Abstract
一种智能调节多功能球阀,包括设有两个进料口和一个出料口的阀体,球芯置于阀体中转动配合,球芯上设有O型口和V型口对应阀体的两个进料口,且V型口是平躺的V型,球芯上还设有扁平的矩型口对应阀体的出料口。本发明的结构合理,球芯的V型口的流量特性近似等比曲线,可以实现精确的流量调节,准确控制介质的混合比例。球芯的O型口加工方便,并可降低流阻。扁平的矩型口在满足流量要求的同时,可以尽量最小化开口,保证球芯本身的强度。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种球阀,特别是既可进行流量调节又可进行介质路径切换的多功能球阀。
背景技术:一般的多功能球阀设有两个进料口和一个出料口,球芯上也相应设有三个开口,可以切换路径只通过一种介质,也可以调节流量使两种介质混合通过。现在球芯上的开口多为O型口,虽然加工方便,但是流量特性不够理想,难以实现精确的流量控制,两种介质混合比例调节不准确。并且,大面积的O型开口还容易影响球芯本身的强度。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理,流量调节精确的智能调节多功能球阀。
本发明包括设有两个进料口和一个出料口的阀体,球芯置于阀体中转动配合,球芯上设有O型口和V型口对应阀体的两个进料口,且V型口是平躺的V型,球芯上还设有扁平的矩型口对应阀体的出料口。
本发明的结构合理,球芯的V型口的流量特性近似等比曲线,可以实现精确的流量调节,准确控制介质的混合比例。球芯的O型口加工方便,并可降低流阻。扁平的矩型口在满足流量要求的同时,可以尽量最小化开口,保证球芯本身的强度。

具体实施方式:如图1至图6所示,阀体1设有两个进料口3和一个出料口4,球芯2置于阀体1中转动配合,球芯2上设有O型口5和V型口6对应阀体1的两个进料口3,且V型口6是平躺的V型,球芯2上还设有扁平的矩型口7对应阀体1的出料口4。
本实施例中,阀体1的两个进料口3的轴线相垂直,出料口4和一个进料口3的方向同轴。球芯2上的O型口5和V型口6的轴线方向同轴,矩型口7的轴线方向和O型口5或V型口6相垂直。
工作时,如果只需要通过一种介质,可以如图2所示,将球芯2的O型口5完全对准阀体1的一个进料口3,阀体1的另一个进料口3被球芯2的侧壁封阻不进料,介质从O型口5进入并经过矩型口7流出阀体1的出料口4,球芯2的V型口6不发挥作用。只要将球芯2转动90度,即可切换成V型口6完全对准刚才被封阻的进料口3,O型口5不发挥作用,另一种介质通过。
需要混合介质时,转动球芯2,将O型口5和V型口6各自分别侧对连通阀体1的两个进料口3,两种介质分别从O型口5和V型口6进入混合,由于V型口6的流量特性近似等比曲线,可以实现准确控制介质的混合比例。混合后的介质同样经过矩型口7流出阀体1的出料口4。本实施例在阀体1的上端连接有智能执行器8,这样可以根据接收的生产控制指令,自动进行阀门调节,操作智能,准确性高。
Claims (3)
1.一种智能调节多功能球阀,包括设有两个进料口和一个出料口的阀体,球芯置于阀体中转动配合,其特征为:球芯(2)上设有O型口(5)和V型口(6)对应阀体(1)的两个进料口(3),且V型口(6)是平躺的V型,球芯(2)上还设有扁平的矩型口(7)对应阀体(1)的出料口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能调节多功能球阀,其特征为:阀体(1)的两个进料口(3)的轴线相垂直,出料口(4)和一个进料口(3)的方向同轴;球芯(2)上的O型口(5)和V型口(6)的轴线方向同轴,矩型口(7)的轴线方向和O型口(5)或V型口(6)相垂直。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能调节多功能球阀,其特征为:在阀体(1)的上端连接有智能执行器(8)。
