背景技术
存在配制致密型液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的趋势。这些致密型制剂旨在提供与更稀的制剂相同的总体清洁有益效果,然而具有总体更小的体积。因此,可将更小体积的组合物加入洗涤液体中,并且因此需要使用更小的包装,节约包装材料、空间、运输成本等,从而导致更加环境友好的组合物。
然而,致密型制剂的问题是它们留下很少的可用于添加新技术的空间。如果配制人员希望添加新成分,则他们将常常必须降低其它成分中至少一种的含量并且因此损害由该成分提供的有益效果。
通常,为了添加新成分,需要减少洗涤剂表面活性剂的含量。这不利地影响由衣物洗涤剂组合物提供的清洁有益效果。
因此,本领域中仍然需要致密型衣物洗涤剂组合物,其优化表面活性剂含量以确保优异的清洁同时仍然允许掺入新成分。

液体衣物洗涤剂组合物

适于用作小袋材料的优选聚合物、共聚物或其衍生物选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚环氧烷、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、纤维素、纤维素醚、纤维素酯、纤维素酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚羧酸和聚羧酸盐、聚氨基酸或肽、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、多糖(包括淀粉和明胶)、天然树胶(诸如黄原胶和角叉菜胶)。更优选的聚合物选自聚丙烯酸酯和水溶性丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、糊精、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、麦芽糖糊精、聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并且最优选选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇共聚物和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、以及它们的组合。优选地,小袋材料中的聚合物如PVA聚合物的含量为至少60%。聚合物可具有任何重均分子量,优选约1000至1,000,000,更优选约10,000至300,000,还更优选约20,000至150,000。
聚合物的混合物也可用作膜材料。这对于根据其应用和所需的要求来控制隔室或小袋的机械特性和/或溶解特性来讲可能是有益的。合适的混合物包括例如其中一种聚合物具有比另一种聚合物高的水溶解度,和/或一种聚合物具有比另一种聚合物高的机械强度。还合适的是具有不同重均分子量的聚合物的混合物,例如重均分子量为10,000-40,000,优选约20,000的PVA或其共聚物与重均分子量为约100,000-300,000,优选约150,000的PVA或其共聚物的混合物。还适于本文的是共混聚合物组合物,例如包含水解可降解的和水溶性的共混聚合物如聚交酯和聚乙烯醇,可通过将聚交酯和聚乙烯醇混合而获得,通常包含按重量计约1-35%的聚交酯和按重量计约65%至99%的聚乙烯醇。优选用于本文的是约60%至约98%水解,优选约80%至约90%水解以改善材料的溶解特性的聚合物。
优选的膜在冷水中表现出良好的溶解性,冷水是指直接得自水龙头的未加热的水。优选地,此类膜在低于25℃,更优选低于21℃,更优选低于15℃的温度下表现出良好的溶解度。良好的溶解度是指,如上所述在使用具有20微米最大孔径的玻璃过滤器之后,由此处提出的方法测得,膜表现出至少50%,优选至少75%,或甚至至少95%的水溶解度。
优选的膜是以商业备谘M8630、M8900、M8779、M8310由Monosol提供的那些,US 6166 117和US 6 787 512中所述的膜,和具有相应溶解度和变形度特征的PVA膜。其它优选的膜是US2006/0213801、WO 2010/119022、US2011/0188784和US6787512中所述的那些。
优选的水溶性膜为包含一种或多种PVA聚合物的那些树脂,优选所述水溶性膜树脂包含PVA聚合物的共混物。例如,PVA树脂可包含至少两种PVA聚合物,其中如本文所用,第一PVA聚合物具有小于第二PVA聚合物的粘度。第一PVA聚合物可具有至少8cP(cP是指厘泊)、10cP、12cP、或13cP,和至多40cP、20cP、15cP、或13cP的粘度,例如在约8cP至约40cP、或10cP至约20cP、或约10cP至约15cP、或约12cP至约14cP、或13cP的范围内。此外,第二PVA聚合物可具有至少约10cP、20cP、或22cP,和至多约40cP、30cP、25cP、或24cP的粘度,例如在约10cP至约40cP、或20至约30cP、或约20至约25cP、或约22至约24、或约23cP的范围内。通过如英国标准EN ISO 15023-2:2006Annex E Brookfield测试方法中所述,使用具有UL适配器的Brookfield LV型粘度计测定新制的溶液来测定PVA聚合物的粘度。描述20℃下4%聚乙烯醇水溶液的粘度是国际惯例。除非另外指明,本文列举的以cP为单位的所有粘度应理解为是指20℃下4%聚乙烯醇水溶液的粘度。类似地,当树脂被描述为具有(或不具有)具体的粘度,除非另外指明,这意指列举的粘度为树脂的平均粘度,树脂固有地具有对应的分子量分布。
