油管清洗机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油管清洗机,适用于石油工程的技术领域。
背景技术
油管是在钻探完成后将原油和天然气从油气层运输到地表的管道。由于油管的作业环境限制,需要油管的各个部位能够耐污、耐腐蚀和耐压。一旦油管发生漏油事故,将会使得整根油管处于报废状态,需要重新将其抽出并安装,这样会浪费很大的人力和物力。
油管一般每根长十几米到几十米不等,一根油管的两端分别为公接头和母接头。公接头部位的旋接螺纹位于油管的外部,母接头部位的旋接螺纹位于油管的内部。在将两根油管旋接时,一根油管的公接头旋接进入另一根油管的母接头中,从而将两根油管连接在一起。接头部位不仅要求具有较高的连接强度,而且还要求具有较好的密封性能。但是,由于在连接两根油管时,公接头和母接头之间不可避免地会发生碰撞,这样会在连接部造成伤痕。同时,由于油气田内部二氧化碳和硫化氢等物质对油管会造成腐蚀,尤其是在造成有伤痕部的连接部,腐蚀现象更严重,从而使得油管发生漏油和失效的现象。
因此,在施工现场连接两根油管之前,一般需要对油管进行清洗,尤其是油管的公接头和母接头。目前,现有技术中一般采用人工清洗的方法,这样不仅效率低下,而且清洗质量不高。
同时,由于需要清洗的油管表面油污较多,因此一般的洗涤剂并不足以将其清洗干净,而一般的毛刷则会损毁较大,为此需要针对油管作业环境的专门清洗剂,并且需要耐摩擦的毛刷对其进行清洗。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种油管清洗机,其用于对油管的公接头和母接头进行清洗,能够实现机械化作业,提高了油管清洗的效率和质量。
本发明涉及一种油管清洗机,包括机架、底座、清洗剂容器、控制台、机壳和套筒,底座压置在机架上,套筒的内部设有清洗头,清洗剂容器放置在底座的上方,清洗剂通过管路连接到套筒,机壳的内部设置有电机,用于驱动套筒的旋转轴旋转,从而带动套筒旋转以清洗油管;油管清洗机还设有顶杆,通过顶杆的左右移动,使得套筒靠近和远离油管;清洗头分为母清洗头和公清洗头,母清洗头的内侧设有刷毛,公清洗头的外侧设有刷毛。
优选地,清洗剂由聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇、碳酸氢钠、2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷、去离子水按照质量比为1:0.1-0.15:0.6-0.63:0.08-0.12:0.3-0.32:0.16-0.18:0.27-0.35制成,其制备方法为:
(1)将聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚和2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇按照比例混合均匀并加入密封反应釜中;
(2)将反应釜内的温度加热到120-125℃,然后加入2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷,混合均匀并冷却到70-75℃;
(3)加入去离子水、仲烷基磺酸钠和碳酸氢钠后搅拌均匀静置2-3小时;
(4)最后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌均匀后即可。
优选地,刷毛由PVDF树脂、聚丙烯树脂、矿物纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯按照质量比为1:0.3-0.35:0.08-0.12:0.03-0.05:0.06-0.09:0.1-0.13:0.06-0.07制成,其制备方法为:
(1)将PVDF树脂和聚丙烯树脂放入密封反应釜中,并加热到200-205℃,使其充分熔化;
(2)加入矿物纤维和碳纤维并冷却至150-155℃,加入聚丙烯腈纤维;
(3)重新加热至210-215℃,并加入硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯;
(4)混合并搅拌均匀后制得刷毛的原料;
(5)通过注塑的方法得到刷毛并植入清洗头上。
根据本发明的清洗剂能够很好地清除油管表面的油污,是专门针对油田作业开发出来的清洗剂,其清洗效果好,去污能力强。根据本发明的刷毛去,其耐磨擦力强、清洗效果好,不需要经常更换,方便维护。
更优选地,清洗剂由聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇、碳酸氢钠、2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷、去离子水按照质量比为1:0.15:0.62:0.09:0.31:0.16:0.3制成。
更优选地,刷毛由PVDF树脂、聚丙烯树脂、矿物纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯按照质量比为1:0.35:0.12:0.04:0.08:0.1:0.06制成。
优选地,控制台放置在清洗剂容器的上方。
优选地,油管清洗机还设有把手,把手和顶杆接触的部位设有啮合螺纹,通过把手的转动带动顶杆向侧面往复移动,从而使得套筒在开始清洗和清洗结束时能够靠近和远离油管。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1-2所示,其中显示了根据本发明的油管清洗机的示意图。如图所示,油管清洗机包括机架1、底座5、清洗剂容器4、控制台3、机壳2、把手6和套筒7,底座5压置在机架1上,套筒7的内部设有清洗头。清洗剂容器4放置在底座5的上方,其中放置有用于清洗油管的清洗剂,清洗剂通过管路连接到套筒7,从而在清洗油管时将清洗剂供应到待清洗的油管表面。机壳2的内部设置有电机,用于驱动套筒7的旋转轴71旋转,从而带动套筒旋转以清洗油管。通过摇动把手6,可以带动顶杆61左右移动,使得套筒7靠近和远离油管。控制台3放置在清洗剂容器4的上方,用于控制油管清洗机的动作,包括电机的旋转、清洗剂的供应等。
