1. A method of making a high strength toilet, comprising:
(1) Forming a urinal body and a skirt; wherein, the urinal body is molded by a side press, and the periphery is molded by a vertical press; the urinal body comprises a urinal and a seat ring; the urinal comprises a water guide edge and a flushing hole arranged at the rear side of the urinal, wherein the water guide edge extends from the flushing hole to the front end of the urinal and protrudes towards the inner side of the urinal; the periphery comprises a mounting disc arranged on the bottom surface, positioning clamping grooves arranged on two sides of the mounting disc, and a mounting concave part arranged on the top and used for mounting the urinal body; the outer side of the urinal is provided with an installation convex part matched with the installation concave part;
(2) Forming a first half pipe and a second half pipe, and bonding the first half pipe and the second half pipe to form an elbow; the first half pipe and the second half pipe are molded by a side press and are of double-sided slurry structures; the first half pipe is provided with a positioning groove; the second half pipe is provided with a positioning convex edge matched with the positioning groove; the second half pipe is provided with a rib plate, and two sides of the rib plate are provided with blocking parts;
(3) Bonding the elbow to the skirt;
(4) Bonding the urinal body to the skirt and the elbow to form a toilet body;
(5) Drying and firing the toilet body to obtain a high-strength toilet finished product;
wherein, the side press is provided with 5-8 groups of die sets; the die set comprises at least one first die set for forming the first half pipe, at least one second die set for forming the second half pipe, and/or at least one third die set for forming the urinal body; the first die set consists of a first male die and a first female die; the second die set consists of a second male die and a second female die; the molding pressure of the side press is 0.8-1.2MPa, and the molding time is 10-25 minutes;
the vertical press is provided with 1-2 groups of fourth die groups for forming the periphery, and the forming time of the vertical press is 20-40 minutes.
2. The method for manufacturing a high strength toilet according to claim 1, wherein the molding time of the side press is 15-22 minutes;
the molding time of the vertical press is 30-40 minutes.
3. A high strength toilet bowl, characterized in that it is prepared by the preparation method according to claim 1 or 2.
