Abstract

本发明提供了一种甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素15~20份,石灰粉20~25份,吐温3~5份,羟甲基纤维素4~6份,聚乙烯醇3~5份,葡萄糖15~20份,甘油5~7份,乙醇6~8份,氨基酸4~6份,水杨酸3~5份,海藻酸钙2~4份,水1000份,将各组分溶解后混合即得。本发明所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,能够在甜叶菊的表面形成防冻保护膜,有效保护甜叶菊抵御寒冷的能力,增强甜叶菊抗寒性能,可直接喷洒于植物叶面,使用方法简便。

一种甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂
技术领域
本发明涉及甜叶菊种植技术领域,具体地,涉及一种甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
背景技术
甜叶菊为菊科甜菊属多年生草本植物。甜叶菊整株都含有糖分,以叶片的甜度最高,含糖苷约14%,枝梗的糖苷相当于叶片的一半,甜叶菊叶片经晒干粉碎后即可当糖料,或经乙醇沉析得到甜叶菊糖苷,甜度相当于白砂糖的250-300倍,而热量仅为白砂糖的1/300,不仅如此,甜菊糖无毒副作用,无致癌物,食用安全,经常食用可预防高血压、糖尿病、肥胖症、心脏病、龋齿等病症,是一种替代蔗糖非常理想的甜味剂。目前,已广泛应用于食品、饮料、医药、日用化工、酿酒、化妆品等行业,并且较使用蔗糖可节省成本60%。
甜叶菊是喜温植物,耐寒性较差,在寒冷的冬季若不采取防冻措施进行保温,则容易被冻死,进而导致次年萌发率降低,影响甜叶菊的经济效益。目前采用覆盖稻草或大棚保温的越冬方法,覆盖稻草虽然简单便捷,但需要覆盖至10-20cm才可以有保温防冷的效果,物资耗费大,而且若遇雨雪对甜叶菊将会造成严重损害;采用大棚保温需要控制大棚温度,不能直接撤除大棚,以避免甜叶菊对外界温度的不适应。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种有效增强甜叶菊抗寒防冻的越冬防冻剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素15~20份,石灰粉20~25份,吐温3~5份,羟甲基纤维素4~6份,聚乙烯醇3~5份,葡萄糖15~20份,甘油5~7份,乙醇6~8份,氨基酸4~6份,水杨酸0.5~1.5份,海藻酸钙2~4份,水1000份。
优选地,所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素18份,石灰粉22份,吐温4份,羟甲基纤维素5份,聚乙烯醇4份,葡萄糖18份,甘油6份,乙醇7份,氨基酸5份,水杨酸1份,海藻酸钙3份,水1000份。
优选地,所述氨基酸为脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸的按重量比为2:1:1。
一种如所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钙加300份水搅拌均匀;
(2)将尿素、葡萄糖、氨基酸、水杨酸加200份水充分溶解;
(3)将所述步骤(1)和所述步骤(2)中的溶液混合,加入余下重量份的水、甘油、乙醇,混合均匀即得所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,能够在甜叶菊的表面形成防冻保护膜,有效保护甜叶菊抵御寒冷的能力,增强甜叶菊抗寒性能,可直接喷洒于植物叶面,使用方法简便。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素18份,石灰粉22份,吐温4份,羟甲基纤维素5份,聚乙烯醇4份,葡萄糖18份,甘油6份,乙醇7份,氨基酸5份,水杨酸1份,海藻酸钙3份,水1000份;其中所述氨基酸为脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸的按重量比为2:1:1。
如所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钙加300份水搅拌均匀;
(2)将尿素、葡萄糖、氨基酸、水杨酸加200份水充分溶解;
(3)将所述步骤(1)和所述步骤(2)中的溶液混合,加入余下重量份的水、甘油、乙醇,混合均匀即得所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
将其所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂用于甜叶菊越冬防冻,观测其越冬后甜叶菊的萌发率较不施用所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的甜叶菊,越冬后萌发率提高了40%,受冻害情况降低了32%。
实施例2
本实施例所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素20份,石灰粉20份,吐温5份,羟甲基纤维素4份,聚乙烯醇3份,葡萄糖20份,甘油5份,乙醇8份,氨基酸4份,水杨酸0.5份,海藻酸钙2份,水1000份;其中所述氨基酸为脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸的按重量比为2:1:1。
如所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钙加300份水搅拌均匀;
(2)将尿素、葡萄糖、氨基酸、水杨酸加200份水充分溶解;
(3)将所述步骤(1)和所述步骤(2)中的溶液混合,加入余下重量份的水、甘油、乙醇,混合均匀即得所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
将其所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂用于甜叶菊越冬防冻,观测其越冬后甜叶菊的萌发率较不施用所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的甜叶菊,越冬后萌发率提高了36%,受冻害情况降低了30%。
实施例3
本实施例所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素15份,石灰粉25份,吐温3份,羟甲基纤维素6份,聚乙烯醇5份,葡萄糖15份,甘油7份,乙醇6份,氨基酸6份,水杨酸1.5份,海藻酸钙4份,水1000份;其中所述氨基酸为脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸的按重量比为2:1:1。
如所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钙加300份水搅拌均匀;
(2)将尿素、葡萄糖、氨基酸、水杨酸加200份水充分溶解;
(3)将所述步骤(1)和所述步骤(2)中的溶液混合,加入余下重量份的水、甘油、乙醇,混合均匀即得所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
将其所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂用于甜叶菊越冬防冻,观测其越冬后甜叶菊的萌发率较不施用所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的甜叶菊,越冬后萌发率提高了33%,受冻害情况降低了30%。

1.一种甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素15~20份,石灰粉20~25份,吐温3~5份,羟甲基纤维素4~6份,聚乙烯醇3~5份,葡萄糖15~20份,甘油5~7份,乙醇6~8份,氨基酸4~6份,水杨酸0.5~1.5份,海藻酸钙2~4份,水1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:尿素18份,石灰粉22份,吐温4份,羟甲基纤维素5份,聚乙烯醇4份,葡萄糖18份,甘油6份,乙醇7份,氨基酸5份,水杨酸1.0份,海藻酸钙3份,水1000份。
3.根据权利要求1所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸的按重量比为2:1:1。
4.一种如根据权利要求1-3任一项所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钙加300份水搅拌均匀;
(2)将尿素、葡萄糖、氨基酸、水杨酸加200份水充分溶解;
(3)将所述步骤(1)和所述步骤(2)中的溶液混合,加入余下重量份的水、甘油、乙醇,混合均匀即得所述甜叶菊根茬越冬防冻剂。
