犬胃肠炎是犬较常见的一种消化道疾病，由于家犬经长期驯养后，已不适合吃不卫生和不易消化的食物，否则会很容易导致胃肠炎，通常包括传染性出血性肠炎、食物性肠炎和异物性肠炎等类型，现有的防治方法通过加强对狗的管理，治疗主要以补液和口服液为主，治疗周期通常持续3-4天，治疗后肠胃受到一定损伤，食欲需要很长时间恢复，因此需要一种疗效快，能使患病犬快速恢复食欲的治疗方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题，提供了一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物及其使用方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，包括以下内容：
（1）静脉注射液包括：质量浓度为5%的糖盐水500-1000ml、庆大霉素20-30万单位、VB60.5-0.8g、VC 0.2-0.6g、地塞米松0.1-0.2g、止血芳酸0.2-0.4g、细辛挥发油0.1-0.2g；
（2）肌肉注射液包括：按重量份计，注射用水80-100份、VB1 4-6份、吗啉胍2-3份、爱茂尔2-8份、茺蔚子提纯物1-2份；其中茺蔚子提纯物的制备方法为，将茺蔚子加10倍的水煎煮3次，每次熬煮40-80分钟，合并三次煎煮液，离心取上清液，水煎液上D-4020大孔树脂柱，每克树脂上0.4-0.8ml药液，大孔树脂用3-5倍重的纯净水洗脱，弃去水洗液，再用6-8倍的60%的乙醇洗脱，回收洗脱液中的乙醇，减压抽干，收集残留物溶于相当于其重量6倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，过滤，回收乙醇并抽干，再用相当于其重量4倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇溶解、再抽干，最后溶于质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，在超声波频率为22-24kHz的情况下处理30秒，放置，析出结晶、过滤，得到茺蔚子提纯物；
（3）中药灌肠液的制备方法，按重量份计，取黄柏30份、莲须20份、白头翁20份、仙鹤草20份、炒地榆45份、焦楂45份、米壳6份、苦参20份、香橼15份混合后水煎三次，合并滤液，得到中药灌肠液。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：按照本发明中三步法治疗犬胃肠炎，疗效快，普通病症进行一次，病症严重则需要重复两次，治疗完成后能够有效止吐，排泄规律，粪便恢复正常，有效改善食欲不振的症状，能够降低肠道损伤，有效保护肠道，平衡肠道内生态平衡，治疗后观察一周无反复，治愈率达到94%左右，适于推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，包括以下内容：
（1）静脉注射液包括：质量浓度为5%的糖盐水500-1000ml、庆大霉素20万单位、VB60.5g、VC 0.4g、地塞米松0.1g、止血芳酸0.4g、细辛挥发油0.2g；
（2）肌肉注射液包括：按重量份计，注射用水100g、VB1 4g、吗啉胍3g、爱茂尔6g、茺蔚子提纯物1g；其中茺蔚子提纯物的制备方法为，将茺蔚子加10倍的水煎煮3次，每次熬煮40-80分钟，合并三次煎煮液，离心取上清液，水煎液上D-4020大孔树脂柱，每克树脂上0.4-0.8ml药液，大孔树脂用3-5倍重的纯净水洗脱，弃去水洗液，再用6-8倍的60%的乙醇洗脱，回收洗脱液中的乙醇，减压抽干，收集残留物溶于相当于其重量6倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，过滤，回收乙醇并抽干，再用相当于其重量4倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇溶解、再抽干，最后溶于质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，在超声波频率为22-24kHz的情况下处理30秒，放置，析出结晶、过滤，得到茺蔚子提纯物；
（3）中药灌肠，按重量份计，取黄柏30g、莲须20g、白头翁20g、炒地榆45g、焦楂45g、米壳6g、苦参20g、香橼15g混合后，用相当于其重量4-5倍的水煎煮三次，每次的煎煮时间依次为3小时、2.5小时和2小时，合并滤液，得到中药灌肠液。
其中，所述细辛挥发油由细辛药材加入相当于其重量10倍的水中，浸泡6小时后，用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油4小时得到。
