Abstract

本发明涉及一种防爆裂石油管路,包括基础管体,在所述基础管体外侧设置有保温层,在所述基础管体与所述保温层之间设置有可变空间层,在所述可变空间层内沿管体径向设置有弹性支撑部。本发明所公开的一种防爆裂石油管路,由于在基础管体与保温层之间增设可变空间层,并通过弹性支撑部件对保温层与基础管体之间的空间进行支撑,使得基础管体不会因为热胀冷缩的原因产生爆裂,确保石油运输线路的稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油运输设备技术领域,尤其是指一种防爆裂石油管路。
背景技术
目前,在通过管路对石油进行运输过程中,在长时间工作后,尤其是在季节发生变化,外界温度发生大幅度变化时,石油管路经常由于热胀冷缩发生爆裂。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种结构设计科学合理的防爆裂石油管路。本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种防爆裂石油管路,包括基础管体,在所述基础管体外侧设置有保温层,在所述基础管体与所述保温层之间设置有可变空间层,在所述可变空间层内沿管体径向设置有弹性支撑部。
进一步地,在所述可变空间层与所述保温层之间,设置有真空层。
进一步地,在所述基础管体内侧,设置有防漏保护层。
进一步地,所述弹性支撑部为多个,均匀设置在所述可变空间层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所公开的一种防爆裂石油管路,由于在基础管体与保温层之间增设可变空间层,并通过弹性支撑部件对保温层与与基础管体之间的空间进行支撑,使得基础管体不会因为热胀冷缩的原因产生爆裂,确保石油运输线路的稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,以助于理解本发明的内容,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示,一种防爆裂石油管路,包括基础管体1,在所述基础管体1外侧设置有保温层5,在所述基础管体1与所述保温层5之间设置有可变空间2层,在所述可变空间层2内沿基础管体1径向设置有弹性支撑部3。所述弹性支撑部3为多个,均匀设置在所述可变空间层2。弹性支撑部3可以为支撑条或者支撑片或者支撑环,由弹性材料制成,具有良好的形变性能。
进一步地,在所述可变空间层2与所述保温层5之间,设置有真空层4。真空层4内部抽真空,具有良好的保温隔热作用。
进一步地,在所述基础管体1内侧,设置有防漏保护层6。对基础管体进行加固,确保管体安全。

1.一种防爆裂石油管路,包括基础管体,其特征在于:在所述基础管体外侧设置有保温层,在所述基础管体与所述保温层之间设置有可变空间层,在所述可变空间层内沿管体径向设置有弹性支撑部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆裂石油管路,其特征在于:在所述可变空间层与所述保温层之间,设置有真空层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆裂石油管路,其特征在于:在所述基础管体内侧,设置有防漏保护层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆裂石油管路,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑部为多个,均匀设置在所述可变空间层。
