Abstract

本发明涉及用户互动式荧光饮料。特别地,本发明提供用户可操作的保留-释放系统,该系统用于将新型荧光介质释放入饮料以得到具有吸引力的视觉效果。本发明进一步涉及这种系统和这种荧光介质的用途,其用于改善饮料的视觉特征。
发明背景
在当今不断变化且高要求的消费文化下,甚至最基本的传统活动(例如饮料消费)也需要进行持续的产品改进和精密调整,以适应快速变化的消费者需求。在当前盛行的观念中,使观察者感到惊喜或留下深刻印象的能力,即所谓的“惊叹因素(wow factor)”在从商业到单个产品设计的日常生活中越来越重要。制造技术的进步和不断降低的成本已向消费者提供了对竞争产品的大范围的选择,因此,为了保持竞争力,市场必需周到地且以出乎意料的方式解决消费者的需求。与此同时,目前的趋势是,赋予商业化产品以能够在竞争产品中表现突出的独特的性质(例如具有冲击力或煽动性的设计元素或者功能特征),从而增加其被购买的机会。“惊叹元素”在社交活动中具有重要作用,特别是人们在工作之余经常在小酒馆、酒吧或例如迪厅或夜店的俱乐部中进行相互交流的休闲时间。这类活动中典型的社交文化活动是集体消费饮料、酒精和非酒精等,例如啤酒、鸡尾酒和苏打水等。于是,许多饮料产品供应商在改进饮品的具有吸引力的感官性质-主要是视觉和嗅觉-的新颖想法方面展开竞争,其示例包括已经熟知的荧光着色剂的添加,所述着色剂在紫外线(UV)辐射中发光,常用于制作饮品。
为了满足消费者不断变化的需求,本发明提供一类原创的用户互动式的基于荧光的系统,以在饮料消费中产生“惊叹效果”。
在第一种情况中,本发明的目的在于使饮料产生全新的视觉效果,以对消费者产生视觉上的刺激,且同时针对消费者增强饮料的娱乐因素和互动的程度。
为此,本发明提供用户可操作的保留和释放系统以在商业饮料中导入新型荧光产品,所述荧光产品包含在动态新型介质(例如胶体介质或泡沫载体)中的荧光染料。所述胶体荧光介质使得能够产生例如相比于透明饮料体更令人愉悦且显眼的不透明的浑浊阴影,或与熔岩灯的结构相似的晃动的结构,或更有趣的新型的凝胶化形状,例如闪亮的小球或长螺旋形的“意面状(spaghetti)”的线。另一方面,泡沫载体(例如片剂或颗粒)能够贯穿饮料快速产生荧光发光或气泡状的荧光发光,产生进一步的感官动态变化。在可能的实施方式中,两种类型的介质可按顺序组合或释放。
本发明优选计划将所述保留和释放系统结合至饮料容器,例如UV可透过的瓶或杯,或用于饮料容器的闭合体,并且所述保留和释放系统能够在用户的意愿下被激发,例如通过按压针对该目的而特别提供的按钮或通过打开所述容器。在特别需要的方面,所述系统通过以不同方式将荧光介质释放入饮料,可对饮料视觉改进工艺添加更进一步的动态效果,例如通过高速注入介质或按顺序释放不同的介质,以使荧光的颜色产生例如有序的变化。同时,在开启密封容器时所述荧光介质的释放起到防止误开(tamper proofing)的作用,以可视方式表明容器内容物还未变质,或未以不小心或未经允许的方式开启过。
进一步,通过提供这种通常能够用于许多种饮料容器的保留和释放系统以及所述系统的荧光嵌入物,本发明还解决了荧光产品的保质期对产品零售商带来的压力和用来放置许多不同种饮品的货架空间的额外的问题。即,同样的保留和释放系统可用于几乎所有类型的饮料,虽然优选将其用于酒精类麦芽基饮品,例如啤酒。当考虑到延长保存期限时,系统或所述系统的嵌入物可独立地在冷却条件下保存,可与消费者在给定时间订购的任意饮料容器配套,并且在消费者需要使饮料呈现“惊叹效果”的任何其他时间点将荧光介质释放。
在所有这些方面中,本发明解决在饮品文化中导入新感官的需求,并提供新型的动态方式,藉此消费者能够与饮料进行互动或简单的娱乐。
