And a second conveying seat 23 is fixedly connected above the left and right walls 22 of the upper machine seat through a connecting plate. The outer end of the chain teeth 215 is also engaged with an adjusting chain gear 214 for adjusting the tension of the chain teeth 215; conveyor belt scrapers 226 for removing the residues on the surface of the conveyor belt are respectively arranged on the left and right walls 22 of the upper machine base.

As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 20, the stuffed dough cover rolling device 34 also includes a pair of first fixing seats 31, a movable bottom plate 32 is hinged between the pair of first fixing seats 31, the movable bottom plate 32 is fixedly connected with at least one end of two second chain belt fixing seats 344 with bevel edges, the other end of each second chain belt fixing seat 344 is connected with a second short section chain 347 and a second long section chain 345, the other end of each second long section chain 345 is sleeved with a second fixing shaft 341 through a second long section chain fixing collar 346, a second fixing block 342 is further sleeved on a second fixing shaft 341 between the pair of second long section chain fixing collars 346, the second fixing block 342 is fixedly connected with one end of a second adjusting fixing plate 343, the other end of the second adjusting fixing plate 343 is fixedly connected with another second fixing block 342, the other second fixing block 342 is sleeved with another second fixing shaft 341, both ends of each second fixed shaft 341 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the first fixed seat 31; the stuffing-containing rolled noodle maker further comprises a stuffing-containing rolled noodle belt 348 and a pair of stuffing-containing rolled net belts 349, wherein each stuffing-containing rolled net belt 349 and each stuffing-containing rolled noodle belt 348 are fixedly connected with the bevel edge of each second chain belt fixing seat 344 through a fastener. The stuffed dough rolling belt 348 is also provided with a V-shaped opening, one end of the stuffed dough rolling belt 348 provided with the V-shaped opening is also provided with a pair of through holes 3481 for pressing the second short section chain 347 against the stuffed dough rolling net 349, and the through holes 3481 are rectangular holes suitable for the second short section chain 347 to penetrate.
Screw holes for installing fasteners are formed on the stuffing-free dough rolling belt 338 and the stuffing-containing dough rolling belt 348; the mesh sections of the stuffing-free rolling mesh belt 339 and the stuffing rolling mesh belt 349 are both wavy, and the width of the stuffing-free rolling mesh belt 339 is larger than that of the stuffing rolling mesh belt 349.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, the movable pressing device 35 includes a flour pressing groove 351, two ends of the flour pressing groove 351 are respectively provided with a pin 357, two ends of the belt weighting mesh belt 358 are pinned with the end of the flour pressing groove 351 through the pins 357, and the belt weighting mesh belt 358 is abutted with the upper surface of the non-stuffing rolling face belt 338 or the stuffing rolling face belt 348; in the stuffing-free dough cover rolling device 33, one end of each of a plurality of adjusting tooth rods 352 is abutted against the bottom of the dough pressing groove 351, and the other end of each adjusting tooth rod 352 penetrates through the pressing fixing plate 354 and the first adjusting fixing plate 333 and then is connected with an adjusting nut 355; in the stuffed dough cover rolling device 34, one end of a plurality of adjusting tooth rods 352 is abutted with the bottom of the dough pressing groove 351, and the other end of each adjusting tooth rod 352 penetrates through the pressing fixing plate 354 and the second adjusting fixing plate 343 respectively and then is connected with an adjusting nut 355; the second plum blossom screw 356 penetrates the first adjusting fixing plate 333 or the second adjusting fixing plate 343 and is connected to the pressing fixing plate 354; a spring 353 is further sleeved on the outer periphery of each adjusting tooth rod 352, the first adjusting fixing plate 333 and the second adjusting fixing plate 343 have the same structure, and a waist-shaped hole (not marked in the figure) for adjusting the sliding of the tooth rod 352 is formed in each of the first adjusting fixing plate 333 and the second adjusting fixing plate 343.
The end shaping mechanism 4 includes a pair of second fixing seats 41 disposed on the second conveying seat 23, an upper fixing seat 411 is connected between the pair of second fixing seats 41, a plurality of long screw holes 412 are formed on the upper fixing seat 411, and a plurality of third plum blossom screws 422 penetrate through the long screw holes 412 and are fixedly connected with the shaping mold group 42; the shaping mold group 42 is composed of a pair of shaping modules respectively provided with shaping bevel edges 421, the shaping modules are arranged oppositely, a shaping belt 423 is further arranged at the bottom of the shaping mold group 42, one end of the shaping belt 423 is bent and fixedly connected with the rear side of the second fixing seat 41 through a fastening piece, and an included angle formed between each shaping bevel edge 421 and the horizontal plane is 20-32 degrees.

As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the operator holds the second knurled screw 356 and slides it in the slot of the first adjusting and fixing plate 333, and the second knurled screw 356 is connected to the pressing and fixing plate 354, and the pressing surface groove 351 is connected to the pressing and fixing plate 354 via the adjusting toothed bar 352, so that each adjusting toothed bar 352 follows and drives the pressing surface groove 351 and the belt weighting mesh belt 358 to linearly displace, and the belt weighting mesh belt 358 is positioned above the stuffed rolling noodle belt 348, and the stuffed rolling noodle belt 348 is pressed by the belt weighting mesh belt 358, so that the triangular noodle skin is more easily rolled at the end when the stuffed triangular noodle skin is in the half rolled state a 22. As shown in fig. 21, 22, 23 and 24, when the wide end (the left end a01 and the right end a02) of the triangular dough cover a is rolled up at a bad elevation angle in the method for rolling the triangular crispy dough strips into the conical bread without stuffing or with stuffing, the movable elevation plate 32 and the hinge shaft 321 can be rotated in the circumferential direction by the first plum blossom screw 322, thereby realizing the elevation angle. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, in the stuffing-free dough-sheet rounding device 33, each movable pressing device 35 can move axially on the first fixing shaft 331 through the first fixing block 332, and similarly, in the stuffing-free dough-sheet rounding device 34, each movable pressing device 35 can move axially on the second fixing shaft 341 through the second fixing block 342, so as to match the rolling of products of different sizes. In the end shaping mechanism 4, the relative position between the shaping modules in the shaping die set 42 can be controlled through the elongated screw hole 412 and the third plum screw 422.

the first step is as follows: a plurality of triangular wrappers (A) are conveyed to a second conveying belt (231) by a first conveying belt (12), the wide end of each triangular wrapper (A) is contacted with the tail end of a stuffing-free rolling net belt (339) after entering the second conveying belt (231), so that the wide end of each triangular wrapper (A) is lifted upwards and rolled to form a stuffing-free triangular wrapper rolling angle state (A11), when the triangular wrappers (A) move through the stuffing-free rolling net belt (339) under the action of the second conveying belt (231), a stuffing-free rolling belt (338) replaces a rolling circle continuously and forms a stuffing-free triangular wrapper rolling half state (A12), and when the triangular wrappers (A) move under the action of the second conveying belt (231) and are contacted with the stuffing-free rolling belt (338) to form a stuffing-free oxhorn bread finished product state (A13) with triangular bread stuffing micro openings (AA);