单独的PVA聚合物可具有任何合适的水解度,只要PVA树脂的水解度在本文所述范围内。除此之外或作为供选择的替代方案,PVA树脂可任选地包含具有在约50,000至约300,000道尔顿、或约60,000至约150,000道尔顿范围内的第一PVA聚合物;和具有在约60,000至约300,000道尔顿、或约80,000至约250,000道尔顿范围内的第二PVA聚合物;
PVA树脂还可包含一种或多种具有在约10至约40cP范围内的粘度和在约84%至约92%范围内的水解度的附加PVA聚合物。
当PVA树脂包含具有小于约11cP的平均粘度和在约1.8至约2.3范围内的多分散指数的第一PVA聚合物时,则在一类实施方案中,所述PVA树脂包含小于约30重量%的第一PVA聚合物。类似地,当PVA树脂包含具有小于约11cP的平均粘度和在约1.8至约2.3范围内的多分散指数的第一PVA聚合物时,则在另一个非排他类型的实施方案中,PVA树脂包含小于约30重量%的PVA聚合物,所述PVA聚合物具有小于约70,000道尔顿的分子量。
在本文所述膜中的总PVA树脂含量中,PVA树脂可包含约30至约85重量%的第一PVA聚合物,或约45至约55重量%的第一PVA聚合物。例如,PVA树脂可包含约50重量%的每种PVA聚合物,其中第一PVA聚合物的粘度为约13cP,并且第二PVA聚合物的粘度为约23cP。
一类实施方案的特征在于包含约40至约85重量%第一PVA聚合物的PVA树脂,所述第一PVA聚合物具有在约10至约15cP范围内的粘度和在约84%至约92%范围内的水解度。另一类实施方案的特征在于包含约45至约55重量%第一PVA聚合物的PVA树脂,所述第一PVA聚合物具有在约10至约15cP范围内的粘度和在约84%至约92%范围内的水解度。PVA树脂可包含约15至约60重量%的第二PVA聚合物,所述第二PVA聚合物具有在约20至约25cP范围内的粘度和在约84%至约92%范围内的水解度。一类设想的实施方案的特征在于包含约45至约55重量%第二PVA聚合物的PVA树脂。
当PVA树脂包含多种PVA聚合物时,所述树脂的PDI值大于所含任何单独PVA聚合物的PDI值。任选地,PVA树脂的PDI值大于2.2、2.3、2.4、2.5、2.6、2.7、2.8、2.9、3.0、3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4、3.5、3.6、3.7、3.8、3.9、4.0、4.5、或5.0。
本文的膜材料还可包含一种或多种添加剂成分。例如,可能有利的是添加增塑剂,例如甘油、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇以及它们的混合物。其它添加剂可包括水和将被递送至洗涤水中的功能性洗涤剂添加剂(包括水),例如有机聚合物分散剂等。
膜可以是不透明的、透明的或半透明的。膜可包含印刷区。印刷区可覆盖10%至80%的膜表面;或10%至80%的与隔室内部空间接触的膜表面;或10%至80%的膜表面和10%至80%的隔室表面。
印刷区可覆盖膜的不间断部分,或者其可覆盖其部分,即包括较小的印刷区,所述印刷区的总和占据10%至80%的膜表面、或与隔室的内部空间接触的表面、或上述两者。
印刷区可包含墨、颜料、染料、发蓝试剂或它们的混合物。印刷区可以是不透明的、透明的或半透明的。
印刷区可包括单一颜色,或者可包括多种颜色,或甚至三种颜色。印刷区可包括白色、黑色、蓝色、红色、或它们的混合物。印刷可以层的形式存在于膜的表面上或者可至少部分地渗透到膜中。膜将包括第一侧和第二侧。印刷区可存在于膜的任一侧上,或者存在于膜的两侧上。另选地,印刷区可至少部分地包括在膜本身内。
印刷区可包含墨,其中膜包含颜料。印刷到膜上的墨优选具有在水中的期望的分散等级。墨可具有任何颜色,包括白色、红色和黑色。墨可为水基墨,其包含按重量计10%至80%,或20%至60%,或25%至45%的水。墨可包含按重量计20%至90%,或40%至80%,或50%至75%的固体。
墨可具有以1000s-1的剪切速率在20℃下测量的介于1和600cPs之间或介于50和350cPs之间,或介于100和300cPs之间,或介于150和250cPs之间的粘度。测量在TAinstruments AR-550流变仪上由锥板几何形状获得。
印刷区可使用标准技术,诸如柔性版印刷或喷墨印刷来实现。优选地,印刷区可经由柔性版印刷来实现,其中印刷膜,然后模塑成开口隔室的形状。然后利用洗涤剂组合物填充该隔室,并且将第二膜置于隔室上方并且密封到第一膜。印刷区可存在于膜的任一侧或两侧上。
另选地,可在膜的制造期间添加墨或颜料,使得膜的全部或至少部分着色。
