本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,具体为一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜及其制备方法和装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,经济的繁荣,汽车将逐渐步入居民家庭,因此,未来的汽车必须要满足大众心理需求。在寒冷的冬天,常常会发现,在室外放置的汽车或长途行驶的汽车的挡风玻璃表面都会形成一层霜雾,使得驾驶员很难观察室外路面的情况,既影响视野,也给行车带来安全隐患,从这一角度来说,目前的汽车挡风玻璃大多需要进一步改进,现有的挡风玻璃除霜不方便,影响视线,目前的挡风玻璃除霜大多数采用热风电扇吹烘法,此方法耗电较多,且易形成雾气,难以快速散去,目前也有采用薄膜金属丝通电加热法,此方法加热效率低,效果欠佳,且影响汽车美观,隔热性能差,为此,我们提出一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜及其制备方法和装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜及其制备方法和装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的挡风玻璃除霜不方便,影响视线,目前的挡风玻璃除霜大多数采用热风电扇吹烘法,此方法耗电较多,且易形成雾气,难以快速散去,目前也有采用薄膜金属丝通电加热法,此方法加热效率低,效果欠佳,且影响汽车美观,隔热性能差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,该挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜包括AZO导电薄膜,所述AZO导电薄膜的顶部粘接有隔热层,所述隔热层的顶部粘接有耐磨层,所述AZO导电膜的底部设置有粘接层。
优选的,所述粘接层由耐候性良好的高透明的丙烯酸酯胶粘剂组成。
优选的,所述AZO导电薄膜的厚度为450-550nm,所述AZO导电膜方块电阻为4-6Ω/□。
优选的,所述隔热层为PET薄膜,所述隔热膜的厚度为80-100nm。
优选的,所述耐磨层采用聚氨酯耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度为100-110nm。
优选的,该挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备AZO导电薄膜:将醋酸锌溶于乙醇胺和二醇甲醚的混合溶液中,进行第一次水浴回流,将正丁醇溶于异丙酮和乙酰丙酮的混合溶液中,搅拌,混合上述两种混合液体,并进行第二次水浴回流,陈化代用,将玻璃基板浸入陈化后的溶液中,以4cm/min的速度向上提拉,然后进行干燥和预处理,重复上述步骤即可得到AZO导电薄膜;
S2:制备隔热层:选取PET材料制成隔热层,然后通过真空蒸镀法或真空磁控溅射法向隔热层中加入金属铝或银或镍具有较高的高反射率的材料;
S3:顺序粘接:将AZO导电薄膜、隔热层和耐磨层顺序粘接,粘接层用于将该镀膜粘接在车玻璃上。
优选的,所述步骤S1中第一次水浴回流的温度为70℃,回流时间为10小时,第二次水浴回流的温度为50℃,回流时间为5小时。
优选的,所述步骤S1中混合时Al和Zn的摩尔比值为0-0.25.

S1:制备AZO导电薄膜1:将醋酸锌溶于乙醇胺和二醇甲醚的混合溶液中,进行第一次水浴回流,回流的温度为70℃,回流时间为10小时,将正丁醇溶于异丙酮和乙酰丙酮的混合溶液中,搅拌,混合上述两种混合液体,并进行第二次水浴回流,回流的温度为50℃,回流时间为5小时,陈化代用,将玻璃基板浸入陈化后的溶液中,以4cm/min的速度向上提拉,然后进行干燥和预处理,重复上述步骤即可得到AZO导电薄膜1,混合时Al和Zn的摩尔比值为0-0.25;
S2:制备隔热层2:选取PET材料制成隔热层2,然后通过真空蒸镀法或真空磁控溅射法向隔热层2中加入金属铝或银或镍具有较高的高反射率的材料;
S3:顺序粘接:将AZO导电薄膜1、隔热层2和耐磨层3顺序粘接,粘接层4用于将该镀膜粘接在车玻璃上。
请参阅图3,本发明又提供一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的装置技术方案:一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的装置,包括汽车电源5、控制装置6、温度感应器7、温度调节器8和AZO导电薄膜1,所述汽车电源5的输出端电性连接控制装置6的输入端,所述控制装置6的输出端电性连接AZO导电薄膜1的输入端,所述控制装置6的输入端电性连接温度感应器7的输出端,所述温度感应器7的输入端电性连接温度调节器8的输出端,所述温度感应器7的输出端电性连接AZO导电薄膜1的输入端,所述温度感应器7用于检测AZO导电薄膜1的加热温度,并将检测的温度反馈至控制装置6,所述温度调节器8用于设定温度感应器7检测温度的温度区间,通过汽车电源5给控制装置6通电,通过控制装置6控制汽车电源5给AZO导电薄膜1进行加热出霜,温度感应器7感应AZO导电薄膜1的加热温度,通过温度调节器8设置温度感应器7加热温度区间,当加热温度达到设置的温度区间时,温度感应器7将温度信号反馈至控制装置6,控制装置6控制AZO导电薄膜1停止加热。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,其特征在于:该挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜包括AZO导电薄膜(1),所述AZO导电薄膜(1)的顶部粘接有隔热层(2),所述隔热层(2)的顶部粘接有耐磨层(3),所述AZO导电膜(1)的底部设置有粘接层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,其特征在于:所述粘接层(4)由耐候性良好的高透明的丙烯酸酯胶粘剂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,其特征在于:所述AZO导电薄膜(1)的厚度为450-550nm,所述AZO导电膜(1)方块电阻为4-6Ω/□。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)为PET薄膜,所述隔热膜(2)的厚度为80-100nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(3)采用聚氨酯耐磨层,所述耐磨层(3)的厚度为100-110nm。
6.一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的制备方法,其特征在于:该挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:制备AZO导电薄膜(1):将醋酸锌溶于乙醇胺和二醇甲醚的混合溶液中,进行第一次水浴回流,将正丁醇溶于异丙酮和乙酰丙酮的混合溶液中,搅拌,混合上述两种混合液体,并进行第二次水浴回流,陈化代用,将玻璃基板浸入陈化后的溶液中,以4cm/min的速度向上提拉,然后进行干燥和预处理,重复上述步骤即可得到AZO导电薄膜(1);
S2:制备隔热层(2):选取PET材料制成隔热层(2),然后通过真空蒸镀法或真空磁控溅射法向隔热层(2)中加入金属铝或银或镍具有较高的高反射率的材料;
S3:顺序粘接:将AZO导电薄膜(1)、隔热层(2)和耐磨层(3)顺序粘接,粘接层(4)用于将该镀膜粘接在车玻璃上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中第一次水浴回流的温度为70℃,回流时间为10小时,第二次水浴回流的温度为50℃,回流时间为5小时。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中混合时Al和Zn的摩尔比值为0-0.25。
9.一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的装置,包括汽车电源(5)、控制装置(6)、温度感应器(7)、温度调节器(8)和AZO导电薄膜(1),其特征在于:所述汽车电源(5)的输出端电性连接控制装置(6)的输入端,所述控制装置(6)的输出端电性连接AZO导电薄膜(1)的输入端,所述控制装置(6)的输入端电性连接温度感应器(7)的输出端,所述温度感应器(7)的输入端电性连接温度调节器(8)的输出端,所述温度感应器(7)的输出端电性连接AZO导电薄膜(1)的输入端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种挡风玻璃高效除霜雾镀膜的装置,其特征在于:所述温度感应器(7)用于检测AZO导电薄膜(1)的加热温度,并将检测的温度反馈至控制装置(6),所述温度调节器(8)用于设定温度感应器(7)检测温度的温度区间。
