Abstract
The invention discloses a tire tread trimming production line, which comprises: the device comprises a roller shaft conveying line and a plurality of hair trimming stations which are sequentially arranged along the roller shaft conveying line, wherein each hair trimming station comprises a rotary boss, and at least one hair trimming manipulator is arranged outside each rotary boss; the hair trimming manipulator comprises two torsion springs symmetrically arranged on a frame body, each torsion spring is connected with a first end of a torsion arm, a second end of each torsion arm is hinged with one end of a cutter shaft arm, the other ends of the two cutter shaft arms are hinged together through a cutter shaft, a plurality of cutter heads are sequentially stacked along the axial direction of the cutter shaft, and rollers are further arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter shaft. Torsion is applied through the torsion spring, so that the cutter shaft is tightly attached to the side face of the tire with certain tension, the cutter on the cutter shaft is ensured to be always in contact with the side face of the tire, and the cutter is subjected to hair trimming work.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to tire retreading equipment, in particular to a tire tread retreading assembly line.
Background
Because the air in the mould is exhausted to the outside of the mould in the process that the green tyre is vulcanized into the tyre in the mould, the mould is provided with an exhaust hole, the rubber of the tyre is melted and flows into the exhaust hole during vulcanization, the tyre is gradually cooled after vulcanization is finished, and the 'fluff' is formed when the rubber which initially flows into the exhaust hole is hardened. In fact, all tires have the 'fuzz' which is only scraped off by some manufacturers before the tires leave the factory, so that the tires look neat. Because the tire is formed by processing the mold, the mold is provided with a plurality of small holes for exhausting air, and the tire is heated and vulcanized for a period of time after the mold is closed and pressurized. The rubber slowly softens with increasing temperature and time. When the temperature reaches the viscous flow temperature of the rubber, the rubber can have certain kinetic energy to flow. Some of the rubber will flow out of the vent holes in the mold, forming small burrs. After vulcanization, the final process of tire production is external inspection (namely appearance inspection). In this process, these small portions of the tire are removed.
There is a need for an automated apparatus for trimming rubber burrs on tires quickly and efficiently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a tire tread roughening production line.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a tire tread roughening assembly line comprising: the wool trimming machine comprises a roller shaft conveying line and a plurality of wool trimming stations which are sequentially arranged along the roller shaft conveying line, and is characterized in that each wool trimming station comprises a rotary boss, and at least one wool trimming manipulator is arranged on the outer side of each rotary boss;
the hair trimming manipulator comprises two torsion springs symmetrically arranged on the frame body, each torsion spring is connected with a first end of a torsion arm, the second end of each torsion arm is hinged with one end of a cutter shaft arm, the other end of each cutter shaft arm is hinged together through a cutter shaft, a plurality of cutter heads are sequentially stacked in the axial direction of the cutter shaft, and idler wheels are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter shaft.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating boss is a truncated cone structure, and the rotating boss is driven by a motor to rotate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the trimming robot is fixedly disposed at an outer side of the roller shaft conveying line.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the roller conveying line is provided with a plurality of rollers arranged in sequence along an extending direction of the roller conveying line, and the axes of the rollers are perpendicular to the extending direction of the roller conveying line.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a plurality of cutter heads are vertically stacked together.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, each cutter head comprises a motor and a cutter connected through a motor rotating shaft, and the cutter can be driven to rotate by a driving motor.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the motor comprises a motor body and a knife connected to the motor body; on the cutter shaft, the peripheral dimension of the idler wheel is larger than that of the motor body, and the end part of the trimming knife exceeds the periphery of the idler wheel.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the torsion spring is capable of applying a torsion force to the first ends of the two torsion arms to make the second ends of the two torsion arms close to each other.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tension magnitude and the tension direction of the hair trimming manipulator can be changed by changing the specification of the torsion spring.
The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
(1) torsion is applied through the torsion spring, so that the cutter shaft can be tightly attached to the side face of the tire with certain tension, the close contact between the trimming cutter on the cutter shaft and the side face of the tire is ensured all the time, and even when the tire or equipment shakes, the trimming cutter can also perform trimming work. Because there is the decorative pattern on the tire surface, the arbor pastes on the tire, and when arbor and tire relative rotation, the arbor can beat relative tire surface relatively, and tension can guarantee that the arbor pastes tight tire surface.
(2) Two gyro wheels set up at its arbor both ends, have guaranteed that the arbor can keep suitable distance with the tire all the time, make the repairer on the one hand can not be too near in order to avoid damaging tire and repairer from the tire, on the other hand makes the repairer can not be too far away from the tire, reduces the effect of repairing hair. In addition, due to the rolling capacity of the roller, rolling friction can be formed between the cutter shaft and the tire tread, the cutter shaft and the tire can form rolling friction in the process of trimming, and the cutter shaft and the tire are relatively stable in the process of trimming.
(3) The cutter heads which are stacked together can be continuously spliced along the axial direction of the cutter shaft by a proper length, so that the cutter shaft is ensured to be adapted to the width of the side surface of the tire.
(4) Tension applied to the surface of the tire by the trimming manipulator can be changed by replacing torsion springs with different specifications, and meanwhile, if torsion forces of the two torsion springs are different, the angles of the two torsion arms can generate asymmetric inclination, and finally, a cutter shaft generates certain offset, so that the trimming cutter on the cutter shaft can be attached to the surface of the tire at a proper angle.