其中，所述中药灌肠液在使用时平均分成两次灌肠，两次灌肠中间间隔时间为1.5-2小时。
对50例患有胃肠炎的犬，进行治疗，静脉注射液的注射量为60-100ml，注射速度为20滴/ml，肌肉注射液的注射量为5-10ml，按常规方法深部灌肠，进行一次三步法治疗后，治愈42例，7例有效，1例无效，对有效例第二次三步法治疗后，治愈7例，有效例在治愈后观察1周，无反复，说明该发明中治疗方法见效快，治愈率高。
实施例2
一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，包括以下内容：
（1）静脉注射液包括：质量浓度为5%的糖盐水800ml、庆大霉素30万单位、VB6 0.8g、VC0.4g、地塞米松0.2g、止血芳酸0.3g、细辛挥发油0.2g；
（2）肌肉注射液包括：注射用水100g、VB1 4g、吗啉胍3g、爱茂尔5g、茺蔚子提纯物2g；
（3）所述中药灌肠液的制备方法为：按重量份计，取黄柏30g、莲须20g、白头翁20g、炒地榆45g、焦楂45g、米壳6g、苦参20g、白芨15g、炒大黄20g、藕节炭8g、磺胺结晶粉12g、枯矾6g、云南白药6g混合后水煎三次，合并滤液，即得，中药灌肠液分两次深部灌肠。
其余内容与实施例1相同。
病例1，一只体重为9.8kg，2周杂交狗就诊，该狗发病4-6天，体温38.5℃，病情严重，精神较差，消瘦、喜卧底、鼻盘偏干，每天呕吐6-8次，排稀水粪便，一天5-6次，犬细小病毒病检测为阴性，按照实施例2中方法治疗，按三步法治疗1次后，呕吐症状明显缓解，精神有所恢复，第二次治疗后完全康复，观察7天无复发。
病例2，一只体重为5.8kg、3周的纯种北京狗就诊，该狗发病2-3天，每天呕吐2-3次，排稀水粪便，一天7-8次，，体温为39.2℃，鼻盘偏干，脱水，精神差，犬细小病毒病检测为阴性，按照实施例1中方法治疗，按三步法治疗1次后，完全康复，呕吐症状和排稀症状消失，食欲基本恢复，观察7天，无反复。

Claims (5)

1.一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，其特征在于，包括静脉注射液，肌肉注射液和中药灌肠液，具体内容如下：
（1）静脉注射液包括：质量浓度为5%的糖盐水500-1000ml、庆大霉素20-30万单位、VB60.5-0.8g、VC 0.2-0.6g、地塞米松0.1-0.2g、止血芳酸0.2-0.4g、细辛挥发油0.1-0.2g；
（2）肌肉注射液包括：按重量份计，注射用水80-100份、VB1 4-6份、吗啉胍2-3份、爱茂尔2-8份、茺蔚子提纯物1-2份；其中茺蔚子提纯物的制备方法为，将茺蔚子加10倍的水煎煮3次，每次熬煮40-80分钟，合并三次煎煮液，离心取上清液，水煎液上D-4020大孔树脂柱，每克树脂上0.4-0.8ml药液，大孔树脂用3-5倍重的纯净水洗脱，弃去水洗液，再用6-8倍的60%的乙醇洗脱，回收洗脱液中的乙醇，减压抽干，收集残留物溶于相当于其重量6倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，过滤，回收乙醇并抽干，再用相当于其重量4倍的质量浓度为98%的乙醇溶解、再抽干，最后溶于质量浓度为98%的乙醇中，在超声波频率为22-24kHz的情况下处理30秒，放置，析出结晶、过滤，得到茺蔚子提纯物；
（3）中药灌肠液的制备方法，按重量份计，取黄柏30份、莲须20份、白头翁20份、仙鹤草20份、炒地榆45份、焦楂45份、米壳6份、苦参20份、香橼15份混合后水煎三次，合并滤液，得到中药灌肠液。
2.一种如权利要求1所述三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，其特征在于，所述中药灌肠液的制备方法为：按重量份计，取黄柏30份、莲须20份、白头翁20份、仙鹤草20份、炒地榆45份、焦楂45份、米壳6份、苦参20份、白芨15份、炒大黄20份、藕节炭8份、磺胺结晶粉12份、枯矾6份、云南白药6份混合后水煎三次，合并滤液，即得。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，其特征在于，所述细辛挥发油由细辛药材加入相当于其重量10倍的水中，浸泡6小时后，用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油4小时得到。
4.如权利要求1或2所述一种三步法治疗犬胃肠炎的药物，其特征在于，所述步骤3中药物在相当于其重量4-5份的水中煎煮三次，每次的煎煮时间依次为3小时、2.5小时和2小时。
