Abstract

本发明公开了一种橡胶颗粒表面液体胶黏剂涂覆方法及涂覆装置,它主要是将橡胶颗粒置于一个涂胶转盘上,采用喷淋方式在橡胶颗粒表面喷涂胶黏剂,然后将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒烘干,烘干时,将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒送往一热风烘干炉,烘干炉内部用带狭缝的斜置隔板隔开,斜置隔板通过振动电机产生振动,同时从斜置隔板下部送入热风,热风从斜置隔板狭缝进入,使橡胶颗粒由烘干炉炉头移动到炉尾时,颗粒表面的胶液能完全固化而失去粘结性能;最后将烘干后的涂胶橡胶颗粒收集在储料仓中备用。本发明不但实现了橡胶颗粒表面涂覆粘结剂的产业化,进一步提高了橡胶颗粒与水泥的粘结性能。而且也为其他固体颗粒表面涂覆胶黏剂提供了一条途径。

Description

橡胶颗粒表面液体胶黏剂涂覆方法及涂覆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体颗粒表面处理方法,尤其是一种在橡胶颗粒表面涂覆胶黏剂的方法。
背景技术
随着全球工业经济的迅速发展和汽车数量的不断增加,全世界每年都有大量废旧汽车轮胎淘汰下来。据有关资料统计,仅有15%-20%的废旧轮胎可以得到回收利用,其余大部分废旧轮胎被当作燃料燃烧或者堆放,造成相当大的环境污染。如何处理日益增多的废旧轮胎成为世界性难题。
随着科学技术的发展,也出现了许多处理废旧轮胎的方法。废旧轮胎的主要成分是橡胶。由于橡胶制品具有良好的变形性能,可以把废旧轮胎加工成不同粒径的橡胶颗粒,加入到水泥混凝土中,改善水泥混凝土脆性大的缺点,提高水泥混凝土的吸声隔热性能和抗冲击性能。
由于橡胶颗粒是有机高分子材料,若将其直接添加到水泥混凝土中,水泥对橡胶颗粒的粘附性不好,常会出现脱层现象,影响制品性能。若将橡胶颗粒应用在水泥混凝土中,需对颗粒表面进行处理,改善水泥与橡胶颗粒的粘结性能。传统的处理方法是用NaOH溶液浸泡橡胶颗粒,来提高橡胶与水泥的粘结性能。但是,这种处理方法效果不明显,并且会产生大量碱性废液,带来新的污染。
在橡胶颗粒表面涂覆一层或多层亲无机胶凝材料的涂层,是提高橡胶颗粒与水泥粘结性能的一种有效方法。中国专利申请号2007101770530公开了一种改善橡胶混凝土中橡胶-水泥石基体的界面处理剂,文中记载了利用界面处理剂对橡胶颗粒表面预处理的方法:首先将界面剂溶解在热水中,成分分散和搅拌均匀,然后将橡胶颗粒和界面剂水溶液搅拌均匀,最后放在干燥的环境下直到橡胶颗粒表面完全干燥。这种方法虽然能在橡胶表面涂覆上界面剂,但是还存在以下几个缺陷:一是由于是在橡胶颗粒表面直接涂覆胶黏剂,当胶液固化时,会将橡胶颗粒粘结在一起,结成大块或粘结成为一个整体,这样会导致橡胶颗粒无法得到正常应用,制约了橡胶颗粒在水泥混凝土中的应用。二是,这种先将粘结剂溶解再放入橡胶颗粒的办法,势必不好控制粘结剂在橡胶颗粒表面涂覆的厚度和均匀度,如果涂层太薄或涂覆不均匀,则水泥胶凝材料对橡胶颗粒的粘结力就不均匀,那些粘结力较小的部位就会影响橡胶混凝土的整体强度。三是,这种方法处理后的橡胶颗粒由于相互容易粘连,导致处理后的橡胶颗粒存在残缺现象,而残缺的橡胶颗粒如果作为集料,与其他原材料如水泥等混合时,会使混凝土产生气泡,反而会降低混凝土的强度。
因此,目前市场上还没有更好的适合橡胶颗粒涂胶的方法,也没有这方面的相关文献报道。
发明内容