(5) Rotatory boss passes through motor drive rotation, and the truncated cone structure of rotatory boss can be convenient fix the downthehole in the middle of the tire to it is rotatory to drive the tire, and the roller transmission line can make things convenient for the tire to remove on the rotatory boss. If the rotary lug boss is connected with the lifting device, the rotary lug boss can be lifted to facilitate the clamping of the tire.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, which are simplified schematic drawings and illustrate only the basic structure of the invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constituents relevant to the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a tire tread roughening line includes: the roller shaft conveying line comprises a roller shaft conveying line 1 and a plurality of hair trimming stations which are sequentially arranged along the roller shaft conveying line 1, each hair trimming station comprises a rotary boss 2, and a hair trimming manipulator 3 is further arranged on the outer side of each rotary boss 2; the rotary boss 2 is in a truncated cone structure, and the rotary boss 2 is driven to rotate by a motor. The trimming manipulator 3 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the roller shaft conveying line 1.
The hair trimming manipulator 3 comprises two torsion springs symmetrically arranged on a frame body 4 (the torsion springs are arranged in a box body 5 and are not shown in the drawing), each torsion spring is connected with a first end 7 of a torsion arm 6, a second end 8 of each torsion arm 6 is hinged with one end of a cutter shaft arm 9, the other ends of the two cutter shaft arms 9 are hinged together through a cutter shaft, a plurality of cutter heads are sequentially stacked along the axial direction of the cutter shaft, rollers 10 are further arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter shaft, and the cutter shaft is connected at the hinged position of the two cutter shaft arms 9 through bearings.
The torsion spring is capable of applying a twisting force to the first ends 7 of the two torque arms 6 to bring the second ends 8 of the two torque arms 6 closer to each other. The torsion spring applies torsion force to ensure that the cutter shaft can be tightly attached to the side surface of the tire 13 with certain tension, the cutter 12 on the cutter shaft is ensured to be always kept in close contact with the side surface of the tire 13, and the cutter 12 can be used for trimming even when the tire 13 or equipment shakes. Because the surface of the tire 13 has patterns, the cutter shaft is attached to the tire 13, when the cutter shaft and the tire 13 rotate relatively, the cutter shaft can jump relative to the surface of the tire 13, and the tension can ensure that the cutter shaft is attached to the surface of the tire 13.
The two rollers 10 are arranged at the two ends of the cutter shaft, so that the cutter shaft can always keep a proper distance from the tire 13, on one hand, the cutter 12 cannot be too close to the tire 13 to avoid damaging the tire 13 and the cutter 12, on the other hand, the cutter 12 cannot be too far away from the tire 13, and the hair repairing effect is reduced. In addition, due to the rolling capacity of the roller 10, rolling friction can be formed between the cutter shaft and the surface of the tire 13, the cutter shaft and the tire 13 can form rolling friction in the process of trimming, and the cutter shaft and the tire 13 are relatively stable in the process of trimming.
The roller conveying lines 1 are provided with a plurality of rollers which are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the roller conveying lines 1, and the axes of the rollers are perpendicular to the extending direction of the roller conveying lines 1.
A plurality of cutter heads are vertically overlapped together, and the cutter heads which are overlapped together can be continuously spliced into a proper length along the axial direction of the cutter shaft, so that the cutter shaft is ensured to be adaptive to the width of the side surface of the tire 13.
Each cutter head comprises a motor 11 and a cutter 12 connected through a motor rotating shaft, the cutter 12 can be driven to rotate by a driving motor, and the motor comprises a motor body 11 and the cutter 12 connected to the motor body 11; on the cutter shaft, the peripheral dimension of the roller 10 is larger than that of the motor body 11, and the end part of the trimming knife 12 exceeds the periphery of the roller 10.
Through the specification of changing the torsional spring, can change the tension size and the tension direction of the manipulator 3 that repairs hair, through the torsional spring of changing different specifications, can change the manipulator 3 that repairs hair and apply the tension on tire 13 surface, if simultaneously the torsion of two torsional springs is different, then the angle of two torque arms 6 can produce asymmetric slope, finally leads to the arbor to produce certain skew, makes the epaxial repairment sword 12 of arbor can paste to tire 13 surface with suitable angle.
When the tire repair machine is used, a tire 13 is conveyed to the position of the rotary boss 2 through the roller shaft conveying line 1, the cutter shaft on the repair hair manipulator 3 is tightly attached to the side surface of the tire 13 due to the extrusion of the tire 13, then the rotary boss 2 rises to clamp the tire 13 and drive the tire 13 to rotate, the repair knife 12 is driven by the motor to rotate for performing the repair hair work, and after the tire 13 rotates for a circle in the repair hair process of the repair knife, the rotary boss 2 descends to enable the tire to be separated from the boss.

A tire tread roughening assembly line comprising: the wool trimming machine comprises a roller shaft conveying line and a plurality of wool trimming stations which are sequentially arranged along the roller shaft conveying line, and is characterized in that each wool trimming station comprises a rotary boss, and at least one wool trimming manipulator is arranged on the outer side of each rotary boss; the hair trimming manipulator comprises two torsion springs symmetrically arranged on a frame body, each torsion spring is connected with a first end of a torsion arm, a second end of each torsion arm is hinged with one end of a cutter shaft arm, the other ends of the two cutter shaft arms are hinged together through a cutter shaft, a plurality of cutter heads are sequentially stacked along the axial direction of the cutter shaft, and rollers are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter shaft; the rotary boss is of a truncated cone structure and is driven to rotate by a motor; the trimming manipulator is fixedly arranged on the outer side edge of the roller shaft conveying line.

The tire tread roughening assembly line of claim 1, wherein: the roller conveying line is provided with a plurality of rollers which are arranged along the extending direction of the roller conveying line in sequence, and the roller axis is perpendicular to the extending direction of the roller conveying line.
3. The tire tread roughening assembly line of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of tool bits are vertically stacked together.
4. The tire tread roughening assembly line of claim 1, wherein: each tool bit all includes the motor and the clipper that connects through the motor shaft, the clipper can be driven by driving motor and rotate.
