Abstract
本发明涉及一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层,为圆环形结构,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层自外向内依次包括外层铜箔、石墨烯层和内层铜箔,石墨烯层固定在外层铜箔和内层铜箔之间,所述外层铜箔和内层铜箔的截面形状均为圆弧形结构,石墨烯层的两个侧壁向内凹陷与外层铜箔、内层铜箔的形状相契合,所述外层铜箔的外壁上纵向设有四个第一卡槽,内层铜箔的内壁上纵向设有四个第二卡槽,第一卡槽与第二卡槽的位置相对应,将该高导热石墨烯复合恒温层应用于水杯,可以快速对水杯内的水进行降温,安全可靠,降温效率高,能够使水杯内的水保持合适的温度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种恒温层,具体涉及一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层及其应用的水杯。
背景技术
杯子是用以盛液体的器皿。现在的杯子大多为单层杯或多层杯,多层杯能起到保温隔热的作用,但是当天气温度较高时,则需要等待很长时间,杯子内的水温才会降低到合适的温度,现有技术通过在杯子的夹层中装入液体,通过冷冻液体来对杯子内的开水进行降温,这样的方式杯子易爆裂,存在很大的安全隐患,切降温效率低。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层及其应用的水杯,可以快速对水杯内的水进行降温,安全可靠,降温效率高,能够使水杯内的水保持合适的温度。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层为圆环形结构,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层自外向内依次包括外层铜箔、石墨烯层和内层铜箔,石墨烯层固定在外层铜箔和内层铜箔之间,所述外层铜箔和内层铜箔的截面形状均为圆弧形结构,石墨烯层的两个侧壁向内凹陷与外层铜箔、内层铜箔的形状相契合,所述外层铜箔的外壁上纵向设有四个第一卡槽,内层铜箔的内壁上纵向设有四个第二卡槽,第一卡槽与第二卡槽的位置相对应。
一种具有铜基石墨烯复合恒温层的水杯,包括杯体、杯盖和底盖,杯体的侧壁上设有一圈间隔腔,杯体底部设有圆柱形结构的卡接固定槽,卡接固定槽内设有内螺纹,所述底盖的外边缘处设有一圈挡圈,底盖的中心处设有第一穿插槽,卡接凸块可转动的固定在第一穿插槽内,卡接凸块一端上设有外螺纹,卡接凸块的另一端上设有拨块,卡接凸块通过螺纹配合固定在卡接固定槽内,使底盖固定在杯体上,挡圈包覆在杯体外部,所述高导热石墨烯复合恒温层设置在间隔腔内。
上述一种具有铜基石墨烯复合恒温层的水杯,其中,所述底盖上均匀设有四组卡接板,每组卡接板由内卡板和外卡板组成,内卡板和外卡板垂直固定在底盖上,内卡板与第二卡槽间隙配合,外卡板与第一卡槽间隙配合,圆环形结构的高导热石墨烯复合恒温层插入式的设置在内卡板和外卡板之间,通过卡接板插入式的设置在间隔腔内,并与间隔腔壁相接触。
本发明的有益效果为:
石墨烯作用性能极佳的散热材料,很好的起到了散热效果,本发明将高导热石墨烯复合恒温层在水杯的间隔腔内,与间隔腔壁相接触,石墨烯层可以快速冷却倒入杯中的热水,内层铜箔和外层铜箔加速了散热的进程,本发明的水杯可以根据实际使用的需求将高导热石墨烯复合恒温层更换成保温层或者直接舍去,可以实现散热、保温、隔热功能的切换,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层插入式的设置在内卡板和外卡板之间,使其内壁和外壁均拼接成完整的圆弧形,即起到了安装方便的作用,又能够更好的与水杯相贴合,增加了散热效率。