为了解决橡胶颗粒涂覆粘结剂相互粘连,涂覆均匀度、完整度和厚度难以控制的技术问题,本发明提供一种橡胶颗粒表面胶黏剂涂覆方法,可使橡胶颗粒表面固结一层胶黏剂层,满足橡胶颗粒表面改性。
本发明同时提供实施这种涂覆方法的涂覆装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种橡胶颗粒表面胶黏剂涂覆方法,其特征在于,包括以下四个步骤:
第一步,调配胶黏剂
根据橡胶颗粒表面粘附的胶层厚度确定胶黏剂的粘度;
对于单组分胶黏剂,如丙烯酸乳液、聚乙烯醇溶液等,直接用稀释剂将胶黏剂调配至要求的粘度即可;
对于双组分或多组分胶黏剂,如环氧树脂、聚氨酯胶黏剂等,要根据各组分配合比进行掺混均匀,并调配至要求粘度才可应用;
第二步:在橡胶颗粒表面喷涂胶黏剂
将橡胶颗粒置于斜置的涂胶转盘上,转动涂胶转盘,使橡胶颗粒随着涂胶转盘转动而滚动,在滚动的同时在橡胶颗粒上方慢慢喷洒液体胶黏剂,使橡胶颗粒表面均匀涂满胶黏剂。涂胶转盘与水平面倾角在5°-60°之内选取。
第三步:将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒烘干
设置一热风烘干炉,烘干炉内部用带狭缝的斜置隔板隔开成上下两个空间,斜置隔板的进料端高于出料端,要求斜置隔板与水平面的倾角在20°以下调整,斜置隔板通过振动电机产生振动;
将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒送往斜置隔板,同时从斜置隔板下部送入热风,热风从斜置隔板狭缝进入,调整烘干炉的进风速度,保证斜置隔板上的涂胶颗粒在往前行过程中被吹散;根据进风速度和胶液固化时间,调整斜置隔板与水平面的倾角,使橡胶颗粒由烘干炉炉头移动到炉尾时,颗粒表面的胶液能完全固化而失去粘结性能。
第四步:将烘干后的涂胶橡胶颗粒收集在储料仓中备用
烘干后的涂胶橡胶颗粒送往集料仓备用,这样,单个橡胶颗粒表面都被涂覆上一层固化的胶黏剂层,避免了橡胶颗粒之间的粘连。再将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒作为集料,与其他原材料(如水泥等)混合,即可制得相应橡胶颗粒制品。
橡胶颗粒表面涂胶时需要注意以下事项:
1、烘干炉中的热风温度由胶黏剂性质决定。
2、如果橡胶颗粒表面涂层厚度没有达到规定要求,可以用此方法涂覆第二遍、第三遍…,直至橡胶颗粒表面涂层达到预期要求为止。
3、如果集料仓中出现颗粒粘连现象,说明颗粒表面胶黏剂没有固化完全。可适当调整隔板倾角,延长涂胶颗粒在烘干炉中的停留时间,使颗粒表面“干透”(即胶黏剂固化反应结束)后再导入集料仓中。
为了实施上述方法,本发明提供一种敷涂装置,该装置主要包括:储料罐、涂胶喷头、涂胶转盘、热风烘干炉和集料仓;其中:
所述的储料罐是一个带盖的罐体,盖上设有进气口,底部设有出料口;
所述的涂胶喷头连接在储料罐底部的出料口,喷头的喷向对准涂胶转盘;
所述的涂胶转盘是一个斜置的可转动的大转盘,大转盘与水平面成5°到60°倾角之内,涂胶转盘由电机带动,沿中心轴旋转;涂胶转盘上的物料通过传送带送入热风烘干炉;
所述的热风烘干炉结构是:在一炉体内设有带狭缝的斜置隔板,斜置隔板与水平面倾角在20°以下,斜置隔板将炉膛分为上下两个空间,上部空间是物料间,下部空间为通风空间,斜置隔板底部设有振动电机;在炉体上部空间一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,从出料口排出的涂胶颗粒通过传送带输送到集料仓;在炉体底部设有热风进口,炉体顶部设有出风口。