荧光饮料在本领域中是已知的,并认为其因在黑暗环境中的出色的视觉性质而具有吸引力。熟知的荧光饮料的典型示例是常规的含有生物碱奎宁的奎宁水,所述生物碱奎宁在UV中发光,并且在最初用作针对疟疾的预防药。奎宁或核黄素(维生素B2)在例如WO2012160402中被公开,用作添加于非起泡酒精饮料的试剂,特别是添加于高酒精含量的烈酒,以使其在酒吧或俱乐部中更有吸引力。向各种饮料添加其他荧光染料,例如添加荧光素或市售的氧杂蒽(xanthene)染料(cf.US2007292588)或例如GFP的荧光蛋白(cf.WO9729319)以使其在UV中呈现具有吸引力的荧光发光,也是本领域中已知的。这些市售产品的荧光染料通常以将与饮料预混的可溶粉末或浓缩水溶液的方式提供,然后以在即饮型荧光饮料中均匀分布的形式提供给消费者。在考虑到染料稳定性时,可在提供之前将染料溶液或粉末混合至饮料,如WO2012160402或US2007292588所示。照此,预混荧光饮料的所见即所得(what-you-see-is-what-you-get)的商业形式受困于熟知且静态的显著缺点,从而对当今的消费者而言不再具有吸引力。本发明的目的在于解决该停滞不前的趋势,如下述的实施方式所示。
发明内容

特别地,本发明涉及与饮料容器共同使用的保留和释放系统,优选是用户可操作的,所述系统包括:
-用于保留所要释放的荧光染料的保留组件;
-用于从所述保留组件释放所述荧光染料的包含激活机制的释放组件;其特征在于,所述保留组件还保留可释放的胶体介质和/或用于起泡的组件;所述胶体介质和/或用于起泡的组件在本文中还可称作“荧光介质”。
在另一实施方式中,本发明涉及包含根据本发明的保留和释放系统的饮料容器。在上述实施方式的更具体的实施方式中,本发明提供饮料容器,其中所述保留和释放系统的激活机制在所述容器开启时被激发,使得所述荧光介质被释放至饮料容器。上述实施方式作为防止误开的机制,用于表明在开启释放所述荧光介质之前所述饮料容器未被开启过。
在有利的实施方式中,本发明涉及一种容器,其中根据本发明的实施方式的保留和释放系统包含在可拆卸的闭合体(例如盖或螺旋盖)中,以使所述容器闭合,优选能够与所述容器的入口以密闭方式接合。
在进一步的实施方式中,本发明涉及根据本发明的保留和释放系统或包含该保留和释放系统的容器的用于改善饮料的视觉特征的用途。在进一步的实施方式中,本发明涉及本文描述的新型荧光介质用于改善饮料的视觉特征的用途,以及含有所述新型荧光介质的饮料容器闭合体或所述闭合体的嵌入物用于改善饮料的视觉特征的用途。
最后,本发明也涉及任一种改善饮料的视觉特征的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)向所述饮料中释放包含在根据本发明的荧光介质中的荧光染料(即,包含于胶体介质中的荧光染料)和/或包含在用于起泡的组件中的荧光染料;
(b)将所述含有在步骤(a)释放的所述荧光染料的饮料暴露于UV光线。
上述实施方式中的有利的实施方式中,优选使用根据本发明的保留和释放系统来实施步骤(a),最优选末端用户或消费者按意愿激发所述保留和释放系统的激活机制,从而引发所述荧光染料的释放。

定义
本文所用术语“保留和释放系统”应理解为适于将物质保留在该系统内并能够将其释放至所述系统外部的元件的任意组合,优选能够对在该系统内引起一定变化的外部刺激产生响应(还称作“激活机制”)并引发释放程序。本文所用的保留和释放系统包括至少两个功能元件,即至少一个“保留组件”和至少一个“释放组件”。如本文所用,前者是指提供能够存储所需物质的物理空间的任意结构或元件。“保留组件”的非限制性示例可以是由至少一个侧壁(球形或半球形)限定的腔室,或任意其他能够限定所保留的物质(任意状态或形式,或包含所述物质的载体)的隔室,所述腔室或隔室位于保留和释放系统的限定位置。另一方面,如本文所用,术语“释放组件”描述元件的任意配置,其被激活机制激发时产生变化来提供保留组件与保留和释放系统外部之间的通路,或者可进一步有效地引导所述保留组件的内容物释放或排出至保留和释放系统外部。释放组件的非限制性示例可以是包括以下结构的元件的配置:阀,刺穿元件,响应由所述阀的开启而传递的压力变化来使所述刺穿元件移动的支架。在这种情况下,可认为释放组件是压力诱发刺穿元件,所述元件例如能够在保留物质的腔室中形成开口,从而使所述物质渗漏至所述腔室的外部以及整个示例性保留和释放系统的外部。