如图所示一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层为圆环形结构,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层自外向内依次包括外层铜箔1、石墨烯层2和内层铜箔3,石墨烯层固定在外层铜箔和内层铜箔之间,所述外层铜箔和内层铜箔的截面形状均为圆弧形结构,外层铜箔截面所呈圆弧形结构所对的圆心角a为15°,内层铜箔截面所呈圆弧形结构所对的圆心角b为10°,石墨烯层的两个侧壁向内凹陷与外层铜箔、内层铜箔的形状相契合,所述外层铜箔的外壁上纵向设有四个第一卡槽4,内层铜箔的内壁上纵向设有四个第二卡槽5,第一卡槽与第二卡槽的位置相对应。
一种具有铜基石墨烯复合恒温层的水杯,包括杯体6、杯盖7和底盖8,杯体的侧壁上设有一圈间隔腔9,杯体底部设有圆柱形结构的卡接固定槽10,卡接固定槽内设有内螺纹,所述底盖的外边缘处设有一圈挡圈11,底盖的中心处设有第一穿插槽,卡接凸块12可转动的固定在第一穿插槽内,卡接凸块一端上设有外螺纹,卡接凸块的另一端上设有拨块13,旋转拨块,将卡接凸块通过螺纹配合固定在卡接固定槽内,使底盖固定在杯体上,挡圈包覆在杯体外部,所述高导热石墨烯复合恒温层14设置在间隔腔内。
所述底盖上均匀设有四组卡接板15,每组卡接板由内卡板16和外卡板17组成,内卡板和外卡板垂直固定在底盖上,内卡板与第二卡槽间隙配合,外卡板与第一卡槽间隙配合,圆环形结构的高导热石墨烯复合恒温层插入式的设置在内卡板和外卡板之间,通过卡接板插入式的设置在间隔腔内,并与间隔腔壁相接触。
石墨烯作用性能极佳的散热材料,很好的起到了散热效果,本发明将高导热石墨烯复合恒温层在水杯的间隔腔内,与间隔腔壁相接触,石墨烯层可以快速冷却倒入杯中的热水,内层铜箔和外层铜箔加速了散热的进程,本发明的水杯可以根据实际使用的需求将高导热石墨烯复合恒温层更换成保温层或者直接舍去,可以实现散热、保温、隔热功能的切换,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层插入式的设置在内卡板和外卡板之间,使其内壁和外壁均拼接成完整的圆弧形,即起到了安装方便的作用,又能够更好的与水杯相贴合,增加了散热效率;通过卡接凸块旋转实现固定,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层不随之进行转动,减少了铜箔的磨损,大幅增加了使用寿命。

1.一种铜基石墨烯复合恒温层,其特征为,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层为圆环形结构,高导热石墨烯复合恒温层自外向内依次包括外层铜箔、石墨烯层和内层铜箔,石墨烯层固定在外层铜箔和内层铜箔之间,所述外层铜箔和内层铜箔的截面形状均为圆弧形结构,石墨烯层的两个侧壁向内凹陷与外层铜箔、内层铜箔的形状相契合,所述外层铜箔的外壁上纵向设有四个第一卡槽,内层铜箔的内壁上纵向设有四个第二卡槽,第一卡槽与第二卡槽的位置相对应。
2.一种具有铜基石墨烯复合恒温层的水杯,其特征为,包括杯体、杯盖和底盖,杯体的侧壁上设有一圈间隔腔,杯体底部设有圆柱形结构的卡接固定槽,卡接固定槽内设有内螺纹,所述底盖的外边缘处设有一圈挡圈,底盖的中心处设有第一穿插槽,卡接凸块可转动的固定在第一穿插槽内,卡接凸块一端上设有外螺纹,卡接凸块的另一端上设有拨块,卡接凸块通过螺纹配合固定在卡接固定槽内,使底盖固定在杯体上,挡圈包覆在杯体外部,所述高导热石墨烯复合恒温层设置在间隔腔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有铜基石墨烯复合恒温层的水杯,其特征为,所述底盖上均匀设有四组卡接板,每组卡接板由内卡板和外卡板组成,内卡板和外卡板垂直固定在底盖上,内卡板与第二卡槽间隙配合,外卡板与第一卡槽间隙配合,圆环形结构的高导热石墨烯复合恒温层插入式的设置在内卡板和外卡板之间,通过卡接板插入式的设置在间隔腔内,并与间隔腔壁相接触。
