing portion to the lower surface of reinforcing portion and the lower surface of blowdown section are in the coplanar, the lower surface of reinforcing portion and blowdown section bonds in the bottom surface of piping erection cavity through bonding slurry.
As an improvement of the scheme, the seat ring, the water tank and the sewage discharge pipe are sequentially bonded to the toilet main body.
As an improvement of the scheme, the bonding slurry comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
10-25% of mud, 60-85% of blank, 0.5-2% of deflocculant and 2-8% of fiber.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the toilet main body, the sewage discharge pipe, the seat ring and the water tank of the toilet are respectively integrally formed and processed, and the processing is respectively carried out, so that compared with the integral forming and processing of the toilet, the required small parts of the mould are relatively less, the mould opening of the mould is convenient, the processing efficiency of the toilet can be improved, and the toilet is particularly beneficial to large-batch production;
2. the invention separates the toilet main body and the sewage discharge pipe into a whole to be formed, so that the single-sided pulp at the sewage discharge port of the sewage discharge pipe can be cut, the processed toilet can not form an inverted hook at the tail end of the sewage discharge pipe, and the sewage discharge pipe without the inverted hook is more beneficial to discharge sewage;
3. the seat ring is convenient to clamp the clamping ring part in the toilet bowl part (even in the toilet bowl), and the seat ring is provided with the convex mounting part for placing in the toilet bowl part, so that the seat ring is not easy to displace when being bonded to the toilet bowl main body;
4. the installation part is provided with the positioning side face matched with the side wall of the positioning convex ring, the positioning side face can play a positioning role, the positioning side face is not easy to displace when connected through slurry, the cracking phenomenon is not easy to occur after the bonding is finished, the bonding part can be hidden, bonding traces cannot be seen after the bonding part is fired, and the integral aesthetic feeling of the pedestal pan can be improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "back", "inner", "outer", and the like as used herein, whether or not specifically defined herein, are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.
Referring to the attached drawings 1 to 7, the invention discloses a split type toilet bowl which comprises a toilet bowl main body 1, a sewage discharge pipe 2, a seat ring 3 and a water tank 4, wherein the toilet bowl main body 1, the sewage discharge pipe 2, the seat ring 3 and the water tank 4 are all of independent integrated forming structures, even if the toilet bowl main body 1, the sewage discharge pipe 2, the seat ring 3 and the water tank 4 are respectively subjected to mould integrated forming processing, at the moment, the amount of small parts required by a mould is reduced to a certain extent, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
Wherein, the toilet body 1 comprises a toilet bowl 11, a pipeline installation chamber 12 arranged at the rear of the toilet bowl 11 and a water tank installation part 13 arranged above the pipeline installation chamber 12; the pipe installation chamber 12 is used for installing the sewage discharge pipe 2, the water tank installation part 13 is used for installing the water tank 4, and the seat ring 3 is installed at the upper surface of the excrement tank part 11.
Specifically, the bottom of the urinal portion 11 is provided with a sewage discharge channel 111, the sewage discharge channel 111 is provided with a pipeline connecting portion 112 protruding towards the pipeline installation chamber 12, one end of the sewage discharge pipe 2 is bonded with the pipeline connecting portion 112 through bonding slurry, and the other end is bonded on the bottom surface of the pipeline installation chamber 12 through bonding slurry.

When the toilet seat is installed, the clamping ring part 31 is clamped in the toilet bowl part 11, the part of the installation part 32 extending out of the clamping ring part 31 is placed on the upper surface of the toilet bowl part 11, the positioning side 321 of the installation part 32 is closely attached to the side wall of the positioning raised ring 131, the parts of the toilet main body 1 contacting the seat 3 (i.e., the latching part 31 and the installation part 32) are bonded by the adhesive slurry, and the parts of the two contacting include the part of the positioning side 321 contacting the tank installation part 13, the part of the latching part 31 contacting the inner side wall of the toilet bowl 11 (including the part of the latching part 31 contacting the positioning step surface described below), and the part of the installation part 32 contacting the toilet main body 1 (including the part of the first installation part 32a extending out of the latching part 31 contacting the open surface of the toilet bowl and the part of the lower surface of the second installation part 32b contacting the upper surface of the transition connection part 11b described below).
Preferably, the inner wall of the urinal 11a of the urinal 11 is provided with a positioning step surface opened toward the urinal 11a, and the lower surface of the locking ring portion 31 is locked to the positioning step surface when the urinal is installed. The positioning step surface of the present invention can also be used for bonding with the retaining ring portion 31, and the firmness of the connection between the seat 3 and the urinal 11a is improved.
It should be noted that the seat ring 3, the water tank 4 and the sewage discharge pipe 2 are sequentially adhered to the toilet main body 1. The optimal weight percentage is 20% of mud, 75% of blank, 1% of deflocculant and 4% of fiber, the products bonded by the bonding slurry prepared by the invention can achieve seamless connection, and the consistency and regularity of the products are ensured.
The urinal part 11 comprises a urinal 11a and a transitional connecting part 11b arranged between the urinal 11a and the positioning raised ring 131, the mounting part 32 comprises a first mounting part 32a arranged right above the clamping ring part 31 and a second mounting part 32b extending from the first mounting part 32a to the positioning raised ring 131, the side surface of the second mounting part 32b far away from the first mounting part 32a is a positioning side surface 321, and the second mounting part 32b is adhered to the upper surface of the transitional connecting part 11 b.
It should be noted that if the upper surface of the transitional connection portion 11b is a plane, the area of the transitional connection portion is relatively large, and if the entire plane is bonded to the lower surface of the second installation portion 32b, there may be a danger of explosion during firing, in order to solve this problem, the present invention is provided with an inner concave water passing portion 114 at the middle portion of the transitional connection portion 11b, the inner concave water passing portion 114 is communicated with the water passing channel of the seat ring 3, the inner concave water passing portion 114 is used for passing the water in the water tank 4 to the seat ring 3 and the injection port of the toilet bowl portion 11, first air permeable recessed portions 112 are provided at both sides of the inner concave water passing portion 114 on the upper surface of the transitional connection portion 11b, and the first air permeable recessed portions 112 are provided with first air vents 113. Correspondingly, a second air permeable recessed portion 322 is disposed at a position of the second mounting portion 32b corresponding to the first air permeable recessed portion 112, and the second air permeable recessed portion 322 is provided with a second air hole 323. The invention reduces the bonding area of the seat ring 3 and the urinal body 11 through the sunken part, and circulates the air at the bonding part between the seat ring 3 and the urinal body 11 with the outside through the first air hole 113 and the second air hole 323, so as to avoid the dangerous situations such as explosion.

As the preferred embodiment of blow off pipe 2, blow off pipe 2 includes reinforcing portion 26 and advances dirty section 21, oblique ascending buffer segment 22, turn to section 23, oblique decurrent water gathering section 24 and blowdown section 25 that set gradually, advances dirty section 21, oblique ascending buffer segment 22, turn to section 23, oblique decurrent water gathering section 24 and blowdown section 25 and forms the structure of oblique epirelief, reaches the effect that the siphon was washed by water, it bonds through bonding paste to advance dirty section 21 and pipe connection portion 112, reinforcing portion 26 locates the outside of water gathering section 24 and blowdown section 25 to the lower surface of reinforcing portion is in same horizontal plane with the lower surface of blowdown section 25, the lower surface of reinforcing portion 26 and blowdown section 25 bonds in the bottom surface of piping erection chamber 12 through bonding paste. The sewage draining pipe 2 of the invention increases the bonding stability through the reinforcing part.
