一种抗菌内衣面料,由天然植物纤维和精梳棉纤维混纺成纱织造而成,所述天然植物纤维与精梳棉纤维的质量分数比为天然植物纤维45-55份,精梳棉纤维50-65份,所述天然植物纤维为玉米纤维和抗菌纤维,它们的质量分数比为1:1。本发明的有优点是:本发明将玉米纤维与棉天然纤维混纺制成的纺织产品,手感好、吸湿性好,有较好的形态保持性,同时面料中还含有抗菌纤维,使面料集挺括、吸湿性、光泽美、良好抗菌的效果于一身。材料采用天然植物,对人体无任何副作用,是一种满足人们需求的理想产品。

本发明涉及一种纺织品领域,特别是一种抗菌内衣面料。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的需求已经不再仅仅局限于舒适、保暖、御寒,而是趋向于对产品外观的美化及织物的功能等方面的需求。近年来,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高,对安全高效抗菌服饰的功能需求越来越多;在生活中,人们不可避免的接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物,这些微生物在合适的外界条件下,会迅速繁殖,并通过接触等方式传播疾病,影响人们的身体健康和正常的工作、学习和生活。
目前,在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。衣服除了防寒保暖功效外还具有抵抗紫外线辐射,杀菌除臭,释放负离子和红外线发射等功效。其中银离子不仅具有很好的抗菌性,同时还具有良好的耐洗性,且对人体无毒无刺激。然而目前抗菌材料添加的成分比较单一,具有的功能也比较单一,没有统一解决舒适、抗菌、杀虫、吸汗、保暖等功能。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明目的在于提供一种抗菌内衣面料。能统一解决舒适、抗菌、杀虫、吸汗、保暖等功能。
本发明的一种抗菌内衣面料,由天然植物纤维和棉纤维混纺成纱织造而成,所述天然植物纤维与棉纤维的质量分数比为天然植物纤维45-55份,棉纤维50-65份,所述天然植物纤维为玉米纤维和抗菌纤维,它们的质量分数比为1:1。
优选的一种抗菌内衣面料,按质量分数比,玉米纤维50份、抗菌纤维50份、棉纤维62份。
一种抗菌内衣面料,将上述混纺纤维制成包芯纱,然后按一定工序进行前处理,然后进行漂白洗涤、染色、后整理、脱水烘干,蒸汽定型即可。
所述的后整理加入了防螨虫整理剂和吸汗速干加工剂。
本发明的有优点是:采用此方法制得的面料更加舒适、柔软。纳米二氧化钛无毒、无味、无刺激性,热稳定性与耐热性好,不燃烧,且自身为白色。纳米二氧化钛通过与淀粉的完美结合,提高纱线的综合织造性能,减少PVA 的用量,煮浆时间短,降低了浆料成本,提高浆纱效益,也解决了PVA 浆料不易退浆、环境污染等诸多问题。负离子丙纶短纤维可以增加细胞渗透性,增加吸氧量,改善肺功能;也可以调整血液酸碱度,使血液流畅;并且还具有安定神经、改善睡眠、消炎止痛等功效。防螨虫整理剂可以有效的防止螨虫对人体造成的困扰。吸汗速干加工剂可以快速吸干身体产生的汗液,减少不适感,并且可以预防潮湿环境下细菌的滋生。原材料采用天然植物,对人体无任何副作用,是一种满足人们需求的理想产品。
