本发明提供了一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,包括进料斗和箱体;所述箱体上设有切断室和粉碎室,外端设有气缸、放置板和出料管;所述切断室内设有粉尘吸收装置、传送辊、传送带、切断装置和切板;所述粉尘吸收装置包括抽风机、隔板、通风口、集渣槽和气管;所述切断装置包括固定块和切断刀;所述固定块上设有切断刀安装槽;所述粉碎室和切断室之间设有隔板,粉碎室内设有粉尘吸收装置和旋转轴;所述旋转轴上设有粉碎刀,旋转轴上端设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机固定在箱体上端右侧;所述放置板通过焊接的方式固定在箱体左端,位于进料斗下端,放置板上设有鼓风机;本发明切断粉碎一体化,效率高;能够吸收粉尘,回收废料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药材粉碎机械,具体是一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置。
背景技术
中药材在收集、采集之后需要进行处理,其中处理好之后需要将其挤压成型,然后进行切断和粉碎;现有的药材切断粉碎装置需要分步骤进行工作,不能一体化进行,效率低;切断粉碎过程中常常产生粉尘,不能及时清除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,包括进料斗和箱体;所述箱体上设有切断室和粉碎室,外端设有气缸、放置板和出料管;所述切断室内设有粉尘吸收装置、传送辊、传送带、切断装置和切板;所述粉尘吸收装置包括抽风机、隔板、通风口、集渣槽和气管;所述抽风机固定在气管上;所述通风口设置在粉尘吸收装置右端;所述集渣槽设置在隔板左端;所述传送带连接传送辊,传送带上设有挡料板;所述切断装置包括固定块和切断刀;所述固定块上设有切断刀安装槽;所述切断刀安装槽设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等;所述切断刀固定在切断刀安装槽内;所述粉碎室和切断室之间设有隔板,粉碎室内设有粉尘吸收装置和旋转轴;所述旋转轴上设有粉碎刀,旋转轴上端设有驱动电机;所述粉碎刀设有若干个,对称分布在旋转轴上;所述驱动电机固定在箱体上端右侧;所述气缸固定在箱体上端,气缸下端设有伸缩轴;所述伸缩轴贯通箱体上端,伸缩轴下端设有轴承板;所述轴承板连接切断装置;所述放置板通过焊接的方式固定在箱体左端,位于进料斗下端,放置板上设有鼓风机;所述鼓风机上设有进风管;所述进风管贯通箱体左端,进风管内设有防堵网;所述出料管设置在箱体右端最下方,出料管上设有阀门。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述进料斗设置在箱体左端中间,进料斗通过焊接的方式固定在箱体上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述挡料板设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等,挡料板之间形成送料槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传送辊设有两个,分别设置在切板右端和粉碎时左上端,左端传送辊低,右端传送辊高,传送辊上设有传送带。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述切板设置在切断装置下端,切板的高度低于左端传送辊的高度。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述隔板设置在粉尘吸收装置中间。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述气管贯通粉尘吸收装置左端,气管位于粉尘吸收装置左端壁内的一端内设有过滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用时,将药材从进料斗倒入,药材进入到切板上,切断装置对药材进行初步切断,此动力由气缸提供,切断完成后,打开鼓风机,鼓风机将药材吹入送料槽内,传送辊能够将药材送入到粉碎室进行粉碎,进风管上设有防堵网,能够防止粉尘进入到进风管内堵塞进风管;粉碎室内的粉碎刀对药材进行粉碎,粉碎后药材从出料管排出箱体内;整个过程中粉尘吸收装置对切断和粉碎过程中产生的粉尘进行吸收,便于废料的回收;进行切断和粉碎,切断粉碎一体化,效率高,粉碎彻底,保证颗粒均匀。

请参阅图1-3,本实施例提供了一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,包括进料斗1和箱体2;所述进料斗1设置在箱体2左端中间,进料斗1通过焊接的方式固定在箱体2上;所述箱体2上设有切断室20和粉碎室21,外端设有气缸5、放置板15和出料管32;所述切断室20内设有粉尘吸收装置6、传送辊9、传送带8、切断装置17和切板18;所述粉尘吸收装置6包括抽风机22、隔板24、通风口25、集渣槽26和气管27;所述抽风机22固定在气管27上,抽风机22用于抽入粉尘;所述隔板24设置在粉尘吸收装置6中间;所述通风口25设置在粉尘吸收装置6右端;所述集渣槽26设置在隔板24左端,用于收集粉尘;所述气管27贯通粉尘吸收装置6左端,气管27位于粉尘吸收装置6左端壁内的一端内设有过滤网23;所述传送辊9设有两个,分别设置在切板18