Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种非授权频段的通信方法和装置,其中,所述方法包括:基站向连接于所述基站的低功率基站和用户设备分别发送请求信息,请求所述低功率基站和所述用户设备测量非授权频段上的候选信道;所述基站根据所述低功率基站和所述用户设备上报的测量结果,与所述低功率基站协商所述低功率基站的工作参数;所述基站将其与所述低功率基站协商好的所述低功率基站的工作参数发送给所述用户设备,以便所述用户设备根据所述低功率基站的工作参数接入所述低功率基站并进行数据传输。通过本发明实施例,低功率基站在非授权频段上传输数据时可以选择对邻近其他系统干扰最小的工作信道,并且在UE侧,该工作信道受到的邻近其他系统的干扰最小。
