Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,用于清洗挤出机或者注塑机的机筒和螺杆,该清洗剂由以下成分组成:硬质清洗剂玻璃纤维25%-40%、界面清洗剂PPA5%-10%、基体树脂50%-70%。本发明清洗剂的优点是能快速、强力高效的清洗机筒及螺杆表面的各种粘附性物质,极大的提高了洗料效率,同时成本低。

一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料成型加工技术领域,具体地说,是一种挤出机或者注塑机的套筒、螺杆清洗剂。
技术背景
塑料在挤出以及注塑成型的加工过程中,涉及到切换颜色时,用常规原料去冲洗往往费时且成本偏高,对于一些易降解的树脂,如果在机器内的长时间滞留(如开停机),树脂在螺杆及机筒表面易形成顽固的碳化膜,常规的清洗方案根本起不到清洗效果,进口的清洗剂虽然效果好,但由于其价格太高限制其在通用塑料上的使用,这时往往需要拆机清洗。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全新的挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,采用基体树脂、硬质清洗剂和界面清洗剂直接搅拌而成。
本发明的配方的实现主要通过下述技术方案:
一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 25~40%
界面清洗剂 5~10%
基体树脂 余量
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为氟化物加工助剂PPA。PPA是含氟聚合物为了改善聚合物加工性能而开发的一种添加剂。应用领域包括薄膜、吹塑、挤出、单丝、纤维、管材、木塑、板材以及电线电缆等领域。是一种常见的加工助剂,是市售产品。
本发明的界面清洗剂为两种技术方案:
第二种界面清洗剂为氟化加工助剂PPA,聚三氟氯乙烯,全氟聚醚的共混物,其中PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量比为1∶5~1∶10,且PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量与全氟聚醚的质量比值1∶5~1∶6。
其中一个技术为单一的氟化加工助剂PPA;另外一个是组合物,即氟化加工助剂PPA,聚三氟氯乙烯,全氟聚醚的共混物。
所述的基体树脂为PP、PE、PE-RT、PB中的一种,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。
所述的硬质清洗剂的质量百分比为30~38%,优选为35%。
所述的界面清洗剂的质量百分比为6~8%,优选为7%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果为:
本发明采用界面清洗剂和硬质清洗剂相结合的方式,硬质清洗剂通过机械式摩擦强力清除顽固残留物,界面清洗剂与金属面有较强的亲和力和低表面能,在金属表面形成动力学涂层,加速金属表面残留物的清洗。通过两者的协同作用,达到清洗功能的最大化。比单一组份界面清洗剂的清洗效率大大提高。现有的清洗剂一般都是不含玻璃纤维。
本发明可以直接搅拌使用无需造粒。

实施例1
一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 25%
界面清洗剂 5%
基体树脂 70%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为PPA,具体为氟化物加工助剂。
所述的基体树脂为PP,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。
实施例2
一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 28%
界面清洗剂 6%
基体树脂 66%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为PPA,具体为氟化物加工助剂。
所述的基体树脂为PE,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 30%
界面清洗剂 7%
基体树脂 63%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为PPA,具体为氟化物加工助剂。
所述的基体树脂为PE-RT,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

硬质清洗剂 32%
界面清洗剂 8%
基体树脂 60%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为PPA,具体为氟化物加工助剂。
所述的基体树脂为PB中的一种,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

硬质清洗剂 35%
界面清洗剂 7%
基体树脂 68%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为PPA,具体为氟化物加工助剂。
所述的基体树脂为PB,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

硬质清洗剂 36%
界面清洗剂 10%
基体树脂 64%

所述的基体树脂为PE,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

硬质清洗剂 40%
界面清洗剂 5%
基体树脂 55%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。

所述的基体树脂为PE,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。

一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 40%
界面清洗剂 10%
基体树脂 50%
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。
所述的界面清洗剂为氟化加工助剂PPA、聚三氟氯乙烯、全氟聚醚的共混物,其中PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量比为1∶5,且PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量与全氟聚醚的质量比值1∶5;
所述的基体树脂为PE-RT,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。
实施例9
一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 30%
界面清洗剂 7%
基体树脂 63%。
所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维;一般具体为短纤。短纤玻璃纤维在树脂体系中主要起到毛刷的作用,利用树脂基体带动玻璃短纤,然后通过界面清洗剂对螺杆残留树脂的溶胀和锚定效应,使玻璃短纤深入到残留树脂基体中,然后通过螺杆转动带动树脂流动,起到清洗螺杆的作用。
所述的界面清洗剂为氟化加工助剂PPA、聚三氟氯乙烯、全氟聚醚的共混物,其中PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量比为1∶10,且PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量与全氟聚醚的质量比值1∶6。
所述的全氟聚醚的重均分子量为2000~4000,所述的聚三氟氯乙烯的重均分子量为100000~120000。PPA是目前在聚烯烃加工过程中应用的改性助剂,其作为一种含氟改性助剂,具有优异的低表面能和表面张力,在加工过程中可以改善聚烯烃的光泽、流动粘度以及加工压力,其在清洗剂中主要是改善基体树脂的流动性,避免在清洗过程中再次残留;而作为清洗剂中的聚三氟氯乙烯,其具有粘度低,且材料的表面张力为30-31之间,与聚烯烃材料的表面张力(聚丙烯为29-31,聚乙烯为30-31)非常接近,利用高分子溶解、溶胀中相似相容原理与溶剂的依数性,聚三氟氯乙烯与聚烯烃材料具有优异的溶胀作用,同时聚三氟氯乙烯中氯原子体积较大,在加工流动过程中极易与聚烯烃材料发生氢键键合和分子的锚定效应,带动粘结残留在螺杆以及螺杆壁中的聚烯烃树脂材料,从而达到处理残留螺杆中杂质的作用;全氟聚醚在高温下为液态润滑剂,具有耐热温度和低表面能特性,不仅可以作为高分子熔体溶剂,使具有溶胀和锚定作用的聚三氟氯乙烯与树脂基体的接触溶胀,同时还可以作为润滑剂,降低起毛刷作用的玻璃短纤的过渡摩擦断裂,避免玻璃短纤的断裂以及玻璃短纤在螺杆中的残留,提高玻璃短纤毛刷的刷洗效果。
所述的基体树脂为PP,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。
本发明挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,采用界面清洗剂和硬质清洗剂相结合的方式,硬质清洗剂通过机械式摩擦强力清除顽固残留物,界面清洗剂与金属面有较强的亲和力和低表面能,在金属表面形成动力学涂层,加速金属表面残留物的清洗,具有清洗效果强,清洗成本低的特点。

1.一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,原料组份的质量百分比为:
硬质清洗剂 25~40%
界面清洗剂 5~10%
基体树脂 余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的硬质清洗剂为玻璃纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的硬质清洗剂为为玻璃短纤。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的界面清洗剂为氟化物加工助剂PPA。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的界面清洗剂为氟化加工助剂PPA,聚三氟氯乙烯,全氟聚醚的共混物,其中氟化加工助剂PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量比为1∶5~1∶10,且氟化加工助剂PPA与聚三氟氯乙烯的质量与全氟聚醚的质量比值1∶5~1∶6。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的基体树脂为PP、PE、PE-RT、PB中的一种,一般为生产时的同一种原材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的硬质清洗剂的质量百分比为30~38%。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的硬质清洗剂的质量百分比为35%。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的界面清洗剂的质量百分比为6~8%。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机或者注塑机螺杆清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的界面清洗剂的质量百分比为7%。