本发明的积极效果是:
1、由于在涂胶阶段设置了涂胶转盘,在烘干炉内设置了斜置的振动隔板,使得橡胶颗粒无论是涂胶阶段态还是烘干阶段始终处于滚动状态或悬浮状态,保证了各个橡胶颗粒的独立性,避免了胶液固化时橡胶颗粒与颗粒之间的粘连。
2、由于采用热风烘干,使得烘干后的涂胶颗粒干燥均匀,加速了胶黏剂的固化,提高了工作效率。
3、由于采用从上而下的喷淋方式往滚动的橡胶颗粒喷洒粘结剂,不但保证了涂覆均匀度和完整度,而且涂覆厚度容易控制。
4、本发明的方法适用于可与橡胶粘结的液态胶黏剂,从而使橡胶颗粒表面呈现出不同性质,提高了橡胶颗粒与多种材料的相适应性,扩大了橡胶颗粒的应用范围。
5、本发明方法也可用于在其他固体颗粒表面涂覆胶黏剂。
长期以来,本领域技术人员在面对如何提高橡胶颗粒与水泥粘结性能问题时,一直致力于寻求更好的粘结剂,其实,粘结剂的选择只是影响橡胶颗粒与水泥粘结性能好坏的一个因素,更何况材料的选择必定是有限的,选择更好的材料势必会提高成本,原本是为了利用废旧轮胎降低成本,如果处理橡胶的成本大于因利用废橡胶而节省的费用会得不偿失。本发明打破常规思维,弱化粘结剂的影响力,从如何提高橡胶颗粒表面粘结剂的均匀度和完整度,同时保证橡胶颗粒的独立性下手,设立一套简易的方法,这种方法不但实现了橡胶颗粒表面涂覆粘结剂的产业化,进一步提高了橡胶颗粒与水泥的粘结性能。而且也为其他固体颗粒表面涂覆胶黏剂提供了一条途径,具有突出的实质性特点特点和显著的进步,符合专利法第22条第3款规定的创造性。

具体实施方式
本发明涂覆装置结构如图1所示,按照物料走向叙述,涂胶装置总体包括、储料罐1、涂胶喷头3、涂胶转盘3、热风烘干炉和集料仓10,从图中可以看出:
所述的储料罐1带盖,盖上设有进气口2,用于向储料罐1施压压力,从而使得储料罐1的胶黏剂能够通过涂胶喷头3慢慢喷洒到涂胶转盘上的橡胶颗粒上,储料罐1底部设有出料口。
所述的涂胶喷头连接在储料罐1底部的出料口,喷头的喷向对准涂胶转盘3。
所述的涂胶转盘3是一个斜置的可转动的大转盘,大转盘与水平面成45°倾角,涂胶转盘3由电机带动,沿中心轴旋转;涂胶转盘3上的物料通过第一传送带5送入热风烘干炉;
所述的热风烘干炉结构是:在一炉体11内设有带狭缝的斜置隔板7,斜置隔板7与水平面倾角为10°,斜置隔板7将炉膛分为上下两个空间,上部空间是物料间,下部空间为通风空间,斜置隔板7底部设有振动电机10;在炉体11上部空间一端设有热风烘干炉进料口6,另一端设有热风烘干炉出料口12,从出料口12排出的涂胶颗粒通过第二传送带13输送到集料仓14;在炉体底部设有热风进口9,炉体顶部设有出风口8。
下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明的涂胶方法。
实施例1:
以在橡胶颗粒表面涂覆丙烯酸乳液为例作具体说明。
将固含量为45%~50%的丙烯酸乳液与水按4:(1~1.5)(体积比)混合,加入适量消泡剂,混合均匀,置于储胶罐1中。
将橡胶颗粒置于涂胶转盘4内,开启涂胶转盘4和涂胶喷头3,同时通过储胶罐1进气口向储胶罐1施加压力,丙烯酸乳液从罐体底部的出料口喷出并通过涂胶喷头3均匀喷洒在涂胶转盘4的橡胶颗粒上,当橡胶颗粒表面均匀布满丙烯酸乳液后,将其送入烘干炉中。开启烘干炉热风,将热风温度控制在丙烯酸乳液固化温度范围内,并使斜置隔板7处于振动状态,使涂满丙烯酸乳液的橡胶颗粒从斜置隔板7进料端缓慢滚落到出料端。调整斜置隔板7的倾角可以控制橡胶颗粒下落速度,使橡胶颗粒滚落到斜置隔板7出料端时,丙烯酸乳液完全固结在橡胶颗粒表面。
