技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗消液及其制备方法,具体涉及一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液及其制备方法,属于洗消制剂加工技术领域。
背景技术
眼球是一对球形体,形状像两只带柄的枇杷。眼球直径大约24毫米,眼球后面的两根柄是视神经通向大脑的通道。视神经像火柴杆一样粗细,由几亿根神经纤维组成,质地十分坚硬。眼球是由外围的球壁与里面的眼球内容物所组成,具体包括角膜、巩膜、虹膜、睫状体、脉络膜、视网膜、视神经、晶状体和玻璃体。
面对化学腐蚀品灼烧意外,绝大多数现有经验推荐迅速用清水冲洗的方法。而且清水冲洗的时间需要至少15分钟,用来稀释在眼部表面附着化学品的浓度,同时施以冷却的作用,减轻受损组织的温度灼伤。
但清水冲洗是一种被动的处理方法,清水作为一种基本没有化学反应性的物质,无法减轻腐蚀性化学品对生物组织破坏性的化学反应。 眼睛对于异物或刺激会本能的流出眼泪,比起清水,眼泪还具有重要的的缓冲溶液的作用,可以稀释或移除刺激源,但是面对强腐蚀性的化学物质,人体本能产生的眼泪的量远远不能正常化pH值。同时,一些化学物质如碱类,其刺激性并不大所以并不一定会产生眼泪,但后期毒性较大。
因此,开发一种与眼泪成分类似,具缓冲功能的溶液,该溶液可迅速地让人体受伤组织附近的pH值恢复至正常水平的眼部化学灼伤的洗消液具有十分重要意义。
中国专利,申请号:201410688973.9,一种眼部清洗液及其制备方法,公开一种用于清洗眼部的眼部清洗液及其制备方法。该眼部清洗液每1000ml由以下成分制备而成,透明质酸钠0.2-2g、氯化钠3-9g、硼酸2-6g、硼砂0.2-1g、龙胆草提取液1-6g、石决明提取液1-6g、薄荷醇10-100mg、冰片5-50mg、丙二醇5g、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.3g、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.15g,加纯化水至1000ml。申请号:201210354605.1,生物活性物眼部清洗液,公开一种用于隐形眼镜佩戴者和长期对视电脑造成的眼睛干燥、发涩、模糊等症状,滋润眼睛、洗出赃物,也可用于预防和降低结膜炎和角膜炎的发生。以上两个专利都公开了眼部洗液的制备方法,但是只是针对眼部疲劳或者眼角膜引起的,对因化学物质印发的眼部疼痛,发炎并不起作用,因此开发用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,与生物体兼容,具缓冲功能的溶液,该溶液可迅速地让人体受伤组织附近的pH值恢复至正常水平。同时该配方中加入微量的刺激眼泪的无毒物质,使大量的眼泪产生,利用生物体内部的保护功能,具有内外同时对腐蚀溶液进行缓冲的双重效果。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,由以下重量份的组分组成:具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物40-60份、无毒催泪化合物20-40份、水80-100份。
所述的具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物为小苏打、EDTA、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸一氢钠、硼酸、二乙烯三胺五乙酸、 三乙烯四胺六乙酸中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
所述的无毒催泪化合物为顺式-丙硫醛-S-氧化物、顺式-丁硫醛-S-氧化物或薄荷精油。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液的制备方法,该制备方法是将上述的具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物40-60份,上述的无毒催泪化合物20-40份混合溶于80-100份水中即可。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
(1)本发明技术制备的眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,可以在化学品腐蚀意外,迅速喷洒在眼部。由于含有同时具弱碱性官能团和其共轭弱酸性能团的化合物,遇到腐蚀性化学品,会发生去质子化,质子化等反应,灼伤时将pH升高;在碱灼伤时将pH降低,致使腐蚀性化学品腐蚀性降低,从而减轻了对生物体正常组织的破坏。
(2)该洗消液含有少量促使眼泪流出的无毒物质,利用生物体内部的保护功能,促使人体大量产生泪液,由内而外的稀释入侵腐蚀性液体,因此具有双重缓冲的效果。
本产品经过了以下实验测试:
对照组:清水。
实验组:将1克磷酸氢二钠,1克磷酸氢一钠,0.2克薄荷精油溶于100 ML水中配置成溶液作实验组。
试验方法:向两组麻醉家兔眼部滴0.1毫升pH=3.5 的硫酸溶液,然后分别用清水和实验组中配置溶液清洗,16小时后观察家兔眼部的炎症状况。
试验结果:使用本产品溶液清洗的家兔眼部炎症明显比清水清洗的减少很多,并且3h后眼部已经不再发红。

一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
33份磷酸二氢钾、27份磷酸二氢钠、 40份顺式-丙硫醛-S-氧化物、100份水。
其制备方法为将磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠、 顺式-丙硫醛-S-氧化物混合溶于水即可。
实施例3
一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
40份二乙烯三胺五乙酸、10份硼酸、 30份顺式-丁硫醛-S-氧化物、90份水。
其制备方法为将二乙烯三胺五乙酸、硼酸、 顺式-丁硫醛-S-氧化物混合溶于水即可。
实施例4
一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
20份三乙烯四胺六乙酸、30份磷酸一氢钠、35份薄荷精油、95份水。
其制备方法为将三乙烯四胺六乙酸、磷酸一氢钠、薄荷精油混合溶于水即可。
实施例5
一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,由以下重量份的组分组成:
25份磷酸二氢钠、30份小苏打,35份薄荷精油、85份水。
其制备方法为将磷酸二氢钠、小苏打,薄荷精油混合溶于水即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物40-60份、无毒催泪化合物20-40份、水80-100 份;
所述的具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物为小苏打、EDTA、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸一氢钠、硼酸、二乙烯三胺五乙酸、三乙烯四胺六乙酸中的一种或两种以上的组合物;
所述的无毒催泪化合物为顺式-丙硫醛-S-氧化物、顺式-丁硫醛-S-氧化物或薄荷精油中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
2.一种用于紧急情况下眼部化学灼伤的洗消液制备方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1所述的具弱酸性或弱碱性基团的化合物40-60份,所述的无毒催泪化合物20-40份混合溶于80-100份水中即可。