膜可包含厌恶剂,例如苦味剂。合适的苦味剂包括但不限于柚皮苷、蔗糖八乙酸酯、盐酸奎宁、苯甲酸地那铵、或它们的混合物。任何合适含量的厌恶剂可用于膜中。合适的含量包括但不限于1至5000ppm,或甚至100至2500ppm,或甚至250至2000rpm。
阴离子表面活性剂
阴离子表面活性剂可选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基乙氧基化物硫酸盐、以及它们的组合。
可用于本发明的合适阴离子表面活性剂可包括通常用于液体洗涤剂产品中的常规类型阴离子表面活性剂中的任一种。这些包括烷基苯磺酸及其盐,以及烷氧基化的或非烷氧基化的烷基磺酸盐物质。
示例性阴离子表面活性剂为C10-C16烷基苯磺酸的碱金属盐,或C11-C14烷基苯磺酸的碱金属盐。在一个方面,烷基基团是直链的,并且此类直链烷基苯磺酸盐被称为“LAS”。烷基苯磺酸盐(并且具体地为LAS)是本领域所熟知的。此类表面活性剂和它们的制备描述于例如美国专利2,220,099和2,477,383中。尤其可用的是线性直链烷基苯磺酸的钠盐、钾盐和胺盐,其中烷基基团中碳原子的平均数为约11至14。钠C11-C14(例如C12)LAS为此类表面活性剂的具体示例。

合适的阴离子去污表面活性剂是主要为烷基C16烷基中链支化的硫酸盐。适用于主要为烷基C16烷基中链支化的硫酸盐的原料为β-金合欢醇,诸如由Amyris(Emeryville,California)提供的BioFeneTM。
乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂
乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂可为例如伯醇和仲醇乙氧基化物,尤其是用平均1至50摩尔或甚至20摩尔环氧乙烷每摩尔醇乙氧基化的C8-C20脂族醇乙氧基化物,并且更尤其是用平均1至10摩尔环氧乙烷每摩尔醇乙氧基化的C10-C15伯脂族醇和仲脂族醇的乙氧基化物。非乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂包括烷基多苷、甘油一醚、和多羟基酰胺(葡糖酰胺)。
乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂可为例如3至8摩尔环氧乙烷与1摩尔具有9至15个碳原子的伯醇的缩合产物。
非离子表面活性剂可包含式R(EO)n的脂肪醇乙氧基化物,其中R表示介于4和30个碳原子之间的烷基链,(EO)表示环氧乙烷单体的一个单元,并且n具有介于0.5和20之间的平均值。
辅助成分
助剂衣物洗涤剂成分可选自漂白剂、漂白催化剂、染料、调色剂、清洁聚合物、烷氧基化的多胺、聚乙烯亚胺、烷氧基化的聚乙烯亚胺、去污聚合物、两亲性接枝聚合物、表面活性剂、溶剂、染料转移抑制剂、螯合剂、酶、香料、包封的香料、香料递送剂、抑泡剂、增白剂、聚羧酸酯、结构剂、抗氧化剂、沉积助剂、以及它们的混合物。
调色染料:所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含调色染料。用于本发明衣物洗涤护理组合物中的调色染料可包含聚合物或非聚合物染料、颜料、或它们的混合物。优选地,调色染料包括聚合物染料,所述聚合物染料包含发色团组分和聚合物组分。发色团组分的特征在于,它在暴露于光之后吸收蓝色、红色、紫罗兰色、紫色、或它们组合的波长范围内的光。在一个方面,发色团组分在水和/或甲醇中表现出约520纳米至约640纳米的吸收光谱最大值,并且在另一方面,在水和/或甲醇中表现出约560纳米至约610纳米的吸收光谱最大值。
虽然可使用任何合适的发色团,但是染料发色团优选选自苯并二呋喃、次甲基、三苯甲烷、萘酰亚胺、吡唑、萘醌、蒽醌、偶氮、嗪、吖嗪、呫吨、三苯并二嗪和酞菁染料发色团。优选单偶氮染料发色团和二偶氮染料发色团。
调色染料可包含染料聚合物,染料聚合物包含与至少三个连续重复单元中的一个或多个共价键合的发色团。应当理解,重复单元本身无需包含发色团。染料聚合物可包含至少5个,或至少10个,或甚至至少20个连续重复单元。
重复单元可衍生自有机酯,如苯基二羧酸酯与氧基亚烷基氧基和聚氧基亚烷基氧基的组合。重复单元可衍生自烯烃、环氧化物、氮丙啶、碳水化合物,包括包含改性纤维素的单元,所述改性纤维素如羟烷基纤维素;羟丙基纤维素;羟丙基甲基纤维素;羟丁基纤维素;和羟丁基甲基纤维素或它们的混合物。重复单元可衍生自烯烃、或环氧化物或它们的混合物。重复单元可为C2-C4亚烷氧基基团,有时称为烷氧基基团,优选衍生自C2-C4亚烷基氧。重复单元可为C2-C4烷氧基基团,优选乙氧基基团。
出于本发明的目的,至少三个连续的重复单元形成聚合物组分。聚合物组分可经由连接基团直接或间接共价键合到发色基团。合适聚合物组分的示例包括具有多个重复单元的聚氧化烯链。在一个方面,聚合物组分包含具有2至约30个重复单元,2至约20个重复单元,2至约10个重复单元,或甚至约3或4至约6个重复单元的聚氧化烯链。聚氧化烯链的非限制性示例包括环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、缩水甘油氧化物、环氧丁烷以及它们的混合物。