这样,表面涂覆丙烯酸乳液的橡胶颗粒就做好了,由热风烘干炉出料口12通过第二传送带13送往集料仓14备用。
实施例2:
实施例2是以在橡胶颗粒表面涂覆双组份环氧树脂胶黏剂为例作具体说明。
实施例2的涂胶方法和实施例1基本相同,不同的是实施例二的环氧树脂和固化剂在使用时,需要现场分别按照比例要求称重倒入储料罐1中混合均匀,切不可提前混合后备用,否则会提前固化,热风温度也是在双组份环氧树脂胶黏剂的固化温度范围内选取。
以上,仅为本发明的两个具体实施例,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,尤其是涂胶转盘和斜置隔板的斜度等等,根据现场情况随时在技术方案范围内选取。胶黏剂的选择也不仅仅限于此,现有技术中能改善橡胶混凝土中橡胶-水泥石基体的界面处理剂也在本发明的保护范围之内,总之,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种橡胶颗粒表面胶黏剂涂覆方法,其特征在于,包括以下四个步骤:
第一步,调配胶黏剂
根据橡胶颗粒表面粘附的胶层厚度确定胶黏剂的粘度;
对于单组分胶黏剂,直接用稀释剂将胶黏剂调配至要求的粘度即可;
对于双组分或多组分胶黏剂,要根据各组分配合比进行掺混均匀,并调配至要求粘度才可应用;
第二步:在橡胶颗粒表面喷涂胶黏剂
将橡胶颗粒置于斜置的涂胶转盘上,转动涂胶转盘,使橡胶颗粒随着涂胶转盘转动而滚动,在滚动的同时在橡胶颗粒上方慢慢喷洒液体胶黏剂,使橡胶颗粒表面均匀涂满胶黏剂;
第三步:将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒烘干
设置一热风烘干炉,烘干炉内部用带狭缝的斜置隔板隔开成上下两个空间,斜置隔板的进料端高于出料端,斜置隔板与水平面的倾角在20°以下,斜置隔板通过振动电机产生振动;
将涂胶后的橡胶颗粒送往斜置隔板,同时从斜置隔板下部送入热风,热风从斜置隔板狭缝进入,调整烘干炉的进风速度,保证斜置隔板上的涂胶颗粒在往前行过程中被吹散;根据进风速度和胶液固化时间,调整斜置隔板与水平面的倾角,使橡胶颗粒由烘干炉炉头移动到炉尾时,颗粒表面的胶液能完全固化而失去粘结性能;
第四步:将烘干后的涂胶橡胶颗粒收集在储料仓中备用
烘干后的涂胶橡胶颗粒送往集料仓备用,这样,单个橡胶颗粒表面都被涂覆上一层固化的胶黏剂层,避免了橡胶颗粒之间的粘连。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶颗粒表面胶黏剂涂覆方法,其特征在于,涂胶转盘与水平面倾角在5°-60°之内选取。
3.一种实施权利要求1-2任一所述的橡胶颗粒表面胶黏剂涂覆方法的涂覆装置,其特征在于,该装置主要包括:储料罐、涂胶喷头、涂胶转盘、热风烘干炉和集料仓;其中:
所述的储料罐是一个带盖的罐体,盖上设有进气口,底部设有出料口;
所述的涂胶喷头连接在储料罐底部的出料口,喷头的喷向对准涂胶转盘;
所述的涂胶转盘是一个斜置的可转动的大转盘,涂胶转盘由电机带动,沿中心轴旋转;涂胶转盘上的物料通过传送带送入热风烘干炉;
所述的热风烘干炉结构是:在一炉体内设有带狭缝的斜置隔板,斜置隔板与水平面倾角在20°以下,斜置隔板将炉膛分为上下两个空间,上部空间是物料间,下部空间为通风空间,斜置隔板底部设有振动电机;在炉体上部空间一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,从出料口排出的涂胶颗粒通过传送带输送到集料仓;在炉体底部设有热风进口,炉体顶部设有出风口。
