本发明公开一种手机卡插座连接器,包括绝缘本体及与该绝缘本体结合以形成扁平空心壳的盖体以及若干装于绝缘本体内的端子,其中所述盖体向空心壳内部凹陷形成沉台,沉台比盖体边缘低,先接触到电子卡,从而有效防止电子卡被刮伤,所述绝缘本体包括底壁及由底壁两侧垂直向凸伸的侧壁,底壁设有若干收容端子的收容槽,收容槽由槽底以及由槽底连接的两槽壁形成,槽壁顶端相向延伸,当槽壁位于一端时形成角型墙,而槽壁被相邻两收容槽共用时则形成T型墙,角型墙和T型墙沿端子插入方向相对槽底收缩。

技术领域
本发明公开一种手机卡插座连接器,尤指一种收容电子卡的手机卡插座连接器。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展及科技的日新月异,移动电话等个人通讯设备得到越来越广泛的应用,其中作为用户身份识别的电子卡,通过一电子卡连接器实现与电路板的电性连接。现今使用的电子卡连接器,大多由遮蔽壳体、绝缘本体及若干端子组成,例如,中国大陆专利,公告号CN 1263202 C揭示了一种电子卡手机卡插座连接器,该电子卡连接器包括绝缘本体和与该绝缘本体结合以形成扁平空心外壳的金属盖以及若干装于绝缘本体内的端子。该金属盖是由金属片冲压形成,两边相对中间垂直折弯,两边包住绝缘本体两侧,中间与绝缘本体抵接形成狭窄的空间,由于金属盖中间是平坦金属片,当电子卡插入时,电子卡常常被金属片边缘划伤。
因此有必要设计一种新的手机卡插座连接器,以解决前述问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种在装入电子卡时,电子卡不会被金属盖划伤的手机卡插座连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种手机卡插座连接器,包括绝缘本体及与该绝缘本体结合以形成扁平空心壳的盖体以及若干装于绝缘本体内的端子,其中所述盖体向空心壳内部凹陷形成沉台,沉台比盖体边缘低,先接触到电子卡,从而有效防止电子卡被刮伤,所述绝缘本体包括底壁及由底壁两侧垂直向凸伸的侧壁,底壁设有若干收容端子的收容槽,收容槽由槽底以及由槽底连接的两槽壁形成,槽壁顶端相向延伸,当槽壁位于一端时形成角型墙,而槽壁被相邻两收容槽共用时则形成T型墙,角型墙和T型墙沿端子插入方向相对槽底收缩。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:由于盖体中间设有向空心壳内部凹陷的沉台,因此,电子卡在插入时,可贴于沉台向内插入,从而,有效防止电子卡被金属盖边缘刮伤的危险。沉台比盖体边缘低,先接触到电子卡,从而有效防止电子卡被刮伤。角型墙和T型墙沿端子插入方向相对槽底收缩,从而方便电子卡的插入。
本发明进一步的改进如下:
进一步,所述盖体两侧折弯,由前向后顺次设有第一包片和第二包片,其中第二包片设有卡持孔。
进一步,所述绝缘本体侧面设有卡持台,与上述卡持孔相配合。
进一步,所述端子朝向一致。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明手机卡插座连接器100包括绝缘本体1和与该绝缘本体1结合以形成扁平空心壳的盖体3以及若干装于绝缘本体1内的端子2。
绝缘本体1包括底壁11及由底壁11两侧垂直向凸伸的侧壁12,底壁11设有若干收容端子2的收容槽114,收容槽114由槽底113以及由槽底113连接的两槽壁形成,槽壁顶端相向延伸,当槽壁位于一端时形成角型墙112,而槽壁被相邻两收容槽共用时则形成T型墙111,角型墙112和T型墙111沿端子2插入方向相对槽底113收缩。组装时,只须将端子2搭于槽底113,即可向内插入端子2,可避免端子2插入时损坏绝缘本体1,同时提高了组装效率。侧壁12上设有定位台122和卡持台121,其中定位台122抵于盖体3一端用于确定盖体3与绝缘本体1的相对位置。
端子2包括弹性部21、焊接脚22以及固持部23。固持部23设有防止端子2退出的卡刺(未标示)。端子2弹性部21自固持部23延伸,为一个整体向上翘曲的金属片,在弹性部21末端,向下折弯,在折弯的顶端为触点210。端子2分A、B两组,其中A组触点210与焊接脚22相靠近,B组则与焊接脚22相背离,A、B两组触点210朝向一致。
盖体3为一个大致呈方形的薄金属片,中间设有向空心壳内部凹陷的沉台30,两侧折弯,由前向后顺次设有第一包片31和第二包片32,其中第二包片32设有与绝缘本体1侧壁12上卡持台121相配合的卡持孔321。
组装时,将端子2搭于绝缘本体1的承接面113上由前向后插入收容槽114,接着将盖体3盖于绝缘本体1上,绝缘本体1的卡持台121收容于盖体3的卡持孔321中,盖体3后端抵于定位台122上,此时整个手机卡插座连接器100组装完毕。
盖体3中间设有向空心壳内部凹陷的沉台30,当电子卡(未图示)组装时,沉台30比盖体3边缘低,先接触到电子卡,因而,有效防止电子卡被刮伤。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所作出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种手机卡插座连接器,包括绝缘本体及与该绝缘本体结合以形成扁平空心壳的盖体以及若干装于绝缘本体内的端子,其特征在于:所述盖体向空心壳内部凹陷形成沉台,沉台比盖体边缘低,先接触到电子卡,从而有效防止电子卡被刮伤,所述绝缘本体包括底壁及由底壁两侧垂直向凸伸的侧壁,底壁设有若干收容端子的收容槽,收容槽由槽底以及由槽底连接的两槽壁形成,槽壁顶端相向延伸,当槽壁位于一端时形成角型墙,而槽壁被相邻两收容槽共用时则形成T型墙,角型墙和T型墙沿端子插入方向相对槽底收缩。
2.如权利要求1所述之手机卡插座连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体两侧折弯,由前向后顺次设有第一包片和第二包片,其中第二包片设有卡持孔。
3.如权利要求2所述之手机卡插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的侧壁设有卡持台,与上述卡持孔相配合。
4.如权利要求3所述之手机卡插座连接器,其特征在于:所述端子朝向一致。