本文所用的术语“胶体介质”应理解为均匀的非晶质物质的任何分散体,所述非晶质物质由平均粒径为约1nm至1μm单相粒子构成,所述分散体由一种物质分散于整个第二种物质而形成。胶体的示例包括凝胶、溶胶和乳液,其形成粒子不沉降的稳定的系统。
乳液(通常是水包油乳液)的一种类型是“浑浊试剂”,也称作“浑浊剂”或“乳浊剂”,其主要是添加于液体而使之不透明或混浊的任意试剂。
发明详述

“消费者可操作”应理解为适合被激发且对使用的用户而言足够简单。例如,消费者通过例如按压指定区域、按下按钮、开启瓶盖或旋开螺旋盖、移除指定的元件或挤压饮料容器,能容易地激发或激活所述激活机制。在这种情况下,激活机制最可能是压力变化、刺穿元件的移动、元件(如屏蔽到达保留组件的通路的薄膜)的撕裂等,从而直接或间接地影响保留荧光染料的保留组件,引起所述染料的释放。
本领域目前已知有许多不同种类的保留和释放系统能够对本发明起作用。例如Gizmo、World Wide Widget或Drop Top公司制造的分装盖(dispensing cap)提供了示例性的有利解决方案。例如,小发明包装有限公司(Gizmo Packaging Ltd)的EP2013105公开了用于将添加剂高速注入瓶内的分装盖。这种情况下,添加剂以高压存储在腔室内,以在通过致动阀来激活分装盖时驱动添加剂的高速注入。在这种特定情况下,保留组件应理解为腔室,激活机制是致动阀的压力变化,并且所述阀与所述移动元件(驱动开启连接所述加压添加剂腔室和饮料容器内部的通路)的系统共同作为释放元件。由Gizmo提供的可同等应用于本发明的其他解决方案在WO2012175934或DE112007001961中揭示。涉及压力驱动注入机制的另一示例在WO2007081210中有描述,其中保留组件(腔室)位于瓶的内部。包含在饮料容器的闭合体内但不需要压力变化的保留和释放系统的替代性示例公开于WO2013088422,其中添加剂向瓶内的释放通过用户开启瓶时切开闭合体的底壁并借助重力产生的激活机制完成。替代性方案可涉及刺穿元件的移动,其在保留元件上产生孔,从而在所述元件和容器内部之间提供通道;这种解决方案例如在WO9729319中有描述。
同样适合在本发明中实施的进一步的解决方案在例如EP0360374中描述,并且特别适合于EP0597606或EP0597608中的饮料罐。
当然,应当注意的是,本发明的目的在于对消费者产生可见的“惊叹”效果,合适的饮料容器优选是对UV辐射透明的。这种容器可由传统的半透明材料(例如玻璃)或基于聚苯乙烯、乙烯、聚丙烯等的半透明塑料制成。另外,适合在本发明中应用的饮料容器可通过本领域熟知的任何标准容器制造技术进行制造,包括吹塑或焊接(热焊接,超声波焊接等)粘接,或将可能的多个部分结合在一起。适用于给定的荧光染料以及容器制造技术的合适的UV-透明材料的选择对本领域普通技术人员而言是容易分辨的,因此本文不再作更详细的描述。
关于荧光染料,根据本发明可使用任意至少一种无毒的适合用作任意颜色的消费级荧光染料的荧光染料。
例如,任意颜色的染料较好是适用于任何无色透明饮料,但是对于本身具有颜色的液体(例如啤酒或苹果酒),一些染料相较于其他染料可能表现更好或提供更有趣的反差,本领域技术人员能容易地对颜料进行选择并将其最优化。类似地,对本领域技术人员显而易见的是,给定的荧光染料自身的用量根据以下因素的不同而不同:染料类型,饮料类型(颜色、密度、酒精含量等),饮料的体积或荧光介质体积(特别是后者不应与所述饮料混合时),给定场合下的UV光强度,以及最终产品需要达到的表观亮度(apparent luminosity)。例如,对于约100ml至约400ml的(饮料)液体,在许多情况下约0.01ug至约4ug的粉末状的荧光染料提供相对高强度的表观亮度。
荧光染料应当可溶于水,但是也能以包含在其他食品级载体(例如乙醇或丙酮)中的形式提供。优选的染料的示例包括奎宁、核黄素、荧光素、氧杂蒽、罗丹明、伊红、咖啡因、姜黄素和/或赤藓红。
当暴露于波长为340nm的UV光时,奎宁发射波长为400nm的光。当暴露于波长为350nm的UV光时,核黄素发射波长为450nm的光。当暴露于波长为494nm的UV光时,荧光素发射波长为520nm的光。当暴露于波长为370nm的UV光时,咖啡因发射波长为440nm的光。当暴露于波长为470nm的UV光时,姜黄素发射波长为530nm的光。当暴露于波长为540nm的UV光时,赤藓红发射波长为570nm的光。本发明假定可使用多于一种类型的荧光染料(以混合物的形式,或者分开提供或按顺序提供),从而形成多种发光颜色的梯度。
由于所述染料在食品工业中得到认可且具有相对较强的荧光,在优选的实施方式中,本发明提供根据上述实施方式中任一项所述的保留和释放系统,其中,所述荧光染料选自下组:奎宁,荧光素,核黄素,姜黄素,咖啡因,赤藓红,纯化荧光蛋白(例如GFP、BFP),或藻胆蛋白(例如藻红蛋白或藻蓝蛋白),和/或含有一种或多种上述染料的混合物。
在具体实施方式中,除荧光染料之外还可提供额外的风味剂、芳香剂或着色剂,或用于稳定荧光状态或着色剂色调的缓冲组合物。所述添加剂是本领域所熟知的,例如可选自精油、常规酯、醛、脂肪酸、内酯或萜品醇等。香兰素或诸如柠檬、酸橙和橙的柑橘油(蒸馏和冷榨的),以及诸如肉桂、布枯和胡椒薄荷等天然香辛料油仅仅是一些具体例子,其他合适的风味剂对本领域技术人员而言也是已知的。类似地,本领域技术人员对营养着色剂也是熟知的,例如蓝E133、红E129、橙E110等,并能够决定应当以何种载体来承载这些着色剂和其他试剂来加入饮料,所述载体的示例包括乙醇、水或其混合物,选择性地与丙二醇或其他表面活性剂等进行复合。在非常具体的实施方式中,可想到本发明的保留和释放系统具有多个保留组件(例如腔室或其他隔室),其各自包含不同的染料、着色剂、风味剂等的组合。这种多腔室保留和释放系统可具有与不同腔室接合的独立可操作释放组件,从而使得末端用户与饮料之间能产生更多的互动可能性以及更好的娱乐能力。在一个具体实施方式中,多个保留组件的配置可依次响应一个激活机制(例如饮料容器的开启),从而产生不同荧光发光、颜色、风味甚至纹路的阶段式梯度或动态梯度。另一个可有利地利用的特性是,一些着色剂(例如胭脂红或花青苷)在不同的pH下呈现不同的颜色。于是,根据本发明的保留和释放系统可包括用于在选定的时刻释放染料或调整饮料pH用的酸溶液的结构,从而诱发颜色或荧光特征的变化。
本文公开的保留和释放系统的独特性部分在于,在互动的动态介质中提供至少一种荧光染料,该互动的动态介质赋予饮料以娱乐和互动元素,有时甚至在释放后赋予。
如上所述,根据本发明的保留和释放系统包括保留组件,所述保留组件除了保留上述至少一种荧光染料之外,还保留可释放的胶体介质和/或用于起泡的组件(例如泡沫载体)。在替代性实施方式中,所述荧光染料可已包含在与所述胶体介质的混合物中,或包含在所述保留组件的一个隔室中的所述用于起泡的组件中,或者,考虑到某些情况下的稳定性,所述荧光染料可保留在独立的隔室中,例如相当于隔室的所述保留组件的子腔,或不同的子腔,其中保留有所述胶体介质或用于起泡的组件,只要荧光染料和胶体介质或用于起泡的组件作为一种荧光介质或一种用于起泡的荧光组件同时分别释放至饮料容器的内部或位于所述内部中的饮料中即可。
在优选的实施方式中,提供根据上述任一种实施方式的保留和释放系统,其中,在所述激活机制的激发下,所述胶体介质和/或所述用于起泡的组件与所述荧光染料同时释放。
在另一种实施方式中,提供保留和释放系统,其中所述荧光染料包含在所述胶体介质中或所述用于起泡的组件中。在这种情况下,荧光染料会保存在所述胶体介质或所述用于起泡的组件所在的保留组件的隔室中。
所述胶体介质有利地选自下组:
-胶体,其中,分散相是液体且连续相是液体,其中,两种液体不互溶,所述胶体就所述分散相的平均粒径而言是乳液;
-胶体,其中,分散相是液体且连续相是固体,其中,所述胶体就所述分散相的平均粒径而言是溶胶;
-胶体,其中,分散相是固体且连续相是液体,所述胶体就所述分散相凝胶的平均粒径而言是凝胶。
因此,换言之,在优选的实施方式中,本发明提供保留和释放系统,其中,所述胶体介质是乳液、溶胶或凝胶。
这三种优选的胶体介质在用户能够从饮料体验到的互动程度和类型方面分别提供不同的优势,所述饮料包括任何所述含有荧光染料的介质。
例如,荧光乳液,特别是具有合适的液体密度时,能够将其自身配置成类似于朦胧的阴影或混浊的发光烟雾,其相对于透明饮料会形成具有视觉吸引力的反差,在这种情况下饮料优选为啤酒或苹果酒。
这种不透明乳液的具体类型称作浑浊试剂或浑浊剂,也称作乳浊剂。浑浊剂常用于天然果汁含量低或不含天然果汁的果汁,以促进或增加看似天然的浑浊度,从而使其类似于所命名的水果种类风味的天然浑浊果汁。浑浊剂通常含有油相和水相,因此是水包油型乳液。饮料中悬浮的油滴具有光学效果,使得在观察者看来饮料液体是半透明(不透明)的。
因此,在本发明的优选的实施方式中提供了保留和释放系统,其中所述乳液是浑浊剂。
所得的半透明性可根据浑浊剂含量及其强度而变化。通常的浑浊剂油例如包括棕榈油、木松香的甘油酯(酯胶)、乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯(SAIB)或柑橘类水果的萃取物,这些是本领域技术人员已知的。所用的浑浊乳液不应赋予饮料以味道和气味,特别是对啤酒,因此应当是中性浑浊剂。
在根据本发明的保留和释放系统的具有视觉吸引力的实施方式中,提供了荧光染料,所述荧光染料与浑浊剂形成混合物,并且响应激活机制而被高速注入饮料容器内部。这种配置会提供具有吸引人的荧光发光的浑浊阴影(示意性地示于图1-i),与仅注入荧光染料而不注入浑浊试剂的情况相比,在视觉上更令人愉悦和舒畅。在上述实施方式的具体实施方式中,所述机制可通过上述列出的任何闭合体来实施,所述闭合体对开启所述闭合体的激活机制产生响应,还可用作防止包装或产品误开的视觉信号。
在一个替代性实施方式中,所提供的本发明的保留和释放系统优选保留胶体介质,即溶胶或凝胶,或者其组合,即所谓的溶胶-凝胶体系。
溶胶和凝胶包含在液相中形成固相网络的聚合物链或其他稳定的长链结构,且溶胶和凝胶之间的转变取决于固相(在凝胶中为主)相对于液相(在溶胶中为主)的量。凝胶化试剂是在溶胶或凝胶胶体中形成固相网络的物质,在本发明的某些优选实施方式中,所述溶胶或凝胶由选自下组的凝胶化试剂形成:琼脂-琼脂,藻酸酯/藻酸盐,琼脂糖,明胶,果胶,或本领域已知的任意其他可食用物质。
在上述实施方式的具体实施方式中,荧光染料包括在溶胶介质中,其中所述介质形成球状结构,与将它们释放入其中的饮料形成反差。优选所述结构能够在所述饮料中悬浮,该能力可通过调节其密度而获得,类似于熔岩灯中常见的情形(示意性地示于图1-ii)。在进一步的实施方式中,荧光染料包含在凝胶或凝胶化介质中,即,其具有特定形状。优选的形状包括意面状线或螺旋(图1-iii),或者一个球或多个球(图1-iv),但是也可更美观地呈现为悬浮荧光水母、飞机、U-bot或橡胶熊的形状。
本发明的另一实施方式假定可包含容纳于泡沫载体的荧光染料,所述载体例如有碳片剂或颗粒,或用于起泡的任意其他组件。这种组件通常包括压缩的脱水形式的物质,其被设计成与水或其他液体接触时破裂而在该过程中释放二氧化碳的形式。因此,在一个可能的实施方式中,本发明的保留和释放系统包括荧光染料,该染料包含在泡沫片剂或颗粒中,所述片剂或颗粒与所释放入的饮料接触时会产生荧光气泡流(图1-v)。泡沫片剂和物质的制作是本领域已知的,因此本文不再进行描述。
在由两个上述实施方式组合而得的具有吸引力的实施方式中,根据本发明的保留和释放系统可注射含有荧光染料和浑浊剂的荧光乳液,并同时释放含有另一种具有与第一种颜色不同颜色的荧光染料的泡沫片剂。随着泡沫片剂的溶解和随后第二染料的释放,所述组合会导致剧烈但逐步的荧光颜色变化(图1-vi)。
当然,应理解上述实施方式的其他组合也形成本发明的一部分。
在有利的实施方式中,本发明还提供具有上述公开的任意实施方式所述的保留和释放系统的饮料容器。
本文所用的合适的饮料容器应理解为具有以下特性的任意容器:适合容纳饮料并提供用来饮用所述饮料的通道,同时能够透过足够程度的UV辐射以获得所需的荧光发光。通常的和优选的饮料容器包括不同形状的瓶、玻璃或杯。在具体的实施方式中,根据本发明的其他实施方式的容器是瓶,优选是容量为100ml-500ml的瓶,最优选是由UV可透过型材料制成的瓶。
如以上所指出,前述实施方式的优选实施方式提供饮料容器,其中所述保留和释放系统包含在与所述容器以可拆卸方式接合的闭合体内,优选结合在入口处并进入所述容器内。
在上述的更具体的实施方式中,本发明涉及具有能够被所述闭合体所闭合的开口的容器,其中,所述闭合体优选可从所述容器分离,也优选能够与所述容器密闭结合。
在前述实施方式的进一步的改进中,所述容器包括保留和释放系统,其中,所述保留和释放系统的激活机制是从所述容器移除所述闭合体的动作。
在特别优选的实施方式中,根据上述实施方式中任一项的容器含有麦芽基饮料,较好是啤酒。
在本发明的替代性实施方式中提供了位于瓶内或瓶上的消费者可操作的保留和释放系统。
在另一方面,本发明还提供闭合体,或所述闭合体或前述饮料容器的嵌入物,其中所述闭合体,或所述闭合体或饮料容器的嵌入物包括前述实施方式中任一项所述的保留和释放系统。
在上述的具体实施方式中,本发明提供用于闭合饮料容器的闭合体,所述容器包括上述实施方式中任一项所述的保留和释放系统。
在进一步的方面中,本发明还提供一种改进饮料的视觉特征的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)向所述饮料中释放包含在胶体介质中的荧光染料和/或包含在用于起泡的组件中的荧光染料;
(b)将所述饮料暴露于UV光线。
在上述方法的优选实施方式中,(a)中的所述释放步骤通过根据上述可应用的实施方式中任一项的保留和释放系统来实施,优选以消费者可操作的方式实施。
在本文提供的方法的更具体的实施方式中,所述保留和释放系统包含在瓶的闭合体中。荧光介质的释放优选从所述闭合体释放,以及/或者通过所述闭合体释放,更优选在所述闭合体开启时释放,最优选通过高速注射的方式释放。
最后,本发明提供本发明的保留和释放系统用于改进饮料的视觉特征的用途,优选是麦芽基和/或碳酸饮料,更优选是啤酒或苹果酒。
进一步,公开了包含在胶体介质中的荧光染料用于改进所述饮料的视觉特征的用途。
类似地,还公开了包含在用于起泡的组件(例如泡沫载体,优选是片剂或颗粒形式)中的荧光染料用于改进所述饮料的视觉特征的用途。
本发明的实施例
1.保留和释放系统及其激活机制的示例
概念性示例示意性地示于图2:
区块(i)示出了瓶的分装盖[2],其在开启时提供用于向瓶[1]内高速注入含有荧光染料和在开启前[A’]保留在所述盖体中的浑浊剂[A]的荧光介质的压力驱动机制。
区块(ii)示出了瓶的盖体,所述盖体[3]包括正位移分散机制,此处例举具有推杆[3b]的筒[3a],在按压所述推杆时,所述分散机制向保留凝胶“意面状”线[D’]的中空线[3c]的近端施加正压力。所述推杆[3b]的正位移将所述线[D]挤出至所述中空线[3c]的相反的远端并进入瓶[1]内。
区块(iii)示出了被塑料盖[5]盖住的塑料饮料杯[4],所述塑料盖具有从所述盖的外平面[5b]向上突出的凸槽[5a],所述凸槽保留含有荧光染料的起泡片剂[E’]。铝箔薄片防止所述片剂[E’]落入饮料杯中,用户能够以从常规药品的水泡眼条(blister strip)挤出药片或胶囊的类似的方式,按压盖或使盖弯曲而使凸槽变形,从而迫使片剂[E’]进入饮料杯中。

·5-100mL/L,优选30-70mL/L,最优选40-60mL/L
获得的结果:在起泡水或透明啤酒中均有白色发光浑浊
(b)核黄素和浑浊剂
·Illuzoon(核黄素)浓度范围:
·0.1-30mg/L,优选0.5-15mg/L,更优选1-10mg/L,最优选3-8mg/L
·浑浊剂IFF-SC 313002-(活性化合物:酯胶E445)浓度范围:
·5-100mL/L,优选30-70mL/L,最优选40-60mL/L
获得的结果:在起泡水或透明啤酒中均有绿色发光浑浊
Claims (15)
1.与饮料容器共同使用的保留和释放系统,该系统包括:
-用于保留所要释放的荧光染料的保留组件;
-对激活机制产生响应以从所述保留组件释放所述荧光染料的释放组件;
其特征在于,所述保留组件还保留可释放的胶体介质和/或用于起泡的组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的保留和释放系统,其中,激活机制是消费者可操作的。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的保留和释放系统,其中,所述胶体介质是乳液、溶胶或凝胶。
4.如权利要求3所述的保留和释放系统,其中,所述乳液是浑浊剂。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的保留和释放系统,其中,所述荧光染料包含在所述胶体介质中。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的保留和释放系统,其中,在激发所述激活机制时,所述胶体介质和/或所述用于起泡的组件与所述荧光染料同时释放。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的保留和释放系统,其中,所述荧光染料选自下组:奎宁;荧光素;核黄素;姜黄素;咖啡因;赤藓红;纯化荧光蛋白,例如GFP、BFP;或藻胆蛋白,例如红藻红蛋白或蓝藻蓝蛋白;和/或含有一种或多种上述染料的混合物。
8.饮料容器,其包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的保留和释放系统。
9.如权利要求8所述的饮料容器,其中,所述保留和释放系统包含在能够与所述容器以可拆卸方式接合的闭合体中。
10.如权利要求18所述的饮料容器,其中,所述保留和释放系统的激活机制是从所述容器移除所述闭合体的动作。
11.如权利要求8-10中任一项所述的容器,其中,所述容器含有麦芽基饮料,较好是啤酒。
12.如权利要求8-11中任一项所述的容器,其中,所述容器是瓶,较好是由UV可透过型材料制成的瓶。
13.用于闭合饮料容器的闭合体,其包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的保留和释放系统。
14.一种改进饮料的视觉特征的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)向所述饮料中释放包含在胶体介质中的荧光染料和/或包含在用于起泡的组件中的荧光染料;
(b)将所述饮料暴露于UV光线。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过权利要求1-7中任一项所述的保留和释放系统来实施(a)中的所述释放。
