Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔,包括一塔体,在所述塔体的上部,一侧设置烟尘进气口以及降膜格栅,另一侧设置折流板除雾器,在所述塔体上、所述折流板除雾器的外侧还设有一净化烟气出口;在所述塔体的下部、所述降膜格栅下方设置一浆液搅拌器,在所述折流板除雾器的下部、所述塔体的一侧设置石灰液补充进口;在所述塔体的底部还设有氧化曝气系统,在所述氧化曝气系统外部设有脱水石膏浆出口;本发明的有益效果是:塔体结构简单布局紧凑,降膜格栅与折流板除雾器能够有效处理烟尘,浆液搅拌器以及氧化曝气系统加快含硫液与石灰液反应,脱水石膏浆出口处能够定期排出石膏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环境大气处理领域,特别是一种组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔。
背景技术
在环境大气处理领域,脱硫塔作为配套设备,广泛应用于燃煤工业锅炉和烟气脱硫等。最常用的喷淋吸收脱硫塔主要有喷淋空塔、填料塔、双回路塔及喷射鼓炮塔等,这些脱硫塔结构复杂,塔比高,动力消耗大,并且脱硫效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上技术缺陷,提出一种结构简单,能耗小,脱硫效率高的组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔。
本发明为实现其技术目的所采取的技术方案是:一种组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔,包括一塔体,其特征在于:在所述塔体的上部,一侧设置烟尘进气口以及降膜格栅,另一侧设置折流板除雾器,在所述塔体上、所述折流板除雾器的外侧还设有一净化烟气出口;在所述塔体的下部、所述降膜格栅下方设置一浆液搅拌器,在所述折流板除雾器的下部、所述塔体的一侧设置石灰液补充进口;在所述塔体的底部还设有氧化曝气系统,在所述氧化曝气系统外部设有脱水石膏浆出口;
在所述烟尘进气口与所述降膜格栅之间设置浆液喷淋嘴,在所述塔体的外部还设有浆液循环泵,所述浆液循环泵通过管道连通塔体底部与所述浆液喷淋嘴。
本发明的有益效果是:塔体结构简单布局紧凑,降膜格栅与折流板除雾器能够有效处理烟尘,浆液搅拌器以及氧化曝气系统加快含硫液与石灰液反应,脱水石膏浆出口处能够定期排出石膏。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1所示:一种组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔,包括一塔体11,在所述塔体11的上部,一侧设置烟尘进气口1以及降膜格栅2,另一侧设置折流板除雾器7,在所述塔体11上、所述折流板除雾器7的外侧还设有一净化烟气出口8;在所述塔体11的下部、所述降膜格栅2下方设置一浆液搅拌器3,在所述折流板除雾器7的下部、所述塔体1的一侧设置石灰液补充进口9;在所述塔体1的底部还设有氧化曝气系统4,在所述氧化曝气系统4外部设有脱水石膏浆出口5;
在所述烟尘进气口1与所述降膜格栅2之间设置浆液喷淋嘴6,在所述塔体1的外部还设有浆液循环泵10,所述浆液循环泵10通过管道12连通塔体1底部与所述浆液喷淋嘴6。
本发明的工作原理及工作过程如下:烟气从烟尘进气口1进入塔体11,经由浆液循环泵10循环至浆液喷淋嘴6的喷淋浆液混合,在降膜格栅2处由液膜碰撞吸收净化,由折流板除雾器7脱水除雾后外排至净化烟气出口8排出。含硫液在浆液搅拌器3处搅拌混合,通过氧化曝气系统4进行氧化形成石膏,由脱水石膏浆出口5定期排出,石灰液补充进口9处补充石灰液,调节塔体内PH值,维持浆液钙硫比例。

1.一种组合式降膜格栅脱硫塔,包括一塔体,其特征在于:在所述塔体的上部,一侧设置烟尘进气口以及降膜格栅,另一侧设置折流板除雾器,在所述塔体上、所述折流板除雾器的外侧还设有一净化烟气出口;在所述塔体的下部、所述降膜格栅下方设置一浆液搅拌器,在所述折流板除雾器的下部、所述塔体的一侧设置石灰液补充进口;在所述塔体的底部还设有氧化曝气系统,在所述氧化曝气系统外部设有脱水石膏浆出口;
在所述烟尘进气口与所述降膜格栅之间设置浆液喷淋嘴,在所述塔体的外部还设有浆液循环泵,所述浆液循环泵通过管道连通塔体底部与所述浆液喷淋嘴。