右端和粉碎时21左上端,左端传送辊9低,右端传送辊9高,传送辊9上设有传送带8;所述传送带8连接传送辊9,传送带8上设有挡料板7;所述挡料板7设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等,挡料板7之间形成送料槽19;所述切断装置17包括固定块28和切断刀30;所述固定块28上设有切断刀安装槽29;所述切断刀安装槽29设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等;所述切断刀30固定在切断刀安装槽29内;所述切板18设置在切断装置17下端,切板18的高度低于左端传送辊9的高度;所述粉碎室21和切断室20之间设有隔板24,粉碎室21内设有粉尘吸收装置6和旋转轴12;所述旋转轴12上设有粉碎刀11,旋转轴12上端设有驱动电机13;所述粉碎刀11设有若干个,对称分布在旋转轴12上;所述驱动电机13固定在箱体2上端右侧;所述气缸5固定在箱体2上端,气缸5下端设有伸缩轴4;所述伸缩轴4贯通箱体2上端,伸缩轴4下端设有轴承板3;所述轴承板3连接切断装置17;所述放置板15通过焊接的方式固定在箱体2左端,位于进料斗1下端,放置板15上设有鼓风机14;所述鼓风机14上设有进风管33;所述进风管33贯通箱体2左端,进风管33内设有防堵网16;所述出料管32设置在箱体2右端最下方,出料管32上设有阀门31;使用时,将药材从进料斗1倒入,药材进入到切板18上,切断装置17对药材进行初步切断,此动力由气缸5提供,切断完成后,打开鼓风机14,鼓风机14将药材吹入送料槽19内,传送辊9能够将药材送入到粉碎室21进行粉碎,进风管33上设有防堵网16,能够防止粉尘进入到进风管33内堵塞进风管33;粉碎室21内的粉碎刀11对药材进行粉碎,粉碎后药材从出料管32排出箱体2内;整个过程中粉尘吸收装置6对切断和粉碎过程中产生的粉尘进行吸收,便于废料的回收;进行切断和粉碎,切断粉碎一体化,效率高,粉碎彻底,保证颗粒均匀。

1.一种具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,包括进料斗(1)和箱体(2);其特征在于,所述箱体(2)上设有切断室(20)和粉碎室(21),外端设有气缸(5)、放置板(15)和出料管(32);所述切断室(20)内设有粉尘吸收装置(6)、传送辊(9)、传送带(8)、切断装置(17)和切板(18);所述粉尘吸收装置(6)包括抽风机(22)、隔板(24)、通风口(25)、集渣槽(26)和气管(27);所述抽风机(22)固定在气管(27)上;所述通风口(25)设置在粉尘吸收装置(6)右端;所述集渣槽(26)设置在隔板(24)左端;所述传送带(8)连接传送辊(9),传送带(8)上设有挡料板(7);所述切断装置(17)包括固定块(28)和切断刀(30);所述固定块(28)上设有切断刀安装槽(29);所述切断刀安装槽(29)设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等;所述切断刀(30)固定在切断刀安装槽(29)内;所述粉碎室(21)和切断室(20)之间设有隔板(24),粉碎室(21)内设有粉尘吸收装置(6)和旋转轴(12);所述旋转轴(12)上设有粉碎刀(11),旋转轴(12)上端设有驱动电机(13);所述粉碎刀(11)设有若干个,对称分布在旋转轴(12)上;所述驱动电机(13)固定在箱体(2)上端右侧;所述气缸(5)固定在箱体(2)上端,气缸(5)下端设有伸缩轴(4);所述伸缩轴(4)贯通箱体(2)上端,伸缩轴(4)下端设有轴承板(3);所述轴承板(3)连接切断装置(17);所述放置板(15)通过焊接的方式固定在箱体(2)左端,位于进料斗(1)下端,放置板(15)上设有鼓风机(14);所述鼓风机(14)上设有进风管(33);所述进风管(33)贯通箱体(2)左端,进风管(33)内设有防堵网(16);所述出料管(32)设置在箱体(2)右端最下方,出料管(32)上设有阀门(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述进料斗(1)设置在箱体(2)左端中间,进料斗(1)通过焊接的方式固定在箱体(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述挡料板(7)设有若干个,相互之间间隔相等,挡料板(7)之间形成送料槽(19)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述传送辊(9)设有两个,分别设置在切板(18)右端和粉碎时(21)左上端,左端传送辊(9)低,右端传送辊(9)高,传送辊(9)上设有传送带(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述切板(18)设置在切断装置(17)下端,切板(18)的高度低于左端传送辊(9)的高度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述隔板(24)设置在粉尘吸收装置(6)中间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有粉尘吸收功能的药材粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述气管(27)贯通粉尘吸收装置(6)左端,气管(27)位于粉尘吸收装置(6)左端壁内的一端内设有过滤网(23)。