螯合剂:本文的组合物还可任选地包含一种或多种铜螯合剂、铁螯合剂和/或锰螯合剂。如果使用,螯合剂的含量按本文组合物的重量计通常为约0.1%至约15%,或甚至按本文组合物的重量计约3.0%至约15%。合适的螯合剂可选自:二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐、二亚乙基三胺五(甲基膦酸)、乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸、乙二胺四乙酸盐、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)、羟乙烷二(亚甲基膦酸)、以及它们的任何组合。合适的螯合剂为乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸(EDDS)和/或羟乙烷二磷酸(HEDP)。衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸或其盐。乙二胺-N’N’-二琥珀酸可为S,S对映体形式。组合物可包含4,5-二羟基间苯二磺酸二钠盐、谷氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(GLDA)和/或其盐、2-羟基吡啶-1-氧化物、购自BASF(Ludwigshafen,Germany)的Trilon PTM。合适的螯合剂也可为碳酸钙晶体生长抑制剂。合适的碳酸钙晶体生长抑制剂可选自:1-羟基乙烷二磷酸(HEDP)及其盐、N,N-二羧基甲基-2-氨基戊烷-1,5-二酸及其盐、2-膦酰基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸及其盐、以及它们的任何组合。
组合物可包含碳酸钙晶体生长抑制剂,诸如选自以下的一种:1-羟基乙烷二磷酸(HEDP)及其盐、N,N-二羧基甲基-2-氨基戊烷-1,5-二酸及其盐、2-膦酰基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸及其盐、以及它们的任何组合。
聚合物:合适的聚合物包括羧酸酯聚合物、聚乙二醇聚合物、聚酯去垢性聚合物如对苯二甲酸酯聚合物、胺聚合物、纤维素聚合物、染料转移抑制剂聚合物、染料固定聚合物如通过咪唑和表氯醇任选以1:4:1比率缩合生成的缩合低聚物、六亚甲基二胺衍生物聚合物、以及它们的任何组合。
其它聚合物包括羟乙基纤维素聚合物。优选地,羟乙基纤维素聚合物由三甲基铵取代的环氧化物衍生化。纤维素聚合物可具有介于100,000和800,000道尔顿之间的分子量。羟乙基纤维素聚合物可作为颗粒加入组合物中。其可存在于颗粒的组合物中,或者还可作为液体存在,或者上述两者的混合物。
酶:组合物可包含一种或多种洗涤剂酶,该酶提供清洁性能和/或织物护理有益效果。合适酶的示例包括但不限于半纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶、果胶酶、角质素酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木质酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、麦拉宁酶、β-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶和淀粉酶、或它们的混合物。典型的组合为常规可用的酶如蛋白酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和/或与淀粉酶结合的纤维素酶的组合。
脂肪酸:本发明的组合物可包含脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐。脂肪酸为羧酸,其通常具有饱和或不饱和的非支化长脂族尾链。适用于本发明的脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐优选为钠盐,优选C12-C18饱和和/或不饱和脂肪酸,更优选C12-C14饱和和/或不饱和脂肪酸,以及碱金属或碱土金属碳酸盐,优选碳酸钠。
优选地,脂肪酸选自月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、拔顶棕仁脂肪酸、椰子脂肪酸以及它们的混合物。
组合物可包含按组合物的重量计2%至18%的脂肪酸,或甚至按组合物的重量计4%至13%的脂肪酸,并且最优选按组合物的重量计5%至10%的脂肪酸。
不受理论的束缚,令人惊奇地发现,存在脂肪酸提供减少泡沫的附加有益效果并因此提供改善的清洁。
溶剂:组合物可包含溶剂。溶剂优选具有小于1500,更优选小于1000,甚至更优选小于700的分子量。溶剂优选具有大于10,更优选大于100的分子量。溶剂优选具有大于-1.0,并且更优选小于+10的cLog P。溶剂优选具有小于20.5,并且优选大于10的氢键组分(δh)。
