Abstract
本发明涉及一种塑料淋膜复合弹性无纺布,包括间隔无纺布、塑料弹性膜,所述的塑料弹性膜至少一面与间隔无纺布无胶水滚压复合。本发明由于复合的无纺布为条状或方块、圆形块状,无纺布不仅能横向拉伸,而且可以纵向及各个方向都可以弹性拉伸,满足市场的不同需求;由于设置的弹性塑料膜与无纺布结合,使弹性无纺布相对其他弹性无纺布具有更薄更轻的优势本发明无味、无害,可回收是一种环保材料;可以印刷图案用于产品色彩丰富多样,使产品更加丰富多样;用在生活用品上给使用者的感觉会更舒适,并经久耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布,特别是涉及一种塑料淋膜复合弹性无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布由于柔软透气手感好被广泛地应用,但由于传统的无纺布没有弹性,限制了它的适用范围。目前虽然也有少量弹性无纺布面世,但由于无纺布内部设置了弹性皮筋,无纺布靠皮筋收缩,虽然有弹性了,但无纺布由于弹性收缩产生了大量的褶皱,布面整体厚度成倍加大,生产中无纺布用量大,成本高,由于厚度大,重量大,不能满足精巧的产品需求;也有无纺布的弹性只能横向拉伸有弹性,但不能多方位有弹性的拉伸,使市场应用面缩小,需求量降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种塑料淋膜复合弹性无纺布。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种塑料淋膜复合弹性无纺布,包括间隔无纺布(2)、塑料弹性膜(1),所述的塑料弹性膜至少一面与间隔无纺布无胶水滚压复合,其特征在于:所述的间隔无纺布(2)为塑料弹性膜上设有纵横向排列的方形或圆形无纺布块,每个方形或圆形无纺布块之间设有间隙,并可任意向弹性拉开。
间隔无纺布,即整块无妨布上设有排列有序的无纺布条或无纺布块,无纺布条是横向或竖向排列的无纺布条,每个条为长方形延长的条,包括横向和竖向的排列的条,生产好后是与塑料弹性膜复合为一体的,横向排列的条的长度与整体弹性无纺布的幅面宽度一样,竖向的排列的条的长度无限制,即布卷的长度。每个条的宽度约为2-8毫米之间,拉开后条的间隔在1-15毫米之间,每个条是分隔开的,弹性收缩时各条之间接近或挨着,当稍用力拉扯,各条之间靠弹力拉开,拉力越大,各条之间的拉开的间距越大,不同地方拉扯,所拉扯的地方就产生弹性间隔,该间隔处就是产生弹性的复合的塑料弹性膜,不拉扯,又恢复到收缩后的无纺布条紧密排列的状态。
无纺布块采用方形块或圆形块,纵横排列在塑料弹性膜上,并与塑料弹性膜复合为一体,复合后的无纺布块每个块是分隔开的,弹性收缩时各块之间接近或挨着,当稍用力拉扯,各块之间靠弹力拉开,拉力越大,各块之间的间距越大,不同地方拉扯,所拉扯的地方就产生弹性间隔,不拉扯,又恢复收缩到各块有序排列的状态。复合后的无纺布块可以沿无纺布面延伸的各个方向弹性拉伸,因此使用范围更广。无纺布条和无纺布块设在塑料弹性膜的一面或两面。
POE为聚烯烃弹性体(Polyolefin elastomer)是美国DOW化学公司以茂金属为催化剂的具有窄相对分子质量分布和均匀的短支链分布的热塑性弹性体。这种弹性体的主要性能非常突出,在很多方面的性能指标超过了普通弹性体。PP为聚丙烯,PE为聚乙烯,PBE为丙烯基弹性体,TPE为苯乙烯类TPE又称TPS,为丁二烯或异戊二烯与苯乙烯嵌段型的共聚物,其性能最接近SBR橡胶, TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,这种材料能在一定热度下变软,而在常温下可以保持不变。
本发明的优点:
1、由于复合的无纺布为条状或方块、圆形块状,无纺布不仅能横向拉伸,而且可以纵向及各个方向都可以弹性拉伸,满足市场的不同需求;
2、由于设置的弹性塑料膜与无纺布结合,使弹性无纺布相对其他弹性无纺布具有更薄更轻的优势,材料也用的更少;
