背景技术
现在,装修建筑材料很多,人们住重舒适性,但环保、阻燃性好、绝热这些方面比较欠缺,阻燃绝热材料的成本相对较高,妨碍了阻燃绝热材料的推广。

为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种阻燃绝热材料,包括下列重量份数的物质:玻化微珠10-18份,硅酸钙8-15份,非离子丙烯酸3-5份,珍珠岩粉6-10份,有机硅改性环氧树脂1-3份,氢化丁腈橡胶2-6份,电气石负离子粉2-4份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液6-14份,聚丙纤维1-6份,多聚磷酸铵2-4份,碳酸镁6-9份,蔗渣纤维素黄原酸酯2-6份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2-5份,海泡石纤维4-9份,碳化硅2-8份,三异三聚氰酸脂5-9份,聚乙烯醇2-5份,核壳高分子聚合乳液1-6份,玻璃纤维2-5份。
本发明的节能保温材料高效阻燃,耐腐蚀、气密性好,理化性能稳定,耐老化耐候性强,具有优异的绝热﹑防火﹑吸音性能,对室内异味和各种有害气体有一定的消除作用,综合生产成本低。
