技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及废气处理技术领域,具体涉及一种涂装废气的处理装置。
背景技术
[0002] 涂装工艺广泛用于机械制造,汽车,电气,家电,船舶等行业,目的使得工件表面光滑,耐腐蚀,改善外管,但是,涂装工件过程中会产生大量的有毒气体,如涂装中油漆涂料粉末,颜料颗粒,尘埃,流平和干燥过程中的挥发性有机物,大多有机物毒性很大,对人工身体健康造成危害,同时污染大气,这些气体还含有多种有害化学元素,如果不注意环境卫生,长期可能导致肺癌,为此,涂装工件作业中有害气体净化一直是人们关心的问题。
[0003] CN 104923010A公开了一种工业涂装环境废气回收净化系统。包括:静电除尘器,燃烧罐,废气净化塔,活性炭吸附罐,空气杀菌消毒柜,各个部件之间通过管道连通,静电除尘器一端与废气进口连接,另一端连接到燃烧罐,静电除尘器采用长方体或者圆柱体结构,采用静电除尘,有效去除涂装工件过程中产生的尘埃,悬浮颗粒。
[0004] 现有的焚烧技术主要应用于集中收集后的废气的治理,废气浓度并不很大,而且废气浓度波动性小,处理方法和控制方法比较单一。难以保证焚烧过程的高适应性,保证燃烧过程的温度的稳定性,即通过有效的控制手段,将废气状况变化(如浓度、气量)对燃烧过程的影响降至最低。另外,空气与废气的混合的不均匀易造成焚烧温度和焚烧效果的波动性。
发明内容
[0005] 为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种能稳定燃烧、有利于空气与废气混合均匀的涂装废气的处理装置。
[0006] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种涂装废气处理装置,包括与喷涂间连通的排风通道;与所述排风通道连通的除尘器;与所述除尘器的排气口连通的引风机;空气进口与所述引风机的出气口连通的燃烧机;与所述燃烧机连接的焚烧炉;所述焚烧炉包括至少一个燃烧室;至少一组设置于所述燃烧室内的蓄热导流板组。
[0007]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,所述蓄热导流板组包括与所述燃烧室连接的支架;若干块平行布置,分别与所述支架连接的蓄热导流板;烟气在所述蓄热导流板之间的流动方向与该蓄热导流板所在的燃烧室烟气排出的流动方向形成逆向交叉。
[0008]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,所述蓄热导流板组包括至少三根通过抱箍与所述焚烧炉连接的立柱;若干与所述立柱连接的支撑板;所述蓄热导流板的第一侧至少设有一个供所述立柱卡入的豁口;所述豁口与立柱之间,所述蓄热导流板的另一侧与立柱之间均为间隙连接。
[0009]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,所述焚烧炉包括炉体;位于所述炉体内与燃烧机连接的第一燃烧室,与所述第一燃烧室的出气口连通的第二燃烧室,与所述第二燃烧室的排气口连通的第三燃烧室,设置于所述第一燃烧室内的第一蓄热导流板组;设置于所述第二燃烧室内的第二蓄热导流板组;所述燃烧机的排气口、第一燃烧室的排气口、第二燃烧室的排气口、第三燃烧室的排气口依次交错位于所述炉体内的上下部。
[0010]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,还具有与所述焚烧炉的排气口连通的能量回收装置。
[0011]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,所述能量回收装置为换热器,换热器的一个流道与所述焚烧炉的排气口连通;换热器的另一个流道用于加热空气或传热介质;加热后的空气或传热介质用于生产过程之中。

[0015] 本发明提供的技术方案,因蓄热导流板组的表面温度较高,当涂装废气中的有机物接触到蓄热导流板后,即能迅速燃烧分解。蓄热导流板组的蓄热能稳定燃烧分解工艺、其扰流作用有利于涂装废气中的有机物与空气混合均匀,使得废气燃烧分解更充分。本发明提供的涂装废气处理技术方案,通过焚烧方法对涂装废气中的有机物进行处理,且易于保证焚烧过程的高适应性,保证燃烧过程的温度的稳定性,对涂装废气的治理较彻底,没有传统治理方法的废水处理。多数情况下的实施过程可与涂装生产的供热需求结合,生产成本相对较低。

[0019]可选地,本发明提供的涂装废气处理装置,所述蓄热导流板组4包括与燃烧室2连接的支架6;若干块平行布置,分别与支架6连接的蓄热导流板7;烟气在蓄热导流板7之间的流动方向与该蓄热导流板7所在的燃烧室2烟气排出的流动方向形成逆向交叉。燃烧机3的排气口位于燃烧室2的下部,燃烧室2的排气口位于燃烧室2的上部,烟气排出的流动方向是从下至上,蓄热导流板组4的蓄热导流板7之间的流道的进气口高于出气口,烟气在蓄热导流板7之间的流动方向为从上至下的倾斜方向,使烟气在蓄热导流板7之间的流动方向与燃烧室2烟气排出的流动方向形成逆向交叉。
[0020] 如图3所示的蓄热导流板组4包括至少三根通过抱箍102与焚烧炉I连接的立柱101;若干与立柱101连接的支撑板104;蓄热导流板7的第一侧至少设有一个供立柱101卡入的豁口 103;豁口 103与立柱101之间,蓄热导流板7的另一侧与立柱101之间均为间隙连接。豁口 103与立柱101之间,蓄热导流板103的另一侧与立柱101之间均为间隙连接为间隙连接,蓄热导流板7受热时,可自由伸缩。立柱101通过抱箍102与焚烧炉I连接,在受热时,立柱101也可实现自由伸缩。
