Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于包装和分配糊状产品的装置。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,已知的用于包装和分配糊状产品的装置包括刚性瓶体1,刚性瓶体1承载安装在环部3上的泵主体2,环部3固定在刚性瓶体1的颈部中并且被保持于袋4的颈部,袋4具有可变形的柔性的壁并且容纳待分配的产品。泵主体2包括下部,该下部被引入并卡固在环部3的孔口中并且承载被接纳在环形凹槽6中的密封件5,环形凹槽6布置在该下部中,并且环形凹槽6由该下部所承载的下肋部7和的上肋部7'形成。环部3还通过焊接和卡固而附接至瓶体1中的袋。
该用于接纳密封件的环形凹槽6确保了在最后的包装期间将泵配合在袋中之前,密封件被保持而不会丢失,该密封件确保了装置在长的时期里是气密的。这确保了装置的被称为“无气(airless)”的气密状态。
这里的“上”或“下”之类的方向术语是假定瓶体竖直地设置在其基部上。
在图1中,正在将泵主体安装到瓶体上,而在图2中,泵主体处于已安装位置。
该泵主体的下端包括卡固套环12,卡固套环12被压配合在下环形止挡肋8上,该止挡肋8由环部3的孔口所承载,并且密封件5保持在其凹槽6中然后沿着环部3的外周表面在环部的该止挡肋8的上方滑动,直到下肋部7抵靠在环部的止挡肋8上为止,该下肋部7形成密封件的凹槽6。
这种已知的布置导致了下述技术问题。
在安装泵的主体之前,袋4被填充,并且一般来说,在袋中的产品的表面上方存有一定体积的空气。结果,在首次使用装置时,为了排空该空气,需要随机数量的初始泵送操作。这些初始泵操作对于最佳的方便性和使用效率是不利的。
为了避免在首次使用装置时的这些初始泵送操作,希望在安装泵的主体之前,用被包装产品将袋4填充至最大程度,以便将泵主体的中央中空轴9(产品穿过该中央中空轴9经由泵的下阀门10而排出)填充至最大程度。
然而,已发现,产品穿到环部3与泵的主体的下部之间空间中,更具体地说,穿到由环部3的孔口所承载的止挡肋8的上方。在安装泵主体期间,如图1所示,产品被引入然后被困在由环部3的孔口所承载的该止挡肋8与被接纳在其凹槽6中的密封件5之间而不能发生变形。由于不可压缩,被困住的产品形成了刚性区域,该刚性区域阻止将泵的主体继续安装到如图2所示的卡固位置。
发明内容
本发明以不会减小泵主体在环部上的保持力且特别容易制造的改进解决了上述问题。
为了此目的,本发明提出了一种用于包装和分配糊状产品的装置,所述装置包括刚性瓶体,所述刚性瓶体承载安装在环部上的泵主体,所述环部固定在所述刚性瓶体的颈部中,所述环部包括下周部环形止挡肋,所述止挡肋与由所述泵主体所承载的卡固套环接合,以便将所述泵主体固定至所述环部,该环部被保持于袋的颈部,所述袋具有可变形的柔性的壁,并且容纳待分配的所述产品,所述泵主体在所述卡固套环的上方承载有密封件,所述密封件被接纳在所述泵主体的环形凹槽中,其特征在于,至少所述止挡肋或所述卡固套环设置有至少一个通气孔。
根据优选的实施例,所述通气孔布置在由所述泵主体的下部所承载的所述卡固套环中。
有利地,所述通气孔由布置在所述肋或所述套环中的槽(slot)构成。
优选地,所述肋或所述套环包括分布在所述肋或所述套环的周部的至少两个通气孔。
优选地,在已安装位置,所述密封件被压缩在所述环部的接近所述卡固套环的筒形壁上。
有利地,所述环形凹槽由至少一个下肋部形成,在已安装位置,所述至少一个下肋部抵靠所述下周部环形止挡肋。
优选地,所述装置以被称为“无气”的方式气密。

具体实施方式
如图3和图4所示,根据本发明,用于包装和分配糊状产品的装置包括刚性瓶体1,刚性瓶体1承载安装在环部3上的泵主体2,环部3固定在刚性瓶体1的颈部中,环部3包括下周部环形止挡肋3,该止挡肋8与由泵主体所承载的卡固套环12接合,并且环部3被保持于袋的颈部,袋具有柔性的可变形的壁4并且容纳待分配的产品。
泵主体2包括下部,该下部被引入并卡固在环部3的孔口中并且承载被接纳在环形凹槽6中的O形环式密封件5,环形凹槽6布置在该下部中,并且环形凹槽6由该下部所承载的下肋部7和上肋部7'形成。
至少止挡肋或卡固套环8、12设置有至少一个通气孔11。
根据所示出的实施例,设置两个通气孔11,这两个通气孔11分布在肋的周部,并且布置在由泵主体的下部所承载的卡固套环12中。
如可从图5中更清晰地看出,每个通气孔11由布置在卡固套环12中的校准尺寸的槽构成。
借助于本发明,如图3所示,当被引入到环部3与泵的主体的下部之间的空间中(更具体地说,被引入到由环部3的孔口所承载的止挡肋8的上方)的产品在安装期间被困在该止挡肋8与形成密封件的凹槽6的下肋部7之间时,产品可在凹槽的下肋部7的向下压力施加于产品期间通过通气孔11被排放到袋4中。在安装结束时,密封件的凹槽6的下肋部7经由两个倾角相同的表面抵靠在由环部3的孔口所承载的止挡肋8上,这两个倾角相同的表面阻止了平坦表面彼此抵接。
如此,可以在安装泵的主体之前,用被包装产品将袋4和泵主体的中空轴9填充至最大程度,从而控制在首次使用装置时的初始泵送操作的数量。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于包装和分配糊状产品的装置,包括:刚性瓶体(1),所述刚性瓶体(1)承载安装在环部(3)上的泵主体(2),所述环部(3)固定在所述刚性瓶体(1)的颈部中,所述环部(3)包括下周部环形止挡肋(8),所述止挡肋(8)与由所述泵主体所承载的卡固套环(12)接合,以便将所述泵主体(2)固定至所述环部(3),该环部(3)被保持于袋(4)的颈部,所述袋(4)具有可变形的柔性的壁,并且容纳待分配的所述产品,所述泵主体(2)在所述卡固套环(12)的上方承载有密封件(5),所述密封件(5)被接纳在所述泵主体的环形凹槽(6)中,其特征在于,至少所述止挡肋或所述卡固套环(8、12)设置有至少一个通气孔(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通气孔(11)布置在由所述泵主体的下部所承载的所述卡固套环(12)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通气孔(11)由布置在所述肋或所述套环(8、12)中的槽构成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述肋或所述套环(8、12)包括分布在所述肋或所述套环(8、12)的周部的至少两个通气孔(11)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在已安装位置,所述密封件(5)被压缩在所述环部的接近所述卡固套环(12)的筒形壁上。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环形凹槽(6)由至少一个下肋部(7)形成,在已安装位置,所述至少一个下肋部(7)抵靠所述下周部环形止挡肋(8)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置以被称为“无气”的方式气密。
