背景技术
现代医学认为，咽喉为人体重要的免疫器官，许多感染性疾病和免疫性疾病都与咽喉有密切关系。咽喉炎是临床上的常见病和多发病，有急、慢性之分，属于上呼吸道感染的一部分。急性发作时患者常常自觉咽喉疼痛，伴有梗然欠利，咽部不爽，发音欠扬，咽干思饮以言多为甚，或有咽部异物感等症状。慢性咽喉炎只能用中药来治疗，主要是因脏腑功能紊乱而引起热毒郁积上浮咽喉所致。

下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料：发明人2011年12月-2015年12月间共收集了64例慢性咽喉炎患者，其中，年龄20岁～50岁，病情1个月～3个月。随机分为：治疗组32例，对照组32例。两组年龄等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法：(1)对照组服用某市售咽喉片，按照说明书服用。疗程21天。(2)治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例2制得的散剂，早、中、晚各一次。疗程21天。(3)疗效标准及治疗结果：疗效标准：痊愈：慢性咽喉炎的临床症状全部消失。好转：慢性咽喉炎的临床症状减轻，病情得到控制。无效：慢性咽喉炎的临床症状无明显好转或加重。以痊愈和好转计算有效率。治疗统计结果见表1。

由此可见，采用本发明的组方制得的药物能够安全有效治疗慢性咽喉炎。
毒性试验：
试验药品是本发明实施例2中的散剂。试验动物为ICR种小白鼠，体重18～22克，雌雄各半，共40只。试验方法是，禁食12小时后，按20克/千克给小白鼠灌胃4个月，长期毒性试验结果显示，小白鼠体重，肝、肾功能、血象等与对照组无明显差异，表明该药的安全性大，属于无毒级别。

本实施例中的治疗慢性咽喉炎的中药，称取毛草14克、臭山羊16克、菟丝子12克、乌梅炭16克、人中白12克、鬼针草16克、铁马鞭12克、桐叶千金藤18克、珠芽蓼12克、羊蹄草16克、山矾花12克、孩儿草16克、排草香12克、黑及草16克、天名精12克、巴茅根16克、喉咙草12克、仁丹草16克、冬凌草12克、辛夷花16克、寸金草12克、龙利叶16克、瓜萎皮12克、回心草16克。加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，合均匀，包装，即得符合治疗用1天用量的散剂。用于治疗慢性咽喉炎，口服，每日分早、中、晚三次服用。
实施例3
本实施例中的治疗慢性咽喉炎的中药，称取毛草16克、臭山羊18克、菟丝子14克、乌梅炭18克、人中白14克、鬼针草18克、铁马鞭14克、桐叶千金藤20克、珠芽蓼14克、羊蹄草18克、山矾花14克、孩儿草18克、排草香14克、黑及草18克、天名精14克、巴茅根18克、喉咙草14克、仁丹草18克、冬凌草14克、辛夷花18克、寸金草14克、龙利叶18克、瓜萎皮14克、回心草18克。加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，混合均匀，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即得符合治疗用1天用量的颗粒剂。用于治疗慢性咽喉炎，口服，每日分早、中、晚三次服用。