溶剂可选自醇、二醇、单胺衍生物、二醇类、或它们的混合物。合适的二醇类可选自聚烷基二醇、聚亚烷基二醇、或它们的混合物。合适的聚亚烷基二醇包括聚乙二醇。合适的二醇包括丙二醇,优选1,2-丙二醇。单胺衍生物可包含单乙醇胺。
溶剂可选自具有介于300和600之间分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)聚合物、双丙二醇(DPG)、正丁氧基丙氧基丙醇(nBPP)以及它们的混合物。更优选地,溶剂可选自具有介于400和600之间分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)聚合物、双丙二醇(DPG)、正丁氧基丙氧基丙醇(nBPP)、以及它们的混合物。
结构剂:组合物可包含结构剂。可使用任何合适的结构剂,然而,优选氢化蓖麻油,诸如可商购获得的Thixcin。结构剂可选自非聚合物结构剂或聚合物结构剂。结构剂可为非聚合物结构剂,优选可结晶甘油酯。结构剂可为聚合物结构剂,优选纤维基聚合物结构剂,更优选基于纤维素的纤维基结构剂。

抑泡剂:组合物可包含抑泡剂,优选基于硅氧烷的聚合物抑泡剂(本文也简称为“抑泡剂”)。抑泡剂可为有机改性的硅氧烷聚合物。有机改性的硅氧烷聚合物可包含与硅氧烷树脂和/或改性的二氧化硅任选地组合的芳基或烷基芳基取代物。在一个实施方案中,抑泡剂选自具有芳基或烷基芳基取代基的有机改性的硅氧烷聚合物与硅氧烷树脂和任选地主要填料的组合。特别优选的是硅氧烷抑泡剂化合物,其由具有芳基或烷基芳基取代基的有机改性的硅氧烷聚合物与硅氧烷树脂和改性的二氧化硅的组合组成,如美国专利6,521,586 B1、6,521,587 B1、授予Dow Corning Corp.的美国专利申请2005 0239908 A1、200701673 A1、和授予Wacker Chemie AG的美国专利申请2008 0021152 A1中所描述。
抗氧化剂:液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含抗氧化剂。抗氧化剂优选选自丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)、丁基化羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、三甲氧基苯甲酸(TMBA)、α,β,λ和δ维生素E(维生素E乙酸酯)、6-羟基-2,5,7,8-四甲基色满-2-羧酸(奎诺二甲基丙烯酸酯)、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(proxel GLX)、鞣酸、没食子酸、Tinoguard AO-6、Tinoguard TS、抗坏血酸、烷基化苯酚、乙氧喹啉、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉、2,6-二或叔或丁基对苯二酚、叔丁基羟基苯甲醚、木素磺酸及其盐、苯并呋喃、苯并吡喃、生育酚山梨酸酯、丁基化羟基苯甲酸及其盐、没食子酸及其烷基酯、尿酸及其盐及其烷基酯、山梨酸及其盐、二羟基富马酸及其盐、以及它们的混合物。优选的抗氧化剂为选自下列的那些:碱金属和碱土金属亚硫酸盐和亚硫酸氢盐,更优选亚硫酸钠或亚硫酸氢钠。
水:液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含按组合物的重量计大于5%的水。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按组合物的重量计大于6%,或甚至大于7%,或甚至大于8%的水。

任何合适的方法均可用来制备本发明的组合物。本领域的技术人员将知晓本领域已知的合适方法。
使用方法
本发明的组合物或单位剂量制品可加入洗涤衣物已经存在于其中或洗涤衣物加入其中的洗涤液体中。其可用于自动洗衣机操作并且直接加入滚筒中或分配器滚筒中。还可与其它衣物洗涤剂组合物诸如织物软化剂或污渍移除剂组合使用。其可在加入洗涤液体之前用作污渍上的预处理组合物。
实施例
制备以下组合物并包封在PVA膜中(多隔室)。

制备脏污织物样本在洗涤测试之前,使用色度计测量测试污渍可见度。单独测量每种污渍。记录这些起始值以计算洗涤之后每种单独的测试污渍的去除百分比。将包封在PVA膜(多隔室)中的制剂A和B与脏污织物(2次平行测定每污渍/循环)和2.5kg的混合的(棉和聚棉)压仓负载一起洗涤(Kenmore洗衣机,32℃下的标准/常规循环,1.5mmol/L水硬度)。在洗涤循环之后,将脏污织物转筒干燥。将该洗涤过程重复4次,每次用新鲜污渍,从而得到总计8个平行测定/污渍。在洗涤测试之后24小时内,测量织物上污渍的残余可见度。使用下式计算每种污渍的百分比去污指数:

为计算A和B之间的去污差值,我们计算%SRIB-%SRIA。正值意味着B具有更好的去污性能。

如由表2可见,根据本发明的组合物提供所有污渍类型的更好的去污效果,即使所用的组合物的总体体积小于权利要求范围外的组合物。换句话讲,根据本发明的组合物提供掺入其它清洁活性物质的自由空间但不损害清洁功效。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个此类量纲旨在表示所引用的值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
Claims (15)
1.一种液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含:
-阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂包含直链烷基苯磺酸盐;
-乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂;
-按所述组合物的重量计大于5%的水;
其中总阴离子表面活性剂:非离子表面活性剂的重量比介于5:1和23:1之间;并且其中直链烷基苯磺酸盐:非离子表面活性剂的重量比介于5:1和10:1之间;并且其中总表面活性剂与水的重量比介于3:1至20:1之间,
其中“总阴离子表面活性剂”是指存在于所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物中的所有阴离子表面活性剂的总和,并且其中“总表面活性剂”是指存在于所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物中的所有表面活性剂的含量,所有表面活性剂包括但不限于所有阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂,但其中“表面活性剂”不包括脂肪酸或它们的经中和的等同物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中总阴离子表面活性剂:非离子表面活性剂的重量比介于7:1和23:1之间。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中直链烷基苯磺酸盐:非离子表面活性剂的重量比介于6:1和10:1之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含介于20重量%和42重量%之间,或甚至介于25重量%和40重量%之间,或甚至介于30重量%和40重量%之间的阴离子表面活性剂。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂包含烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含介于15重量%和25重量%之间的直链烷基苯磺酸盐。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含介于0.5重量%和7.5重量%之间,或甚至介于1重量%和5重量%之间的非离子表面活性剂。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂包含式R(EO)n的脂肪醇乙氧基化物,其中R表示介于4和30个碳原子之间的烷基链,(EO)表示环氧乙烷单体的一个单元,并且n具有介于0.5和20之间的平均值。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含介于5重量%和15重量%之间的脂肪酸,或甚至介于8重量%和15重量%之间的脂肪酸。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含介于5.5重量%和20重量%之间的水。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含助剂衣物洗涤剂成分,其中所述助剂衣物洗涤剂成分选自漂白剂、漂白催化剂、染料、调色剂、清洁聚合物、烷氧基化的多胺、聚乙烯亚胺、烷氧基化的聚乙烯亚胺、去污聚合物、两亲性接枝聚合物、表面活性剂、溶剂、染料转移抑制剂、螯合剂、酶、香料、包封的香料、香料递送剂、抑泡剂、增白剂、聚羧酸酯、结构剂、抗氧化剂、沉积助剂、以及它们的混合物。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,所述组合物包含溶剂,所述溶剂选自醇、二醇、单胺衍生物、二醇类、或它们的混合物,其中总溶剂与总表面活性剂的摩尔比介于1:1和1:3之间,或甚至介于1:4和1:2.5之间。
13.一种水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包含水溶性膜和根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。
14.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包括至少两个,或甚至至少三个隔室。
15.根据权利要求14所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述隔室以重叠取向或以并列取向布置。
