when commodity is needed to be loaded, the upper layer vehicle is loaded firstly, the hydraulic control valve group on the trailer is operated to control the action of the oil cylinder in the upright post at the tail part of the trailer side piece 9, so that the tail part of the trailer upper platform 10 is lowered onto the trailer frame 8, the climbing jump board is hung at the tail part of the trailer frame, then the drawing jump board at the tail part of the main vehicle rear upper platform 5 and the drawing jump board at the front part of the trailer upper platform 10 are drawn out, the hydraulic control valve of the main vehicle is operated to control the action of the oil cylinder in the upright post at the tail part of the main vehicle side piece 3, so that the main vehicle rear upper platform 5 and the trailer upper platform 10 are butted together to start loading of the upper layer platform, and the upper platform is loaded with five-position vehicles, wherein the first and second vehicles of the loading of the main vehicle can be controlled to lift the front upper overturning platform 4 of the main vehicle and the overturning jump board at the front end of the upper platform 5 of the main vehicle by operating the hydraulic valve group on the main vehicle, so that the loading of vehicles is realized. After the upper layer vehicle is assembled, the drawing springboard in front of the trailer upper platform 10 is retracted, the hydraulic valve group is operated to enable the main vehicle rear upper platform 5 and the trailer upper platform 10 to be lifted, then a climbing springboard is installed between the main vehicle and the trailer, the lower layer vehicle is started to be assembled, and when the lower layer vehicle is assembled, the first trolley and the second trolley on the lower layer of the trailer can be operated to control the trailer to overturn the springboard to be turned up, so that the stacking of the lower layer vehicles of the trailer is realized.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a vehicle transportation center axle train, comprising: a towing main section, a center axle trailer section, and a coupler 12;
the traction main vehicle part comprises a chassis 1, an auxiliary frame 2, a main vehicle side piece 3, a main vehicle front upper overturning platform 4, a main vehicle rear upper platform 5 and a tail overturning gangway 6, the middle-axle trailer part comprises a traction rod 7, a trailer frame 8, a trailer side piece 9, a trailer upper platform 10 and an overturning gangway mechanism 11, and the traction main vehicle part and the middle-axle trailer part are connected with the traction rod through a connecting coupler 12.
In conclusion, the vehicle transportation center axle train provided by the invention realizes the stacking of vehicles through the plurality of groups of overturning gangways, effectively utilizes the loading space, is more flexible and compact in loading, can meet the mixed loading of commodity vehicles with different brands and larger size difference, and can be used for loading 2 to 3 vehicles more than the conventional vehicle transportation semitrailers. The main train and the trailer of the train are connected in a hinged mode, and the hinged point is arranged between the main train and the trailer, so that the turning radius is small, and the trafficability of the vehicle is good. In addition, the vehicle is made of high-strength steel plates, and is simple in structure and light in weight.

1. A mid-axle train for vehicle transportation, the train comprising: the traction main vehicle part, the middle axle trailer part, the connecting coupler (12), the hydraulic system, the gas circuit system and the circuit system;
the traction main vehicle part comprises a chassis (1), an auxiliary frame (2), a main vehicle side piece (3), a main vehicle front upper overturning platform (4), a main vehicle rear upper platform (5) and a tail overturning springboard (6); the middle-axle trailer part comprises a traction rod (7), a trailer frame (8), a trailer side piece (9), a trailer upper platform (10) and a turnover springboard mechanism (11), and the traction main vehicle part and the middle-axle trailer part are hinged with the traction rod through a connecting coupler (12);
the rear axle of the chassis (1) adopts air suspension, a control switch is arranged in a cab, and the lifting of an air suspension air bag of the rear axle is controlled to realize the height adjustment of a main vehicle;
the auxiliary frame (2) is of a welded rigid structure and is mainly formed by assembling and welding side longitudinal beams, cross beams and panels, a side protection and tool box is arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary frame (2), and a towing hook cross beam is arranged at the rear lower part of the auxiliary frame (2) and used for installing and connecting a coupler (12);
the main car side piece (3) is divided into a left side piece and a right side piece, a top cross beam, a front upright post, a middle upright post and a rear upright post are welded on the left side and the right side of the frame, the upright post of the main car side piece is of a chute structure, a sliding block is arranged in the upright post, and a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the upright post to realize the lifting of the sliding block through the telescopic action of the hydraulic cylinder;
the front upper overturning platform (4) of the main car mainly comprises a front cross beam, left and right longitudinal beams and a front upper platform overturning springboard, the front end of the front upper platform overturning springboard is connected with the front cross beam through a hinge, a sliding chute is arranged below the rear end of the front upper platform overturning springboard, and the front upper overturning springboard is connected with a sliding block in a front upright post of a side piece (3) of the main car through a pin shaft;
the main vehicle rear upper platform (5) is mainly formed by welding side longitudinal beams, cross beams and panels, and is connected with sliding blocks in side piece middle columns and rear columns through pin shafts, in addition, the rear end of the main vehicle rear upper platform (5) is provided with a drawing springboard, the drawing springboard can be drawn out backwards, the front end of the main vehicle rear upper platform is provided with a platform overturning springboard, the main vehicle rear upper platform is connected with the main vehicle rear upper platform cross beams through pin shafts, a pair of hydraulic cylinders are arranged below the overturning platform, and platform overturning springboard overturning is realized through the extension of the cylinders;
the tail overturning gangway (6) is formed by welding rectangular pipe sections and panels, the front end of the tail overturning gangway is connected with the rear cross beam of the auxiliary frame through a pin shaft, an oil cylinder is arranged below the tail overturning gangway, and the tail overturning gangway overturning is realized through the extension and retraction of the oil cylinder;

the trailer upper platform (10) is mainly formed by assembling and welding side stringers, cross beams and panels, and is connected with sliding blocks in a middle upright post and a rear upright post of a side piece through pin shafts;
the turnover springboard mechanism (11) comprises a turnover springboard, a turnover oil cylinder and a hinge, wherein the turnover springboard is formed by welding sectional materials and panels, the front end of the turnover springboard is connected with a trailer frame (8) through the hinge, the rear end of the turnover springboard is provided with the turnover oil cylinder, and the turnover of the turnover springboard is realized through the telescopic action of the oil cylinder; alternatively, the flip-flop mechanism (11) includes: the device comprises a turnover springboard, a turnover oil cylinder, a triangular arm and a pull rod; the trailer frame (8) is connected with the turnover springboard, and the upper part of the turnover springboard is used for arranging a vehicle; three corners of the triangular arm are respectively connected with the overturning springboard, the overturning oil cylinder and the pull rod; the turning oil cylinder is provided with a hydraulic control valve, the hydraulic control valve is operated to control the turning oil cylinder below the turning springboard to lift, the turning oil cylinder drives the triangular arm and the pull rod to lift, the triangular arm amplifies the lifting stroke of the turning oil cylinder in the lifting process, and finally the turning springboard is driven to lift; after the turnover gangway is lifted in place, a vehicle can be inserted under the turnover gangway, so that the vehicles can be stacked, the loading space is fully utilized, and the loading length is shortened;
