As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the picking machine comprises a picking frame body, a motor 3, a feeding structure arranged at one end of the picking frame body and a picking structure arranged at the other end of the picking frame body, wherein the feeding structure comprises a receiving hopper 1, an adjusting baffle 41 and a conveying belt 2. The conveying belt 2 is arranged at the picking frame body, and the motor 3 drives the conveying belt 2 to move and is used for conveying the workpieces of the receiving hopper 1 to the picking structure. The receiving hopper 1 is fixed at the picking rack body, and the bottom opening of the receiving hopper is close to the upper surface of the conveying belt 2. The inclined surface of the receiving hopper 1 has an inclination angle of 10 to 80 degrees, and is an optimum angle within 5 degrees up to 32 degrees, because the angle is easy for the product to slide down by itself. One side of receiving hopper 1 is provided with baffle 11, baffle 11 is right trapezoid, and the minor face setting in the parallel limit of right trapezoid suits with conveyer belt 2 width, has prevented that conveyer belt 2 direction mistake from leading to the material to drop when just installing the start. The conveying belt 2 is arranged at the pick-up frame body, and is sleeved in a sleeved mode, namely, the conveying belt 2 is of a chain structure and sleeved on a rolling plate (not shown in the figure) of the pick-up frame, so that materials can be conveyed through the conveying belt 2. The conveyor belt 2 with the chain structure facilitates the position adjustment of the material before entering the picking structure. The feeding structure further comprises a stop block 4, the adjusting baffle 41 is arranged on one side, far away from the receiving hopper 1, of the conveying belt 2, a stop block adjusting device 42 is arranged on the adjusting baffle 41, and the stop block 4 is arranged at the stop block adjusting device 42. The stopper adjusting means 42 is typically an adjusting groove, which adopts an oval track, and the stopper 4 is provided on the adjusting shutter 41 through the stopper adjusting means 42, which allows the stopper 4 to slide on the adjusting shutter 41. One end of the stop block 4 is provided with a threaded rod, the length of the threaded rod is matched with the thickness of the adjusting groove, the diameter of the threaded rod is matched with the adjusting groove, one end of the threaded rod penetrates through the adjusting groove, and the threaded rod is fixed at the adjusting baffle 41 through a nut. Thus, the position of the stop block 4 can be reasonably positioned according to the requirement, and the distance between the stop block 4 and the receiving hopper 1 is generally at the position close to one side of the picking structure in the adjusting baffle 41. The end of the threaded rod of the stop block 4 is 4 to 10mm smaller than the diameter of the other end of the stop block 4, so that the stop block 4 can be fixed more conveniently, and the shape of the stop block 4 can be replaced easily according to actual requirements so as to adapt to different product requirements. When the stop block 4 is arranged, the material can be transported to the material picking structure, and the material picking selection can be more conveniently carried out. As shown in fig. 4, the adjusting device 42 and the stopper 4 may be connected by a connecting plate, one end of which is fixed to the adjusting baffle 41 by a bolt, the other end of which is fixed to one end of the spring 44 by a nut 43 and a bolt, and the other end of the spring 44 is connected to the stopper 4. The stop 4 generally does not act because few workpieces are erected under the drive of the conveyor belt 2, and only acts when the lengths and diameters of the workpieces are similar, and the spring arrangement can effectively prevent the workpieces from being blocked on the conveyor belt 2.
The material picking structure comprises a pushing device, a monitoring device 7 and a detection material picking device, wherein the detection material picking device is arranged at the pushing device and is driven by the pushing device to move. The monitoring device 7 is used for controlling the pushing device, and the monitoring device 7 controls the moving position of the pushing device through comparison with a preset temperature value to distinguish materials with different temperatures.
The pushing device comprises an air cylinder 51, a positioning air cylinder 54 and a guide rail 55, the guide rail 55 is fixedly connected with the picking frame body, the air cylinder 51 is fixed at one end of the guide rail 55, the air cylinder 51 is arranged at one end of the detection picking device through a connecting rod 53, the detection picking device is pushed to move along the guide rail 55, and the positioning air cylinder 54 is arranged at the other end of the detection picking device to position the detection picking device. That is, as shown in fig. 2, the positioning cylinder 54 and the detecting and picking device of the adjusting device are fixed side by side and arranged on the guide rail 55. The positioning cylinder 54 is arranged on the guide rail 55 at the side far away from the cylinder 51 in the order of the cylinder 51, the detection picking device and the positioning cylinder 54, and the positioning cylinder 54 and the detection picking device are fixed. The cylinder 51 pushes the detection picking device through the connecting rod 53, and the moving distance of the detection picking device is adjusted along with the change of the pushing length of the connecting rod 53, namely, the detection picking device is fixed with one end of the connecting rod 53, the other end of the connecting rod 53 can slide in the cylinder 51, and the cylinder 51 is provided with a special sliding opening 52 for the connecting rod 53.
The picking device further comprises an adjusting device, wherein the adjusting device is fixed on the picking frame body and comprises a positioning adjusting block. The detection material picking device is connected with the pushing device in a sleeved mode, and the positioning adjusting block is fixed with the material picking frame body. The positioning adjusting blocks are fixed on the anti-falling baffles on two sides of the picking frame conveying belt 2, and the anti-falling baffles on the same side as the adjusting baffles 41 are fixed with the picking frame body through connecting pieces. In this way, the effective conveying width of the conveying belt 2 can be controlled and changed according to actual requirements, and the adjusting baffle 41 can be correspondingly adjusted to change the effective width of the whole conveying belt. As shown in fig. 3, the detecting and picking device includes a positioning sliding device 61, an adjusting plate 64 and a detecting structure, the positioning sliding device 61 of the detecting and picking device is connected with the air cylinder 51 through a connecting rod 53, and the positioning sliding device 61 is fixedly connected with the detecting structure. Movement of the positioning slide 61 will move the detection structure together. The detecting structure main body 62 is -shaped, a material rejecting dividing plate 69 which is unfolded outwards and vertical to two sides is arranged at the opening of -shaped, third sliding adjusting openings 63 are formed in two side faces of -shaped, and adjusting plates 64 are arranged between the third sliding adjusting openings 63. The positioning adjusting block can position the monitoring device 7 according to actual requirements.
The monitoring device 7 of the material picking structure adopts an infrared thermometer which is fixed above the transported workpiece through an adjusting device. The infrared thermometer moves the material by the pushing device according to the real-time data condition, and when pushing the material to the left and right ends, the two sides of the infrared thermometer are provided with the receiving hoppers 8 for collecting and transmitting.
The application method of the picking machine comprises the following steps:
