本发明公开了一种金属轧制油及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油40‑70份、季戊四醇酯20‑40份、酚醚磷酸酯10‑20份、过氧焦磷酸钠15‑25份、乳化剂15‑30份、防锈剂5‑15份、消泡剂2‑7份、硬脂酸异辛酯10‑15份、三乙醇胺5‑10份、月桂醇15‑30份、抗氧化剂4‑8份、月桂酸丁酯7‑10份、酯醚型表面活性剂5‑15份、极压抗磨添加剂5‑7份、混合型高温抗氧剂5‑10份、聚丙烯酰胺10‑15份、纳米二氧化钛5‑10份、苯甲酸钠4‑12份、尼纳尔10‑25份,本发明的润滑性能高,而且采用本发明的金属轧制油加工后的产品光泽度好,无轧制伤痕。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轧制油技术领域,具体而言涉及一种金属轧制油及其制备方法。
背景技术
轧制油是用于金属材料加工或轧制过程中的一种目的是减小轧件与轧辊间的摩擦力,减小金属板材压延过程中的压延负荷,保证轧制件的光洁度的油质品。目前在我国所使用的轧制油仍是以机械油为载体,加有多种有机添加剂调配而成。该这个轧制油产品是二次世界大战时的产物,已用了六十多年没有发展,它和世界争夺既宝贵又不会再生的矿物油,同时造价高昂。更严重的是,这种轧制油中含有芳香烃——芳香烃是一种致癌物质,严重地影响了工人的身心健康,夏天变霉发臭,污染环境,废液达不到三废处理的排放标准。利用该轧制油所生产出的钢板板材表面也达不到理想的光洁度,因此,急需要研究一种新型轧制油,以满足轧钢市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种金属轧制油及其制备方法,本发明的润滑性能高,而且采用本发明的金属轧制油加工后的产品光泽度好,无轧制伤痕。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种金属轧制油及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油40-70份、季戊四醇酯20-40份、酚醚磷酸酯10-20份、过氧焦磷酸钠15-25份、乳化剂15-30份、防锈剂5-15份、消泡剂2-7份、硬脂酸异辛酯10-15份、三乙醇胺5-10份、月桂醇15-30份、抗氧化剂4-8份、月桂酸丁酯7-10份、酯醚型表面活性剂5-15份、极压抗磨添加剂5-7份、混合型高温抗氧剂5-10份、聚丙烯酰胺10-15份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份、苯甲酸钠4-12份、尼纳尔10-25份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油40份、季戊四醇酯20份、酚醚磷酸酯10份、过氧焦磷酸钠15份、乳化剂15份、防锈剂5份、消泡剂2份、硬脂酸异辛酯10份、三乙醇胺5份、月桂醇15份、抗氧化剂4份、月桂酸丁酯7份、酯醚型表面活性剂5份、极压抗磨添加剂5份、混合型高温抗氧剂5份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、纳米二氧化钛5份、苯甲酸钠4份、尼纳尔10份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油70份、季戊四醇酯40份、酚醚磷酸酯20份、过氧焦磷酸钠25份、乳化剂30份、防锈剂15份、消泡剂7份、硬脂酸异辛酯15份、三乙醇胺10份、月桂醇30份、抗氧化剂8份、月桂酸丁酯10份、酯醚型表面活性剂15份、极压抗磨添加剂7份、混合型高温抗氧剂10份、聚丙烯酰胺15份、纳米二氧化钛10份、苯甲酸钠12份、尼纳尔25份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油55份、季戊四醇酯30份、酚醚磷酸酯15份、过氧焦磷酸钠20份、乳化剂23份、防锈剂10份、消泡剂5份、硬脂酸异辛酯13份、三乙醇胺9份、月桂醇20份、抗氧化剂6份、月桂酸丁酯8份、酯醚型表面活性剂10份、极压抗磨添加剂6份、混合型高温抗氧剂6份、聚丙烯酰胺13份、纳米二氧化钛7份、苯甲酸钠9份、尼纳尔20份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、首先按组份比例将基础油、季戊四醇酯、酚醚磷酸酯、过氧焦磷酸钠、硬脂酸异辛酯、月桂酸丁酯直接加入到第一反应釜中,充分搅拌50-60分钟;
步骤二、然后按组份比例将三乙醇胺、月桂醇、聚丙烯酰胺、纳米二氧化钛、苯甲酸钠加入到第二反应釜中反应30-40分钟后直接加入到第一反应釜中;
步骤三、将防锈剂、酯醚型表面活性剂、极压抗磨添加剂、混合型高温抗氧剂加入到第三反应釜中加热至80-85℃,并反应50-75分钟后倒入第一反应釜中
步骤四、分别将乳化剂、尼纳尔和消泡剂、抗氧化剂依次加入到第一反应釜中充分搅拌反应80-95分钟,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的润滑性能高,而且采用本发明的金属轧制油加工后的产品光泽度好,无轧制伤痕;
2、本发明的制备方法具有操作简单,工作效率高,降低成本的特点。

一种金属轧制油由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油40-70份、季戊四醇酯20-40份、酚醚磷酸酯10-20份、过氧焦磷酸钠15-25份、乳化剂15-30份、防锈剂5-15份、消泡剂2-7份、硬脂酸异辛酯10-15份、三乙醇胺5-10份、月桂醇15-30份、抗氧化剂4-8份、月桂酸丁酯7-10份、酯醚型表面活性剂5-15份、极压抗磨添加剂5-7份、混合型高温抗氧剂5-10份、聚丙烯酰胺10-15份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份、苯甲酸钠4-12份、尼纳尔10-25份。
实施例二:
一种金属轧制油由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油40份、季戊四醇酯20份、酚醚磷酸酯10份、过氧焦磷酸钠15份、乳化剂15份、防锈剂5份、消泡剂2份、硬脂酸异辛酯10份、三乙醇胺5份、月桂醇15份、抗氧化剂4份、月桂酸丁酯7份、酯醚型表面活性剂5份、极压抗磨添加剂5份、混合型高温抗氧剂5份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、纳米二氧化钛5份、苯甲酸钠4份、尼纳尔10份。

一种金属轧制油由以下质量份数配方成分组成:基础油55份、季戊四醇酯30份、酚醚磷酸酯15份、过氧焦磷酸钠20份、乳化剂23份、防锈剂10份、消泡剂5份、硬脂酸异辛酯13份、三乙醇胺9份、月桂醇20份、抗氧化剂6份、月桂酸丁酯8份、酯醚型表面活性剂10份、极压抗磨添加剂6份、混合型高温抗氧剂6份、聚丙烯酰胺13份、纳米二氧化钛7份、苯甲酸钠9份、尼纳尔20份。
实施例五:
一种金属轧制油的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、首先按组份比例将基础油、季戊四醇酯、酚醚磷酸酯、过氧焦磷酸钠、硬脂酸异辛酯、月桂酸丁酯直接加入到第一反应釜中,充分搅拌50-60分钟;
步骤二、然后按组份比例将三乙醇胺、月桂醇、聚丙烯酰胺、纳米二氧化钛、苯甲酸钠加入到第二反应釜中反应30-40分钟后直接加入到第一反应釜中;
步骤三、将防锈剂、酯醚型表面活性剂、极压抗磨添加剂、混合型高温抗氧剂加入到第三反应釜中加热至80-85℃,并反应50-75分钟后倒入第一反应釜中
步骤四、分别将乳化剂、尼纳尔和消泡剂、抗氧化剂依次加入到第一反应釜中充分搅拌反应80-95分钟,即得成品。

步骤一、首先按组份比例将基础油、季戊四醇酯、酚醚磷酸酯、过氧焦磷酸钠、硬脂酸异辛酯、月桂酸丁酯直接加入到第一反应釜中,充分搅拌50-60分钟;
步骤二、然后按组份比例将三乙醇胺、月桂醇、聚丙烯酰胺、纳米二氧化钛、苯甲酸钠加入到第二反应釜中反应30-40分钟后直接加入到第一反应釜中;
步骤三、将防锈剂、酯醚型表面活性剂、极压抗磨添加剂、混合型高温抗氧剂加入到第三反应釜中加热至80-85℃,并反应50-75分钟后倒入第一反应釜中
步骤四、分别将乳化剂、尼纳尔和消泡剂、抗氧化剂依次加入到第一反应釜中充分搅拌反应80-95分钟,即得成品。