如图3所示,其中示出了本发明的油管清洗机的另一视角的立体图。如图所示,套筒7固定在旋转轴71上,并围绕其自由旋转。把手6和顶杆61接触的部位设有啮合螺纹,通过把手6的转动带动顶杆61向侧面往复移动,从而使得套筒7在开始清洗和清洗结束时能够靠近和远离油管。在另外一种实施方式中,也可以自动操作顶杆61向侧面往复移动,而不是通过手动的把手。
由于油管的两端分别为公接头和母接头,所以套筒内部设置的清洗头也分为对应的母清洗头和公清洗头,分别如图4和5所示。图4中示出了一种母清洗头的示意图,母清洗头的内侧设有刷毛,用于清洗公接头的外壁。图5中示出了一种公清洗头的示意图,公清洗头的外侧设有刷毛,用于清洗母接头的内壁。清洗时,清洗剂沿管路供应到套筒内的公清洗头或母清洗头,对油管进行清洗。
优选地,本发明的清洗剂由聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇、碳酸氢钠、2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷、去离子水按照质量比为1:0.1-0.15:0.6-0.63:0.08-0.12:0.3-0.32:0.16-0.18:0.27-0.35制成,其制备方法为:
(1)将聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚和2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇按照比例混合均匀并加入密封反应釜中;
(2)将反应釜内的温度加热到120-125℃,然后加入2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷,混合均匀并冷却到70-75℃;
(3)加入去离子水、仲烷基磺酸钠和碳酸氢钠后搅拌均匀静置2-3小时;
(4)最后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌均匀后即可。
更优选地,本发明的清洗剂由聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇、碳酸氢钠、2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷、去离子水按照质量比为1:0.15:0.62:0.09:0.31:0.16:0.3制成。
由于清洗油管的工作环境不佳,因此刷毛优选具有高耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的材料。优选地,本发明中的刷毛由PVDF树脂、聚丙烯树脂、矿物纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯按照质量比为1:0.3-0.35:0.08-0.12:0.03-0.05:0.06-0.09:0.1-0.13:0.06-0.07制成,其制备方法为:
(1)将PVDF树脂和聚丙烯树脂放入密封反应釜中,并加热到200-205℃,使其充分熔化;
(2)加入矿物纤维和碳纤维并冷却至150-155℃,加入聚丙烯腈纤维;
(3)重新加热至210-215℃,并加入硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯;
(4)混合并搅拌均匀后制得刷毛的原料;
(5)通过注塑的方法得到刷毛并植入清洗头上。由于注塑成型刷毛和刷毛的植入技术都是现有技术中已知的,在此不再详述。
更优选地,本发明中的刷毛由PVDF树脂、聚丙烯树脂、矿物纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯按照质量比为1:0.35:0.12:0.04:0.08:0.1:0.06制成。
采用本发明的清洗机能够方便快捷地对油管的接头部位进行清洗,同时使用本发明的清洗剂能够极大地提高油管的清洗效率,本发明的刷毛具有耐磨、持久、耐腐蚀等优异性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的油管清洗机,其特征在于,所述清洗剂由聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇、碳酸氢钠、2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷、去离子水按照质量比为1:0.1-0.15:0.6-0.63:0.08-0.12:0.3-0.32:0.16-0.18:0.27-0.35制成,其制备方法为:
(1)将聚氧乙烯酚醛树脂醚和2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙醇按照比例混合均匀并加入密封反应釜中;
(2)将反应釜内的温度加热到120-125℃,然后加入2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷,混合均匀并冷却到70-75℃;
(3)加入去离子水、仲烷基磺酸钠和碳酸氢钠后搅拌均匀静置2-3小时;
(4)最后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌均匀后即可;
所述刷毛由PVDF树脂、聚丙烯树脂、矿物纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、硼砂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯按照质量比为1:0.3-0.35:0.08-0.12:0.03-0.05:0.06-0.09:0.1-0.13:0.06-0.07制成,其制备方法为:

5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的油管清洗机,所述控制台放置在清洗剂容器的上方。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的油管清洗机,所述油管清洗机还设有把手,所述把手和所述顶杆接触的部位设有啮合螺纹,通过把手的转动带动顶杆向侧面往复移动,从而使得套筒在开始清洗和清洗结束时能够靠近和远离油管。
