一种可将天然气全部释放、节约资源,大大的提高天然气利用率的自动补压燃气罐,包括罐体,在罐体顶端设置半环形护罩,在护罩上设有左右对称布置的手提口,所述罐体底部敞口,在罐体内设置气囊,在气囊顶端设有燃气嘴,所述燃气嘴经罐体顶端穿出,且在进气嘴穿出端安装燃气阀;在罐体底端安装底端敞口的底座,在底座内顶面安装自动补气装置、进气接头和排气阀,所述自动补气装置是由气泵、气压感应控制模块构成,进气接头的出气端和排气阀的进气端穿入罐体,且自动补气装置的出气嘴与进气接头进气端连接。

自动补压燃气罐
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气管,特别是一种自动补压燃气罐。
背景技术
液化气是石油在提炼汽油、煤油、柴油、重油等油品过程中剩下的一种石油尾气,通过一定程序,对石油尾气加以回收利用,采取加压的措施,装在液化气罐内,使其变成液体,并通过控制液化气罐顶部的液化气阀释放出气态的液化气,点燃后用于居民做饭炒菜。随着天然气罐内的天然气越来越少,天然气内的压力越来越低,最后沉积在天然气罐内的液态天然气不足以气化经燃气阀释放出,无法正常使用,只能将沉积在液化气罐内的天然气倒出重新填装,浪费资源,大大的降低了天然气的利用率。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种可将天然气全部释放、节约资源,大大的提高天然气利用率的自动补压燃气罐。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种自动补压燃气罐,包括罐体,在罐体顶端设置半环形护罩,在护罩上设有左右对称布置的手提口,其特殊之处在于:所述罐体底部敞口,在罐体内设置气囊,在气囊顶端设有燃气嘴,所述燃气嘴经罐体顶端穿出,且在进气嘴穿出端安装燃气阀;在罐体底端安装底端敞口的底座,在底座内顶面安装自动补气装置、进气接头和排气阀,所述自动补气装置是由气泵、气压感应控制模块构成,进气接头的出气端和排气阀的进气端穿入罐体,且自动补气装置的出气嘴与进气接头进气端连接。
进一步优选,所述底座通过螺钉安装在罐体底部,拆装、更换方便。
进一步优选,在罐体底面和底座之间安装橡胶密封圈I,保证罐体内的气密性。
进一步优选,在气囊的燃气嘴上位于罐体顶面上下两侧分别设置橡胶密封圈II,保证罐体内的气密性。
本发明的有益效果是:
由于在罐体内设置气囊,在罐体底端的底座内顶面安装自动补气装置,随着气囊内的液化气量减少,气囊内气压减小,当气囊内气压低于设定值时,自动补气装置启动,向罐体内补充气压,将气囊压缩,从而使气囊内的气压始终处于设定值,进而使气囊内的液化气释放的更加充分,节约资源,大大的提高了液化气的利用率。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种自动补压燃气罐,包括罐体1,在罐体1顶端安装半环形护罩2,在护罩2上设有左右对称布置的手提口3,所述罐体1底部敞口,在罐体1内设置气囊4,在气囊4顶端设有燃气嘴5,所述燃气嘴5经罐体1顶端穿出,且在进气嘴穿出端安装燃气阀6,在气囊4的燃气嘴5上位于罐体1顶面上下两侧分别安装橡胶密封圈II7;在罐体1底端通过螺钉安装底端敞口的底座8,在罐体1底面和底座8之间安装橡胶密封圈I9,在底座8内顶面安装自动补气装置10、进气接头11和排气阀12,所述自动补气装置10是由气泵1001、气压感应控制模块1002构成,进气接头11的出气端和排气阀12的进气端穿入罐体1,且自动补气装置10的出气嘴与进气接头11进气端连接。
操作时,首先打开底座8内顶面的排气阀12,经燃气阀6向气囊4中注入0.8Mpa的液化气,然后关闭排气阀12,将燃气阀6接入燃气灶,将自动补气装置10接通电源,并自动补气装置10设定为0.8Mpa。
在使用过程中,随着气囊4内的液化气量减少,气囊4内气压减小,当气囊4内气压低于0.8Mpa时,自动补气装置10启动,向罐体1内补充气压,将气囊4压缩,从而使气囊4内的气压始终处于0.8Mpa,进而使气囊4内的液化气释放的更加充分,大大的提高了液化气的利用率。

1.一种自动补压燃气罐,包括罐体,在罐体顶端设置半环形护罩,在护罩上设有左右对称布置的手提口,其特征在于:所述罐体底部敞口,在罐体内设置气囊,在气囊顶端设有燃气嘴,所述燃气嘴经罐体顶端穿出,且在进气嘴穿出端安装燃气阀;在罐体底端安装底端敞口的底座,在底座内顶面安装自动补气装置、进气接头和排气阀,所述自动补气装置是由气泵、气压感应控制模块构成,进气接头的出气端和排气阀的进气端穿入罐体,且自动补气装置的出气嘴与进气接头进气端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动补压燃气罐,其特征在于:所述底座通过螺钉安装在罐体底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动补压燃气罐,其特征在于:在罐体底面和底座之间安装橡胶密封圈I。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动补压燃气罐,其特征在于:在气囊的燃气嘴上位于罐体顶面上下两侧分别设置橡胶密封圈II。