3、由于使用的弹性体为塑料弹性膜即热塑性弹性体材料,无味、无害,并且可接触身体,可作为多种生活用品的材料,可回收是一种环保材料。
4、由于热塑性弹性体材料可以加工出不同的颜色,同时还可以印刷图案用于产品色彩丰富多样,使产品更加丰富多样。
5、该弹性无纺布不仅有良好的手感和舒适性,还有弹性,该弹性是塑料弹性膜的面产生的弹力,用在生活用品上给使用者的感觉会更舒适,并经久耐用。

下面将结合本发明的实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图6所示,传统热塑性弹性体无纺布包括:间隔无纺布2、塑料弹性膜1,塑料弹性膜1为热塑性弹性体材料,即为POE.PP和PE的混合材料,塑料弹性膜通过流延机组成膜,塑料弹性膜1两面与间隔无纺布2无胶水滚压复合。无胶水滚压复合就是热塑性弹性体材料通过流延机组的淋膜模头挤出未凝固的制膜材料的同时复合无纺布,即淋膜模头下的一对压延辊的两侧无纺布放料架上分别通过压延辊与压延辊的淋膜同步滚压复合成复合无纺布。本实施例的塑料弹性膜1上下面都复合有间隔无纺布2。间隔无纺布2,即整块无妨布分割成排列有序的无纺布条或无纺布块,无纺布条是纵向或横向排列的条,每条的宽度约为2-8毫米之间,每个条是分隔开的,弹性收缩时各条之间接近或挨着,当稍用力拉开,各条之间靠弹力拉开1-15毫米之间,拉力越大,各条之间的间距越大,不同地方拉扯,所拉扯的地方就产生弹性间隙,不拉扯,又恢复收缩排列的状态。间隔无纺布的每条之间不排除有个别无纺布的纤维丝是连接着的,但连着的个别纤维丝不影响拉伸的弹性,之所以设置条,是为了有限度的拉伸,可弹性拉伸的地方就是塑料弹性膜的地方,而不能拉伸的地方是复合无纺布的地方,这样保证了条与条之间的塑料弹性膜有弹性,又保证了整个面分密布有无纺布,满足了无纺布柔软的手感。
实施例1:
如图7至图12所示,本发明包括:间隔无纺布2、塑料弹性膜1,塑料弹性膜1为热塑性弹性体材料,即为POE.PP和PE的混合体材料,塑料弹性膜1两面与间隔无纺布2无胶水滚压复合,即塑料弹性膜1上下面都复合有间隔无纺布2。本实施例的间隔无纺布2为无纺布块,该无纺布块为方块,该方块只是接近于方形的块,无纺布方块是纵向和横向排列的块,块的宽度约为2-8毫米之间,每个块是分隔开的,弹性收缩时各块之间接近或挨着,当稍用力可拉扯,各块之间靠弹力拉开1-15毫米之间,拉力越大,各块之间的间距越大,不同地方拉扯,所拉扯的地方就产生弹性间隙,不拉扯,又恢复收缩排列的状态。当然不排除有个别无纺布的纤维丝是连接着的,但连着的个别纤维丝不影响拉伸的弹性,设置块是为了有限度的拉伸,有弹性的地方是塑料弹性膜的地方,由于块的四周都设有间隔,这样就保证了弹性面的各个方向都有弹性,又保证了整个面密布有无纺布,满足了无纺布柔软的手感。
实施例2:
如图13至图18所示,是实施例1的一种变形,包括:间隔无纺布2、塑料弹性膜1,塑料弹性膜1为热塑性弹性体材料,即为POE、PP和PE的混合体材料,塑料弹性膜1上下面都复合有间隔无纺布2。间隔无纺布2是接近于圆形的块,无纺布圆形块是纵向和横向排列的块,块的直径约为2-8毫米之间,每个块是分隔开的,弹性收缩时各块之间接近或挨着,当稍用力可拉开,各块之间靠弹力拉开1-15毫米之间,拉力越大,各块之间之间的间距越大,不同地方拉扯,所拉扯的地方就产生弹性间隙,不拉扯,又恢复收缩排列的状态。当然不排除有个别无纺布的纤维丝是连接着的,但连着的个别纤维丝不影响拉伸的弹性,有弹性的地方就是塑料弹性膜的地方,而不能拉伸的地方是无纺布块复合连接的地方,由于圆形块的四周都设有塑料弹性膜形成的间隔,这样就保证了弹性面的各个方向都有弹性,又保证了整个面密布有无纺布,满足了无纺布柔软的手感。

1.一种塑料淋膜复合弹性无纺布,包括间隔无纺布(2)、塑料弹性膜(1),所述的塑料弹性膜至少一面与间隔无纺布无胶水滚压复合,其特征在于:所述的间隔无纺布(2)为塑料弹性膜上设有纵横向排列的方形或圆形无纺布块,每个方形或圆形无纺布块之间设有间隙,并可任意向弹性拉开。
